최근 해양레저의 수요가 증가하면서 해상 안전과 급변하는 기상환경에 따라 신속하고 체계적인 정보의 제공에 관심이 집중되고 있다. 해상에서 모바일 단말기를 통한 지리정보의 제공에 있어서 전자해도의 사용은 방대한 양의 데이터 정보와 해도표현의 복잡한 처리 방식으로 인하여 국내에서는 PDA 환경에서 구동하는 수준까지 진행되었고, 아직은 선박의 의무적인 항해 장비에 탑재되어 사용되고 있을 뿐이다. 본 논문에서는 기상정보 등의 각종 해양 레저 정보와 전자해도의 이미지 정보를 효율적으로 모바일 휴대폰 단말기에 서비스하기 위하여 제한적인 단말기의 자원 관리와 캐슁 기법을 통한 신속한 정보의 제공, 이미지 변환 및 데이터베이스 구축과 빠른 검색을 위한 색인 관리를 담당하는 서버 시스템을 개발하고자 한다.

This paper describes an application of information presentation based geographic map for maritime information, including navigation information. The work is motivated by the need to prepare maritime information representation and distribution for future generation Web network technology. This works consist of map generation using GML and application to maritime information. GML 3.0 became an adopted specification of the Open Geospatial Consortium(OGC) in January 2003, and is rapidly emerging as the world standard for the encoding, transport and storage of all forms of geographic information. This paper looks at the application of GML to one of the more challenging areas of maritime information. Specific features of GML of interest to maritime information provider are discussed and then illustrated through a series of maritime information case studies. The first phase of the work consists of the construction of GML application schema for using as a base map of maritime information. Maritime information is acquired from multiple sources, including standards documents, database schemas, lexicons, collections of symbol definition. The sources of GML ontological knowledge and the contribution of each source to the overall ontology are described in this paper. In the second phase, the prepared GML is used to create a prototype of the mixed maritime information as a base map - for tagging documents within the maritime domain. An overview of this prototype is included. One application area for these information elements described here is the integrated retrieval of maritime information from diverse sources, ranging from Web sites to nautical chart databases and text documents.

인간은 문서전체를 읽지 않고 대표적인 단어를 보는 것만으로 정치나 스포츠 등의 분야를 정확히 인지할 수 있다. 문서전체를 대상으로 하지 않고 부분텍스트에서 출현하는 소수의 단어정보에서 문서의 분야를 정확히 결정하기 위해 분야연상어의 구축은 중요한 연구과제이다. 인간이 미리 분야체계를 정의하고, 각 분야에 해당하는 문서를 인터넷이나 서적을 통해 수집한다. 본 논문은 수집문서의 분야를 정확히 지시하는 분야연상어를 수집하는 방법을 제안한다. 문서의 분야결정 시점을 고려하여 분야연상어의 수준과 안정성 랭크에 대하여 논의한다. 학습데이터에서 분야연상어 후보의 각 수준을 자동으로 결정하고, 컴퓨터가 제시하는 분야연상어의 수준, 안정성 랭크, 집중률, 빈도정보를 이용하여 단일 분야연상어를 수집하는 방법을 제안한다.

인트라넷 환경에서 개방형 GIS 구축을 위한 사용자 전용의 GUI 개발에 있어서는 GIS의 운용에 필요한 기능을 효과적으로 프로그래밍 할 수 있는 윈도우즈 프로그래밍 기술과 개발된 GUI에 대한 인터넷 연동 기술의 적용이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 컴포넌트 소프트웨어 제작 기술인 OLE 자동화를 사용하여 GUI를 개발하는 방법과, ActiveX/COM의 표준을 적용한 인터넷 연동 방법을 제시하고, 대구시립 공공 도서관의 GIS 구축 사례를 통하여 제시한 방법의 성과를 평가하였다.

시 지각(Visual Perception)은 눈을 통하여 받아들인 사물에 관한 시각적 정보를 중추신경계에서 해석하는 능력이다. 즉, 시각적 자극을 인식하고 변별하며, 그러한 자극들을 선행경험들과 연합함으로써 해석하는 능력을 말한다. 오늘날 시 지각장애의 원인을 밝히는 일과 시 지각 능력의 진단을 통하여 지각장애의 제반 특성을 파악하는 일은 시 지각 장애의 교정이나 시 지각 훈련 프로그램을 통한 치료적인 방법으로 활용된다. 그러나 현재 국내에서 특수교육이나 작업치료, 또는 장애인 복지관의 심리상담에 주로 사용되는 지필(紙筆)방식의 시 지각 능력 진단 도구들은 그 사용에 있어서 문제점 및 한계성이 많이 발견되고 있다. 본 논문은 기존의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방안으로 데이터베이스로 구축이 가능한 웹 기반 시 지각 발달 진단 프로그램의 모형을 개발하고자 하는 목적을 가진 기초연구라고 할 수 있다. 그 결과 시 지각을 진단할 수 있는 측정유형을 3가지로 분류하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 검사용 그래픽 아이템의 개발방향을 예시하였다. 또한 시 지각 진단 프로그램의 설계 및 구축을 위해 고려해야할 체크리스트 항목과 신뢰도의 타당성 검사를 위한 변인을 추출하여 웹 기반 시 지각 진단 프로그램의 모형개발을 위한 프로세스를 제시하였다.

지자체에서 관리하는 교량에 대해서 과학적이고 체계적인 유지관리 표준안과 정량화된 데이터기반을 통한 예산확보 및 집행의 과학화를 위해 지자체관리용 교량 유지관리시스템이 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구는 지자체에서 유지관리하고 있는 소규모 교량의 효율적인 관리를 위한 시스템 개발을 목표로 하며 BIM/GIS기술 등의 ICT융합기술을 사용하였다. 시스템개발의 세부내용으로는 모바일 기기용 소규모 교량 유지관리 프로그램 개발, 소규모 교량 유지관리 데이터베이스 개발, 소규모 교량 통합유지관리 개발이며 지자체에서 관리하는 소규모 교량의 테스트베드 구축 및 운영내용을 확인하여 개발한 프로그램 시스템의 신뢰성을 얻었다. 개발된 프로그램 시스템을 무전원방식의 교량 스마트 명판제작 및 Reader모듈 개발로 연계하였다.

A prototype surface flow constructed wetland was built in the upstream area of Sihwa reclaimed tidal lands to improve the water quality of Lake Sihwa by treating severely polluted stream water. In this study, we monitored hydrology, macrophyte (Phragmites communis Trin,) growth, and water quality in the Banwol and Donghwa wetlands to evaluate their performance during the initial period after the completion of wetland construction, The average removal efficiency($\%$) in each wetland was relatively low compared with the performance data from the North America Wetland Treatment System Database (NADB), which mainly includes urban sewage-treatment wetlands. However, the average removal rates per unit area ($g/m^{2}/day$) were 0.72, 0.72 and 0.51 (BOD), 2,04, 2.46 and 0.70 (SS), 0.89, 0.43 and 1.09 (TN) and 0.02, 0.02 and 0.02 (TP) in the Banwol and Donghwa wetlands and NADB, respectively. The overall performance of the Banwol and Donghwa wetlands was within the expected range of the wetland system processes contributing the reduction of the pollutant load to Lake Sihwa during the initial period of wetland operation. Considering the low influent concentration, high hydraulic loading rate, and insufficient macrophyte growth since the wetland was constructed, better performance is expected if an improved operational scheme is adopted.

The Computer-assisted Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point(HACCP) program has been developed for a systematic implementation of HACCP principles in identifying, assessing and controlling hazards in institutional foodservics operations. The HACCP-based sanitation evaluation tool has been developed, based on the results of the computerized assisted HACCP program in 4 service sites of C contracted foodservice company, including 2 general hospitals with 650-beds, one office operation of 400 meals per day, and one factory foodservice of 1,000 meals per day. All database files and processing programs were created by using Unify Vision tool with Windows 95 of user environments. The results of this study can be summarized as follows : 1. This program consists of the pre-stage for HACCP study and the implementation stage of the HACCP system. 1) The pre-stage for HACCP study includes the selection of menu items, the development of the HACCP recipe, the construction of product flow diagrams, and printing the HACCP recipes and product flow diagrams. 2) The implementation of the HACCP system includes the identification of microbiological hazards, the determination of critical control points based on the decision tree base files. 3) The HACCP-based sanitation evaluation tool consisted of 3 dimensions of time-temperature relationship, personal hygiene, and equipment-facility sanitation. The Cronbach's alphas calculation indicated that the tool was reliable. The results showed that the focus groups rated the mean of importance in time-temperature relationship, personal hygiene, and equipment-facility sanitation as 4.57, 4.59 and 4.55 respectively. Based on the results, this HACCP-based sanitation evaluation tool was considered as an effective tool for assuring product quality. This program will assist foodservice managers to encourage a standardized approach in the HACCP study and to maintain a systematic approach for ensuring that the HACCP principles are applied correctly.

Objective Classification of herbal formulas through the analysis of compositional herb's is a suitable method in the aspects of the effective applications of herbal formulas. However, these classification methods have some problems in dealing with lots of herbal formulas because the estimations of herbal formula's effects are dependent upon one's memory. In this study, we aimed to establish the effective methodology to elicit the classified herbal formula's chart by introducing the DB systems without interfering with non-standard terms. Method : We entered the herbs informations of the composition of herbal formulas into database, made an alias tables of corresponding herbs, and achieved standardization of herb's informations. Using these databases, we made the classified herbal formula's chart according to the presence and the treatment informations of herbs. Results By analyzing the herbal formula into the set of compositional herbal elements, we could systemically express the parents and children herbal formula at once according to search terms. We provided the advanced searching tools entering the name of herbal formula and compositional herb together. Through these searching methods, it is facilitated to grasp the classified herbal formula's chart according to the addition and reduction of compositional herbs in Dong-uibogam(東醫寶鑑) and Bangjehak(方劑學)

A diet habit, which is developed in childhood, lasts for a life time. In this sense, nutrition education and early exposure to healthy menus in childhood is important. Children these days have easy access to the internet. Thus, a web-based nutrition education program for children is an effective tool for nutrition education of children. This site provides the material of the nutrition education for children with characters which are personified nutrients. The 151 menus are stored in the site together with video script of the cooking process. The menus are classified by the criteria based on age, menu type and the ethnic origin of the menu. The site provides a search function. There are three kinds of search conditions which are key words, menu type and "between" expression of nutrients such as calorie and other nutrients. The site is developed with the operating system Windows 2003 Server, the web server ZEUS 5, development language JSP, and database management system Oracle 10 g.
