This study identified the impact of career identity and career decision-making type on career preparation behavior in nursing students. The participants were 198 nursing students enrolled in the 3rd and 4th grades located in J province, and data were collected from June 14, 2021 to 27, 2021, using an online questionnaire. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and hierarchical regression using SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. As a result, the mean score of career identity, rational type, intuitive type, dependent type, and career preparation behavior were 2.79(range 1~4), 3.78(range 1~5), 3.38(range 1~5), 3.01(range 1~5), and 3.51(range 1~5), respectively. Career preparation behavior was significantly correlated with career identity(r=.40, p<.001), rational type(r=.50, p<.001), intuitive type(r=.22, p=.002), and dependent type(r=-.20, p=.004). Factors influencing career preparation behavior were career identity(β=.23, p=.001), rational type(β=.31, p<.001), intuitive type(β=.27, p<.001), and dependent type(β=-.20, p=.002). These variables accounted for 24.6%p of the variance in career preparation behavior(F=11.93, p<.001). These research results suggest that it is necessary to establish a career identity and develop and apply a program that includes career guidance according to career decision-making type to improve the career preparation behavior of nursing students.

Consumers of web novels read online reviews in order to decrease uncertainty when purchasing a web novel. This study examines the types of messages (factual or evaluative) that consumers find more useful and verifies the moderating effect of individual analytical decision-making style levels on differences in usefulness evaluation. Based on the tendency to acquire objective information, the usefulness of factual online reviews was expected to be higher in the context of buying experience goods, such as a web novel. Levels of analytical decision-making styles, which were classified based on individual perception, are also expected to affect the usefulness evaluation of reviews. Experiments 1 and 2 were repeatedly conducted to examine whether consumers think factual reviews are more useful than evaluative reviews. In particular, Experiment 2 was conducted to simulate the circumstance of selecting a romance web novel and demonstrated that reviews have a significant effect on messages and decision-making styles. The interaction effect between analytical decision-making style levels and review message types was also confirmed in Experiment 2. The results of this study can help researchers and marketers comprehend the behavioral patterns of web novel readers when evaluating reviews and consuming experience goods.

This study examined the relationship between perceived participation in decision making and turnover intention among early childhood teachers and tested whether teachers' organizational commitment was a mediating factor. The subjects were 193 early childhood teachers working in day care centers in the Incheon and Gyeonggi-do areas. All valuables were measured by teacher questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using Manova and Path analysis. The main results of this study were as follows. Firstly, there was a significant difference in perceived participation in decision making, organizational commitment and turnover intention among teachers according to only the type of day care center. Secondly, teachers' participation in decision making was positively related to organizational commitment while both of them were negatively related to turnover intention. Finally, teachers' organizational commitment fully mediated the relationship of participation in decision making to turnover intention. These findings could provide supporting evidence for measures to improve a working environment for early childhood teachers.

The purpose of this study is to offer data for developing a guide that can help cosmetology majors with career decision-making and career guidance by identifying their values and career paths and analyzing the correlation between the two. This study was conducted on 474 college students with cosmetology-related majors nationwide. First, their values had an effect on their career decision-making. Second, there were differences in their values and career decision-making depending on their concentrations. According to the research, the values of cosmetology majors were divided by type and their correlation with career decision-making was analyzed. The results will be helpful for cosmetology students to explore and decide upon their careers if professors comprehend students' individual tendencies, explain the characteristics of cosmetology-related jobs, and provide them the chances to have practical work experience in the field, based on the findings of this study.

In this paper, we would like to propose how the career value clarification program effects the maturity of career consciousness and career decision-making of female college students. The subjects were 70 attending to K Women's College and pre-and post tests of the program were conducted to them. The results were presented: The career value clarification program had a significant effect on career determination, career involvement, career independence, and career dispositionality and in particular, was significant in reasonable type as one of career decision making variables. The results mentioned above indicate that the career value clarification program had a statistically significant effect on career maturity and career decision-making. To positively enhance career maturity and career decision-making in the subjects, the career value clarification program should encourage college women students to visit diverse institutes and organizations in their community to identify licenses and activities needed for career and be prepared for actual career. Colleges should actively invite related experts and give students opportunities to understand the definition of and values pursued in their career.

To improve the performance of the building construction project, it is important for the site managers to manage effectively so that they can do their best to the site organization. In addition, making decisions are constantly done in site organizations of building construction project, so whether decisions are made appropriately in the organization has a great impact on performance. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between decision making participation and organizational commitment of site managers to improve the performance of site organizations. The results of this study showed that the site managers tend to be more task oriented than people oriented when making decisions. Also, there was a difference in affective commitment according to decision making type, and there was a weak correlation between decision making participation and organization commitment. This study will help to improve the managerial ability of site organization in building construction projects.

IT Outsourcing has been take place for ages and its range has expanded. The cases are also often take place more but there are a few criteria for making decision of IT outsourcing project. Companies tend to take IT outsourcing as a trend or to follow competitor's IT outsourcing project. This study suggests the criteria for IT outsourcing project before going into the project. The criteria ate to describe what function of the companies need to take outsourcing. Research model is driven by Statistics and AHP method. Also, variables are presented for clear making decision. This model allows the companies find proper IT outsourcing type and conveniences.

This study suggests the Link weight analysis approach to choose input variables and an integrated model to make more accurate bankruptcy prediction model. the Link weight analysis approach is a method to choose input variables to analyze each input node's link weight which is the absolute value of link weight between an input nodes and a hidden layer. There are the weak-linked neurons elimination method, the strong-linked neurons selection method in the link weight analysis approach. The Integrated Model is a combined type adapting Bagging method that uses the average value of the four models, the optimal weak-linked-neurons elimination method, optimal strong-linked neurons selection method, decision-making tree model, and MDA. As a result, the methods suggested in this study - the optimal strong-linked neurons selection method, the optimal weak-linked neurons elimination method, and the integrated model - show much higher accuracy than MDA and decision making tree model. Especially the integrated model shows much higher accuracy than MDA and decision making tree model and shows slightly higher accuracy than the optimal weak-linked neurons elimination method and the optimal strong-linked neurons selection method.

In this work, we proesent a bidirectional approximate reasoning method and fuzzy inference network for interval valued decision making systems. For this, we propose a new type of similarity measure between two fuzzy vectors based on the Ordered Weighted Averaging (OWA) operator. Since the proposed similarity measure has a structure to give the extreme values by choosing a suitable weighting vector of the OWA operator, it can render an interval valued similarity value. From this property, we derive a bidirectional approximate reasoning method based on the similarity measure and show its fuzzy inference network implementation for the decision making systems requiring the interval valued decisions.

Threat is one special type of communication whereby one conveys opinion, knowledge, or attitude to another with an intention to influence and modify the latter's opinion or behavior. This research aims at identifying the antecedents and the effectiveness of threats applied in the process of purchasing decision-making. The research model integrates constructs derived from the literature of diverse discipline. The framework suggested explains the relative effects of threats, is tested empirically to verify the impacts on the influenced target's opinions and behaviors in buying centers. Data are collected from CAPM's members in Taiwan, and 208 respondents served as targets in the interpersonal relationships. LISREL findings indicate that threats are effective in winning a target's compliance. Additionally, influencing source's characteristics affect the choice of threats more strongly than target characteristics do. The relative ability of dependence on the source to cause manifest influence is even more significant than that of threats. Overall, the results of this study appear consistent with behavioral theories and research.
