Wind tunnel testing to construct static aerodynamic database of KF-16 was conducted for preceding research of design of experiments in wind tunnel testing. The test model is KF-16 scaled 1/33 and it has horizontal tail, flaperon, and rudder. The experiments consist of one experiment for analyzing aerodynamic coefficients under whether or not horizontal tail is present and four experiments for analyzing aerodynamic coefficients of changes of deflection angle in control surface which are flap, flaperon, rudder, and horizontal tail. After conducting wind tunnel testing, the experimental results show that the control surface changes have a great effect on Aerodynamic characteristics.

The base composition for a construction information union and application is insufficient, because the existent information driving for the underground facility is separately promoted from management organization. This Study is to analyze a accuracy by converting pre-constructive underground facility database to the unification database of digital map base and improve the accuracy for a field surveying. moreover, These results is to construct the information common system of web base GIS by jointing internet technology.

본 연구는 국가정보화의 총괄적인 정보개발계획을 수립하기 위하여 일명 정보개발지도를 이용하여 국가의 정보개발 현황을 분석하고 국가 정보화의 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이는 현재 국내에 개발되어 서비스를 제공중인 정보, 사업의 지원자금으로 개발을 추진중에 있는 정보, 혹은 아직 미개발되었지만 공공정보로써 개발이 가능한 공공기관의 정보자원을 조사하고 세부분야별로 분류하여 하나의 평면에 나타냄으로써 국내 공공정보 개발의 방위를 파악하고자 한다. 또한 해외의 정보개발, 서비스들을 평면에 함께 제시함으로써 향후 공공데이터베이스의 개발 과제를 파악하기 위한 기반자료로 활용될 수 있으며, 정보개발지도에 따라 년차별 개발분야 및 개발 우선순위 등을 결정될 수 있으리라 예측된다.

현재 국내 유통업계, 신용카드업계 및 금융계 등을 중심으로 데이터베이스 마케팅 활동이 전개되고 있다. 이러한 추세는 정보 기술의 발전, 홈쇼핑 및 통신판매업계의 급신장, 인터넷으로 대표되는 새로운 광고 매체의 발전, 이를 이용한 전자 상거래의 도입 등으로 더욱 가속화되리라 예상된다. 본 고에서는 이러한 추세에 부응하여, 선진국 유통업계의 데이터베이스 마케팅 사례를 소개한다. 하나는 캐나다의 Eaton 백화점의 고객 관리 사례이며, 다른 하나는 영국의 Tesco 수퍼체인의 데이터베이스 마케팅 사례이다.

We propose an extended relational data model which can represent the reliability of data. In this paper, the reliability of data is defined as the reliability of the source, from which the data originated. We represent the reliability of data at the level of attribute values, instead of tuples, then define the selection, product and join operators.

In this paper, we introduce a recursively-defined natural join operation as well as well-known object composition operations (union, intersection) for composing CAD database objects. Then, we will discuss how to realize these operations by the message passing computing mechanism. Next, we will discuss what kind of behaviours (methods) are preserved under our natural join operations. Finally, we investigate mathematical properties about the relationships among several object composition operations (natural join, union and intersection).

Precursor analysis is widely used in the nuclear industry to judge the significance of events relevant to safety. However, in case of events that may damage equipment through effects that are not ordinary functional dependencies, the analysis may not always fully appreciate the potential for further evolution of the event. For fires, which are one class of such events, this paper discusses modelling challenges that need to be overcome when performing a probabilistic precursor analysis. The events used to analyze are selected from the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Fire Incidents Records Exchange (FIRE) Database.

본 논문은 디지털 오디오 도서관에 대규모 선율 데이터베이스로부터 임의의 곡을 효율적으로 탐색하기 위하여 음정곡선을 색인키로 사용하는 방법에 대해 기술했다. 사용자가 검색하고자 하는 음악의 일부 선율을 노래하면 입력된 음신호를 인식하여 음높이 정보를 추출한다. 그리고, 음표간의 음정을 계산하여 음표순으로 배열함으로써 음정 곡선을 만든다. 제안한 은표열 탐색 알고리즘에 생성된 음정 곡선을 탐색 패턴으로 입력하여 선율 데이터베이스의 음표열을 비교 조사한다. 그러면 근사 음정 곡선을 가진 후보곡을 탐색할 수 있다. 제안한 음표열 탐색 알고리즘은 실험을 통해 동적 프로그래밍 및 상태 대조 알고리즘과 비교한 결과 탐색 시간이 2배이상 향상되었다.
