최근 글로벌 기업들은 조직들이 지역적으로 분산되어 있고, 분산된 조직들로 인하여 정보시스템들도 분산되어 있다. 이러한 정보시스템의 중심이 되는 데이터베이스도 분산되어 있어, 다양한 사용자 응용 프로그램을 위한 공통된 뷰(view)의 제공 및 효과적인 관리가 어렵다. 이것을 해결하기 위한 개념이 MDBS이고, 이것을 효과적으로 구축하기 위한 방안이 스키마 통합이다. 본 논문에서는 공통 유사 서브스키마 추출을 통한 스키마 통합 방법론을 제시한다. 본 방법론은 분석 대상 스키마에 대하여 친밀도 분석, 유사 서브스키마 추출, 통합순서 결정, 의리충돌 해결, 그리고 스키마 통합 순서로 구성되어 있다. 방법론의 유용성을 검증하기 위하여, MDBS를 대상으로 사례분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 본 논문의 방법론이 공통 유사 서브스키마의 추출 및 스키마 통합에 유용하게 적용될 수 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

Understanding complex relationships among heterogeneous biological data is one of the fundamental goals in biology. In most cases, diverse biological data are stored in relational databases, such as MySQL and Oracle, which store data in multiple tables and then infer relationships by multiple-join statements. Recently, a new type of database, called the graph-based database, was developed to natively represent various kinds of complex relationships, and it is widely used among computer science communities and IT industries. Here, we demonstrate the feasibility of using a graph-based database for complex biological relationships by comparing the performance between MySQL and Neo4j, one of the most widely used graph databases. We collected various biological data (protein-protein interaction, drug-target, gene-disease, etc.) from several existing sources, removed duplicate and redundant data, and finally constructed a graph database containing 114,550 nodes and 82,674,321 relationships. When we tested the query execution performance of MySQL versus Neo4j, we found that Neo4j outperformed MySQL in all cases. While Neo4j exhibited a very fast response for various queries, MySQL exhibited latent or unfinished responses for complex queries with multiple-join statements. These results show that using graph-based databases, such as Neo4j, is an efficient way to store complex biological relationships. Moreover, querying a graph database in diverse ways has the potential to reveal novel relationships among heterogeneous biological data.

그래프 데이터베이스는 다양한 유형의 데이터와 그 관계를 그래프로 모델링하여 적재하기 때문에 복잡한 관계로 연결될 수 있는 부동산 데이터를 관리하고 분석하는데 효과적일 수 있으나, 현재 제공되는 그래프 데이터베이스의 제한적인 공간 기능으로 인해 활발히 활용되지 못하고 있다. 이러한 배경에서, 본 연구에서는 다양한 부동산 공간 관련 질문들에 대응할 수 있도록 그래프 데이터베이스를 활용한 Uniform Grid 기반 부동산 공간 데이터 관리 방안을 제안한다. 핵심 데이터를 선정하기 위하여 부동산 커뮤니티의 관련 질의를 분석하였으며, 국가지점번호를 단위 Grid로 설정하고 다양한 부동산 관련 데이터들을 연결한 그래프 스키마를 구성하여 테스트 데이터베이스를 구축하였다. 데이터베이스 검증을 위해, Jackpine 벤치마크를 활용하여 기본 위상관계 및 공간함수를 테스트하였고, 나아가 다양한 시나리오 기반 질의 테스트를 수행함으로써 제안한 방법의 적절성을 검증하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 제안한 방법은 총 29개의 공간 위상관계와 공간함수 중 25개의 기능을 성공적으로 수행하였고, 25개의 기능과 15개의 시나리오에 대해 약 97%의 정확도를 달성하였다. 본 연구는 그래프 데이터베이스의 제한적인 공간 기능을 고려하여, 부동산 관련 공간 질문에 대응할 수 있는 효율적인 데이터 통합방안을 제안하였다는 점에서 의의를 가진다. 그러나 그리드 기반 인덱스 사용으로 인한 잘못된 공간 위상관계 생성 문제 및 리스트 비교에 따른 질의의 비효율성에 대한 한계점이 존재하며, 이는 후속 연구에서 개선할 필요가 있다.

목적 : 본 연구는 성인을 대상으로 한 감각통합 중재를 체계적으로 분석함으로써 감각 통합 중재를 성인에게 적용할 수 있음을 알리고 그 근거를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법 : 전자 데이터베이스인 Pubmed, Scopus, SAGE Journal, Medline, RISS 데이터베이스를 사용하여 1980년부터 2017년까지의 논문을 검색하였다. 주요 검색어는"(sensory integration OR sensory processing OR sensory integrative OR sensory based OR sensory defensiveness) AND adult" 를 사용하였다. 최종적으로 8편의 논문을 본 연구의 분석대상으로 선정하였다. 선정된 논문은 Patient, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome(PICO) 형식을 사용하여 연구대상자, 중재 방법, 종속변인, 결과를 정리하였다. 결과 : 연구 대상자 유형에는 학습장애, 지적장애, 감각처리에 어려움이 있는 성인, 치매가 있었다. 종속변인에 따른 평가도구와 중재방법은 진단의 특성과 연구자의 연구 의도에 따라 다양하였으며, 중재결과는 대부분의 연구에서 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 결론 : 본 연구를 통하여 감각통합중재가 성인에게 적용될 수 있음과 그 효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 작업치료사에게 임상적 근거를 제공하고자 하였으며, 추후에는 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 성인을 대상으로 감각통합중재를 적용하는 방법에 대한 근거 마련을 위한 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다.

In order to access to the Business Computer (B/C), the Process Computer(P/C), and the Database Server in one terminal, the Open Man Machine Interface (MMI) System has been developed. The testbed to develop the interface functions for B/C, P/C, DB server, and CCD camera were constructed, which consisted of Workstations and Personal Computers (PC). Graphic display programs Monitoring the process states of Tandem Cold Mill plant were developed using four Graphic User Interface tools: InTouch, FIX32, Open Interface Environment, and ILOG Views. With regard to the CPU utilization and response delay required to open new display, the performance tests have been carried out on each MMI platform.

For the past three years, the importance of automatic research has been increased. It was proved in previous research that the number of conducted research using 'Database' technique was the largest, but the amount of increase was the largest in research on 'BIM'. In consequence, it is predicted the research on 'BIM' will become a center of automation in construction. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to examine trends though classifying into each construction phase and developed extent of techniques related to professionalization and integration with other techniques within a range of 'Automation in Construction Journal' which has the biggest level of awareness in construction field.

The real-time traffic data is generated continuous and unbounded stream data type while intelligent transport system (ITS) needs to provide various and high quality services by combining with spatial information. Traditional database techniques in ITS has shortage for processing dynamic real-time stream data and static spatial data simultaneously. In this paper, we design and implement an advanced traffic monitoring system (ATMS) with the integration of existed data stream management system (DSMS) and spatial DBMS using IntraMap. Besides, the developed ATMS can deal with the stream data of DSMS, the trajectory data of relational DBMS, and the spatial data of SDBMS concurrently. The implemented ATMS supports historical and one time query, continuous query and combined query. Application programmer can develop various intelligent services such as moving trajectory tracking, k-nearest neighbor (KNN) query and dynamic intelligent navigation by using components of the ATMS.

As IT-based technologies develop, 3D GIS applications that digitally model real environment are being increased. Although the terms related with 3D CIS are used increasingly, research efforts and applications are mostly limited to only 2D GIS or 3D modeling respectively. The reasons are viewed that there have been less research findings or software tools about integration of 2D GIS and 3B models. Thus, this study presents a method to integrate 2D GIS and 3D models by using database as the means for linkage. To illustrate the process, we developed a prototype application using C# language. Within an interface we showed how to integrate different libraries - EON Studio and MapObjects. We expect that the integration techniques we suggest here can be applied to such areas as disaster prevention, transportation and natural resources management.

XML is suitable to integrate various forms of engineering design data since it possesses the characteristics of both documents and data. In this research a web-based design system has been developed, which integrates various gear design data in the form of XML. The system generates XML document containing gear design data and transforms gear design data in the relational database into XML document form automatically. The XML documents are transmitted to gear modeler agent through SOAP, and then the agent is automatically executed and generates CAD model files and VRML files. The designer can check the generated VRML model of gear immediately in the web service.

The Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP) is the primary, top level technical management document for the integration of all engineering activities at the project plan phase. This document defined the activities to plan, control, and perform overall engineering integration. To develop the SEMP for Railway Safety System, several standards are reviewed and analyzed. And then a common requirement for SEMP preparation is derived from the results of analysis. Also, the SEMP example available practically applies to Railway Safety System. In particular, The SEMP focused on controling technical program management has been organized so far, but in this study the detailed contents of SEMP put stress on project management is derived. And it is related to each other between project management and technical engineering management. At the end, to continuously manage the items and contents of the SEMP, a database management and an automatic document generation system is presented using Computer-Aided Systems Engineering (CASE) tool.
