공공영역에서 의료 마이데이터(MyData) 생태계 구축방안 연구 (A study on the establishment of Health MyData ecosystem in the public domain)

  • 본 논문은 공공영역에서 의료 마이데이터 사업을 추진하기 위한 생태계 구축 방안을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 마이데이터 사업의 유형을 비즈니스 도메인별, 주체별, 목적별, 방식별로 구분하고, 이를 바탕으로 국내 및 해외에서 추진되고 있는 마이데이터 사업을 유형별로 분석하였다. 그 후 분석 결과를 바탕으로 시나리오 기법을 통해 공공영역에서 추진할 수 있는 마이데이터 사업의 시나리오를 도출하고, 각 시나리오를 추진하기 위한 주체별 역할 및 주요 이슈를 파악하여 생태계 구성 주체별 전략방향을 제시하였다. 이와 같은 시도는 민감 정보를 대상으로 하여 민간에서 시작하기에 이슈가 많은 의료 마이데이터 사업이 국내에 정착하기 위해 공공영역에서 주도적으로 할 수 있는 역할이 무엇인지를 드러내는데 1차적 의의가 있다. 이를 통해 국내에서 생태계가 구축되기 위해 예상되는 이슈를 파악하고, 향후 마이 데이터 사업이 국내에서 올바른 방향으로 추진될 수 있는 방향성을 제시하기 위한 논의의 초석이 될 것으로 기대한다.

Matching Sourcing Destination with Fashion Brands' Business Model: Comparative Advantages of Bangladesh and Vietnam Apparel Industries

  • This study investigated the comparative advantages of the Bangladeshi and Vietnamese apparel industries using Global Value Chain (GVC) framework. In this study, the GVC framework was expanded to include social and environmental sustainability issues. Secondary data, for the 2012 - 2013 period, were collected and analyzed for each component of the apparel GVC. The findings indicated that while both countries have unique comparative advantages, Vietnam clearly emerged as a leader on many GVC components. Bangladesh's comparative advantage lies in lower wages, producing high volume orders, and lean manufacturing. In spite of Vietnam's higher labor costs, it has comparative advantages in higher productivity, skilled and trained workers, manufacturing of intricate styles of high quality, agility and flexible manufacturing, more developed infrastructure and logistic services as well as greater social and environmental compliances. This study contributes towards insight into best sourcing fit for fashion brand business models. Based on the findings, fashion driven companies offering more complex styles at a faster rate will benefit from choosing Vietnam. In contrast, Bangladesh might be a better choice for high volume driven companies that offer basic apparel and better value for their consumers. From theoretical perspective, the research makes an important contribution by expanding the GVC framework.

아이템 네트워크를 활용한 기술 중심 사업 다각화 기회 탐색 지원 방법론 (Technology-Focused Business Diversification Support Methodology Using Item Network)

  • Recently, various attempts have been made to discover promising items and technologies. However, there are very few data-driven approaches to support business diversification by companies with specific technologies. Therefore, there is a need for a methodology that can detect items related to a specific technology and recommend highly marketable items among them as business diversification targets. In this paper, we devise Labeled Item Network for Business Diversification Consulting Support System. Our research is performed with three sub-studies. In Sub-study 1, we find the proper source documents to build the item network and construct item dictionary. In Sub-study 2, we derive the Labeled Item Network and devise four index for item evaluation. Finally, we introduce the application scenario of our methodology and describe the result of real-case analysis in Sub-study 3. The Labeled Item Network, one of the main outcome of this study, can identify the relationships between items as well as the meaning of the relationship. We expect that more specific business item diversification opportunities can be found with the Labeled Item Network. The proposed methodology can help many SMEs diversify their business on the basis of their technology.

  • Global regulatory pressures relating climate change and environmental responsibility are asking companies to find out the best way for sustaining their continuous business growths. It could be known that inadequate management for environmental issues are bad for business, negatively affecting brand image, causing unnecessary losses and costs for environmental preservation. For this reason, environmentally conscious green business growth has been recognized as an essential requirement for a company to stay in business. Many companies are looking for green business opportunities of improving their environmental and financial results, and struggling with how green fits into their business. In this paper, the Green Six Sigma, an environmentally conscious Six Sigma methodology, is presented as a way to find solutions for green growths. The Six Sigma is known as a disciplined, data-driven approach and methodology for achieving world-class performance in any process from manufacturing to transactional. In chronological order, the Six Sigma has been evolved from Motorola's quality-oriented methodology to GE's cost-oriented lean approach, and is being evolved and developed as an environment-oriented green growth approach. There is no doubt that the Green Six Sigma, as an engine of green growth, is a power tool for achieving competitive business performance and reducing the impact on the environment.

  • Advances in science and technology are driving us to the better life but also forcing us to make more investment at the same time. Therefore, the government has provided the investment to carry on the promising futuristic technology successfully. Indeed, a lot of resources from the government have supported into the science and technology R&D projects for several decades. However, the performance of the public investments remains unclear in many ways, so thus it is required that planning and evaluation about the new investment should be on data driven decision with fact based evidence. In this regard, the government wanted to know the trend and issue of the science and technology with evidences, and has accumulated an amount of database about the science and technology such as research papers, patents, project reports, and R&D information. Nowadays, the database is supporting to various activities such as planning policy, budget allocation, and investment evaluation for the science and technology but the information quality is not reached to the expectation because of limitations of text mining to drill out the information from the unstructured data like the reports and papers. To solve the problem, this study proposes a practical text mining methodology for the science and technology trend analysis, in case of aerospace technology, and conduct text mining methods such as ontology development, topic analysis, network analysis and their visualization.

창업교육이 기회인식 및 평가에 미치는 영향: 소상공인을 중심으로 (The Effect of Entrepreneurship Education on Opportunity Recognition and Evaluation: A Focus on Small Business Entrepreneurs)

  • 가치 있는 기회를 기반으로 한 창업은 국가 경제의 장기적인 성장에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 본 연구는 서민경제의 근간을 이루는 소상공인들의 기회형 창업에 대한 정부의 교육적 지원의 개선점과 방향성을 제언하기 위해 현재 소상공인들에게 제공되는 창업교육을 기회형 창업의 관점에서 검증하였다. 본 연구를 위해 정부의 소상공인 창업교육을 수료한 전국의 소상공인들을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하고, 345명의 온라인 설문 데이터를 실증분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과 소상공인들을 위한 창업교육과 지원제도는 창업효능감에 모두 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 창업효능감은 기회인식과 기회평가 역량은 물론 향상초점과 예방초점에도 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이론과 실습교육이 포함된 소상공인 창업교육은 향상초점과 예방초점에 모두 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 소상공인들의 향상초점은 기회인식에는 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 기회평가에는 유의한 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났으며 소상공인들의 예방초점은 기회인식과 기회평가에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과에 의하면 현 소상공인 창업교육은 소상공인들의 기회인식과 기회평가 역량에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타나 소상공인들의 기회형 창업율을 높이기 위해 현 창업교육에 개선이 필요함을 시사한다.

  • This paper examines critical successful elements related to the management of new product development process. For this, we have selected a VK-X100, slim bar type cellular phone, produced by VK mobile co., which was thought as a successful product development case and then analysed the case from a concept driven strategic product development's point of view. We have performed in-depth interviews with project managers, engineers and designers to get information on the product development process and analysed huge amount of data obtained from web-sites, global market indicators, and related firms' materials to find a changing trend of market conditions. The findings suggest that the successful new Product development and management is shaped by a number of different factors, such as the business environments, firm's technological level, firm's deep market insight capabilities, nature of the product development activities, and so on. Finally, we suggested the limitation of our research and further research subjects that would be required to support our findings.

In this research we developed a knapsack problem solver based on Martello-Toth algorithm using a relational database management system on the PC platform. The solver used the menu-driven user interface. The solver can be easily integrated with the database of decision support system because the solver can access the database to retrieve the data for the model and to store the result directly.

  • It was difficult that each enterprise clearly defines PDM in domestic vehicle manufacturing industry and decides investment for the successful foundation in the mid-90s. Also, it was true that most investments to success repeat a process of trial and error even if they decide and propel. Now, PDM is not a luxurious system. Because the company is operated well even if it manages business manually, the company may not be interested in PDM introduction. Problem is business efficiency and product competitiveness. Now, we must consider that introduction and drive of PDM became necessary as instrumentation for Re-Engineering of business process concerning innovative dimension restructuring that is not reorganization, development and improvement of business for enterprise's survival. This indicates that now is when level of infra construction for an IT technology dominates competitiveness of business management. Enterprise can expect effects of PDM by implementation that manages Intellectual Properties through administration of knowledge and information finally.
