한국정치에서 음모론과 선거의 연관성: '장준하 사망', '광주민주화운동', '천안함 침몰'을 중심으로 (A Critical Review of Political Conspiracy in Korea)

  • 음모론은 모든 국가와 사회에서 발생하고 있으며, 한국사회에서도 정치적 사건에 대한 음모론이 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. 음모론은 사회현상의 근본적인 발생 원인에 대해 공식적 원임규명에 대해 특정한 개인이나 집단에 의해 의도적으로 원인규명에 이의를 제기하면서 반발하는 현상을 말한다. 음모론은 국가와 정부의 사건에 대한 원인규명에 저항하여 신뢰성에 반발하면서 저항하여 타격을 주는 것이다. 한국사회에서 음모론은 주로 정치적 사건에서 발생하였는데, 정치적 사건에 대한 음모론은 정치권력을 안정화시키려는 세력과 정치권력을 교체하려는 보수와 진보의 작용과 반작용의 형태로 나타나고 있다. 장준하 사망사건에 대한 음모론은 집권세력에 저항한 인물의 갑작스런 죽음에 의문을 제기하는 과정에서 발생한 것으로 집권세력의 대한 정당성을 불신하는 측면이 강하였다. 또한 광주민주화운동과 천안함 침몰에 대한 음모론은 전자가 신군부의 정권탈취를 위한 폭력의 정당화, 후자가 남북관계의 단절에 대한 정당화에 근거로 활용되는 것에 대한 국민들의 저항적 성향을 지니고 있다. 한국정치에서 음모론은 각종 선거과 관련하여 활용되는 특성이 강하지만 선거 결과에 직접적이고, 결정적인 영향력을 행사하지는 못하였다. 그렇지만 한국정치에서 음모론은 정치적 사건의 원인규명에 대한 진위논란에서 음모론의 정당성 여부에 관계없이 한국사회를 혼란시키는 요인으로 작용하고 있다.

성인의 건강개념과 건강행위에 대한 서술적 연구 (Exploratory Study of The Korean Health Concept and Health Behaviors)

  • People experience health behaviors for themselves and theses have diversity according to each culture and people and further there is an inherent meaning in health behavior The purpose of this study was to explore the health cconcept of Korean people and their pattern of health behavior The research method was a questionaire including open questions and the subjests were 164 adults age from 21 to 61. The result of this study are as follows : 1. Perceived health concepts by adults were “possibility”, “responsibility”, “being free”, “happiness”, “brightness”, “power”, “life”, “importance”, “mental rest”, “state of nnonilliness”, “death” 2. Health behaviors carried out by Korean adults were “maintance of psychological comfort”, “exercise”, “work”, “maintance of balanced diet”, “having a hobby”, “eating health food”, “health check up”, “prevention of hazards”, “eating natural food”, “maintenance of personal relationships”, “rest”, “having religion”, “making contract with nature”, “relaxation”, “limit one’s tastes”. 3. The perceived purposes of health behavior by Koran adults were maintenance of a joyful life, health maintenance, health restoration, prevention of illness, achievement of reponsibility, haying a hobby, longevity, peaceful death. Korean health concepts in this study showed a trend that reflects the rule of family and forcused harmony and eating habits. Korean health behavior in this study showed a trend that forcuses on emotional comfort which reflects oriental thinking. The result of this study will contribute to build a theory of health behavior and to derive strategies of health behavior to promote health.

대형교통사고 판별모델 구축에 관한 연구 (A Study on Establishment of Discrimination Model of Big Traffic Accident)

  • Traffic accidents increase with the increase of the vehicles in operation on the street. Especially big traffic accidents composed of over 3 killed or 20 injured accidents with the property damage become one of the serious problems to be solved in most of the cities. The purpose of this study is to build the discrimination model on big traffic accidents using the Quantification II theory for establishing the countermeasures to reduce the big traffic accidents. The results are summarized as follows. 1)The existing traffic accident related model could not explain the phenomena of the current traffic accident appropriately. 2) Based on the big traffic accident types vehicle-vehicle, vehicle-alone, vehicle-pedestrian and vehicle-train accident rates 73%, 20.5% 5.6% and two cases respectively. Based on the law violation types safety driving non-fulfillment center line invasion excess speed and signal disobedience were 48.8%, 38.1% 2.8% and 2.8% respectively. 3) Based on the law violation types major factors in big traffic accidents were road and environment, human, and vehicle in order. Those factors were vehicle, road and environment, and human in order based on types of injured driver’s death. 4) Based on the law violation types total hitting and correlation rates of the model were 53.57% and 0.97853. Based on the types of injured driver’s death total hitting and correlation rates of the model were also 71.4% and 0.59583.

대리인의 사전의료지시서와 기독교 생명윤리 (Deciding for Other as Christian Bioethics)

  • There are three things that are not known to the human being. That is when, where and how one will die. Most people live ignoring death. However, elements of death linger everywhere. The purpose of this treatise is investigates about justification Deciding for Other directions. First, I will investigate about Deciding for Other directions, when patient can not decide own, I will do investigate agent's decision's problem. Second, These four principles provide the common ground for biomedical ethics. Principlism argue that a method using four principles can resolve controversies in bioethics. The method holds that there are four principles-respect for autonomy, nonamleficence, beneficence, justice- that articulate the necessary conditions of common morality for health care and bioethics. Beauchamp and Childress respond by arguing that the two problems are nc the meaning or interpretation but the process of specification. Third, So, Supplement four principles' problem to Levinas concept of the Other theory. Levinas concept of the Other is very resemblant with 'Love your neighbour as yourself." Christians believe that Love is above all and they act accordingly. They base this faith mainly upon the motto of "love your neighbour as yourself." Fourth. difficult part of Levinas concept of the Other is that there is no human to equal infinite sense of responsibility. Can be supplemented about this through cooperation of community. Four principles can be brought to bear on moral choices. And they asserts that each principles has weigh but they do not assign a priority weighting of ranking. All the principles are equal in moral decision making.

자살 보도에 대한 미디어 간 의제 설정 분석: 빅데이터를 이용한 네트워크 의제 설정 모델 분석을 중심으로 (Exploring inter-media agenda-setting effects: Network agenda-setting model by using big-data analysis)

  • 이 연구는 한국 사회에서 심각한 사회문제로 인식되고 있는 자살 문제를 해결하기 위한 대안을 찾고자 20여년간 미디어에서 자살문제를 어떻게 바라보고 있는지 네트워크의제설정이론을 기반으로 살펴보았다. 연구 결과에서 자살, 투신, 사망, 시도, 추정, 발견, 남성, 기도, 비관, 여성 등과 같은 핵심어들이 상위 10대 핵심어로 나타났고, 이러한 핵심어들은 유사하게 지속적으로 등장하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 신문과 방송에서도 비교적 유사한 형태의 보도 경향이 나타나며, 미디어 간 의제 설정 관계가 있는 것으로 추론된다. 이러한 결과를 통해서 자살문제를 해결을 위한 미디어 보도의 방향성에 대해서 대안을 고려해 볼 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

청피(靑皮)가 유방암세포의 Apoptosis에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Citri Reticulatae Viride Pericarpium on the Apoptotic Cell Death in Breast Cancer Cells)

  • Objectives : In the theory of Korean medicine, Citri Reticulatae Viride Pericarpium (CRVP) can soothe the liver to break qi stagnation, eliminate mass and relieve dyspepsia. This study was carried out to investigate the effects of CRVP on the apoptotic cell death in breast cancer cells. Methods : In the present experiment, the effects of CRVP on proliferation rates, type of cell death, cell cycle distribution, and intracellular oxidative stress were investigated using MDA-MB-231 cells in vitro. In addition, the effects on expression levels of caspase 3, caspase 9, Bax and Bcl-2 were also investigated. Results : Treatment with CRVP decreased proliferation rates in a dose dependent manner. ID50 (50% inhibitory dosage) was 175.4 μg/ml. In the CRVP treated group, cell volumes showed smaller than non-treated normal. In addition, CRVP increased percentage of apoptotic and sub G1 arrested cells respectively. 200 μg/ml of CRVP treatment increased intracellular ROS level significantly. Finaly the expression level of caspase 3 and Bax/Bcl-2 ratio were elevated by treatment with CRVP respectively. Conclusions : These results suggest that CRVP can trigger intrinsic apoptotic pathway in MDA-MB-231 cells.

애도상담자 전문역량 향상을 위한 교육과정 탐색 (A Study on Curriculum to Improve Grief Counselor's Competency)

  • 상실은 죽음 뿐 아니라 인생 전환기의 변화까지 포함하는 개념으로 확대되었다. 이와 더불어 자연재해, 예기치 않은 사고 등으로 주변의 죽음을 직 간접적으로 경험하는 비율도 증가하였다. 따라서 애도 상담에 대한 수요 증가와 전문 애도 상담에 대한 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 애도 상담자의 전문역량 향상을 위해 애도 상담 역량 요인을 조사하고, 무엇을 학습하고 훈련해야 하는지 문헌을 검토하고 조사하는데 초점을 두었다. 구체적으로 애도 상담 이론 및 모델, 애도의 평가, 죽음 교육, 상담자 자기-관리로 나누었고 각 교육 내용을 기존 상담교육과정에 통합시키고 경험적 실습 방법을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 애도 상담자 교육에 대한 관심을 고취시키고 애도 상담자 역량 모형 및 체계적인 교육과정 개발에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.

Factors Affecting Breast Self-examination Behavior Among Female Healthcare Workers in Iran: The Role of Social Support Theory

  • Objectives: In women, breast cancer is the most common cancer and the leading cause of cancer death. Screening tests are the basis for early diagnosis. In Iranian women, the mortality rate of breast cancer is high due to insufficient screening examinations and delayed visits for care. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the factors affecting breast self-examinations among Iranian women employed in medical careers. Methods: This cross-sectional study included 501 women working in the medical professions at Hamadan University of Medical Sciences in western Iran in 2018. The subjects were selected by stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a researcher-developed, self-report questionnaire that contained demographic information and questions based on protection motivation theory and social support theory. Descriptive data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 23 and model fitting with PLS version 2. Results: The mean age of the participants was $37.1{\pm}8.3years$, and most of the women (80.4%) were married. Most women had a bachelor's degree (67.5%). The findings of this study showed that the coping appraisal construct was a predictor of protection motivation (${\beta}=0.380$, p<0.05), and protection motivation (${\beta}=0.604$, p<0.05) was a predictor of breast self-examination behavior. Additionally, social support theory (${\beta}=0.202$, p<0.05) had a significant positive effect on breast self-examination behavior. Conclusions: The frequency of practicing self-examinations among women employees in the medical sector was low; considering the influence of social support as a factor promoting screening, it is necessary to pay attention to influential people in women's lives when designing educational interventions.

장경악(張景岳)의 명문학설(命門學說)에 관한 문헌적(文獻的) 고찰(考察) (A Literatural Investigation into lang Gyung - Ak's Theory of Myungmun)

  • As a result, the investigation into Gyung-Ak (景岳)'s theory of Myungmun (命門) was led to the next conclusions. First, Gyung-Ak (景岳) defmed Myungmun as the gate of Suncheon (先天) and Whoocheon (後天), by which the life of Suncheon is obtained and the life of Whoocheon is maintained. He maintained that Myungmun is located between two kindneys, not sided to the right as in the Nankyeong (難經), and considered the substance of Myungmun as Jagung (子宮 ${\fallingdotseq}$ uterus) or the other names as such Jaho (子戶), Jajang (子腸) Danjeon (丹田), Hyeolsil (血室), etc. On the essence or function of Myungmun it was considered as Taegeuk (太極) of the body which shapes the North Pole in the center of the body, and as the hinge of rise and fall, as controller of Soowha-action (水火作用) and Eumyang-changing (陰陽變化), and as storage of Suncheon Jinil-ki (先天 眞一之氣), the source of life and vitality and as the spring of Twelve-Jang (十二藏). Thus, the function of Five-Jang (五臟 ${\fallingdotseq}$ Five-Viscera) and Six-Boo (六腑 ${\fallingdotseq}$ Six-Bowels) and actions of life is obtainded by Myungmun, and the life and death of man and the change of life is related to that. Bi-Wi (脾胃 ${\fallingdotseq}$ Spleen & Stomach) as well as Myungmun is the root of Five-Jang and Six-Boo, but since Bi-Wi is the base of postnatal nutrition to belong to the son of Wonyang (元陽), Myungmun is treated more important as the mother of Bi-Wi. Sin (賢 ${fallingdotseq}$ Kidney) was perceived as inseparably related with Myungmun, but in the course of theoretical development the function of Sin was considered to be ultimately operated by the action of Myungmun. In the Theory of Jineum (眞陰論), Gyung-Ak full accounted the diverse nature of disease and patholog from Soowha-shortage of Myungmun, and presented the laws and methods of medical treatment to those. Finally, in his theory related to Myungmun, some logical contradiction and confusion in conceptions was discovered and the anatomy of Present age proved that the location of Jagung and DanJeon, which he recognized as the substance of Myungmun is not coincided. Summerizingly, the Gyung-Ak's theory of Myungmun closely related the theory of Myungmun to the theory of Eumyang-Jungki (陰陽精氣論), by whole discourse of the characteristics of physiology possessing Soowha of Myungmun on the foundation of Eumyang-hogeun (陰陽互根) and Jungki-hosaeng (精氣互生). Gyung-Ak regarded the function of Myungmun as more important than any other Jang, discoursed more systematically and more specifically about the Myungmun than any others, and presented the theory of Sin-Myung (賢命理論) and prescription which is important to Care of Health and Medical Treatment (養生治病), thus influenced very greatly on the development of Oriental Medicine.

육조시기(六朝時期) 사상가들의 육체(肉體)와 영혼(靈魂)의 관념에 대한 개략적 고찰 (Research on the Soul & Body Thought of Chinese Six Dynasties thinker)

  • 중국의 육조 시기에는 대부분의 사상가들이 인간의 육체와 영혼의 관계에 대하여 언급하였는데, 이러한 시기가 바로 중국 철학사에 있어서 육체와 영혼의 관계를 가장 집중적으로 논의한 시기라고 할 수 있다. 당시에 회자 되었던 인간의 육체와 영혼의 관계에 대한 논의는 그 시기를 살아가던 사상가들에 있어서 논쟁의 핵심 주제였다고 할 수 있다. 당시의 사상가들 가운데 일부는 불교에서 주장하는 생사윤회의 영향을 받아서 '영혼은 소멸되지 않는다'고 하는 관념을 형성했으며, 다른 사상가들은 '영혼은 소멸된다'라고 하여 불교의 입장과는 반대되는 의견을 제시하였다. 이러한 육체와 영혼의 관계에 대한 논쟁은 결국은 '영혼은 소멸되는가? 소멸되지 않는가?'라고 하는 논쟁으로 발전하게 된다. 이러한 육조 시기는 분열과 동란의 시대로서, 어지러운 세태 속에서 자연히 귀신관념이 일세를 풍미했던 시대이기도 했다고 말할 수 있다. 귀신관념에 대한 사상이 세상에 유행하게 되자 덩달아 사람들은 육체와 영혼의 관계에 대하여 관심을 갖게 되었다. 또한 당시 사상가들은 육체와 영혼 둘의 관계에 대한 사고를 확대시켜나가서 점진적으로 당시의 시대적 담론으로 자리를 잡게 만든다. 이와 같은 시대적 분위기속에서 당시의 사람들은 육체와 영혼의 관계에 대하여 매우 광범위하게 사고를 진행해 나갔다고 볼 수 있으며, 또한 당시에 벌어졌던 '신멸론'과 '신불멸론'의 논쟁은 육체와 영혼의 관계 문제에 대한 논의로까지 확산되어가는 추세를 보여주고 있다. 본문에서는 이와 같은 육체와 영혼의 관계 문제에 대하여 양진시기의 육체와 영혼의 관계 문제 및 남북조시기의 육체와 영혼의 관계 문제를 중심으로 개략적인 차원에서 검토를 진행해보도록 하겠다.
