A study on the construction of the quality prediction model by artificial neural intelligence through integrated learning of CAE-based data and experimental data in the injection molding process (사출성형공정에서 CAE 기반 품질 데이터와 실험 데이터의 통합 학습을 통한 인공지능 품질 예측 모델 구축에 대한 연구)

  • In this study, an artificial neural network model was constructed to convert CAE analysis data into similar experimental data. In the analysis and experiment, the injection molding data for 50 conditions were acquired through the design of experiment and random selection method. The injection molding conditions and the weight, height, and diameter of the product derived from CAE results were used as the input parameters for learning of the convert model. Also the product qualities of experimental results were used as the output parameters for learning of the convert model. The accuracy of the convert model showed RMSE values of 0.06g, 0.03mm, and 0.03mm in weight, height, and diameter, respectively. As the next step, additional randomly selected conditions were created and CAE analysis was performed. Then, the additional CAE analysis data were converted to similar experimental data through the conversion model. An artificial neural network model was constructed to predict the quality of injection molded product by using converted similar experimental data and injection molding experiment data. The injection molding conditions were used as input parameters for learning of the predicted model and weight, height, and diameter of the product were used as output parameters for learning. As a result of evaluating the performance of the prediction model, the predicted weight, height, and diameter showed RMSE values of 0.11g, 0.03mm, and 0.05mm and in terms of quality criteria of the target product, all of them showed accurate results satisfying the criteria range.

  • This paper proposes an algorithm for automatically converting and displaying rainfall radar data on a 3D GIS platform. The weather information displayed like rainfall radar data is updated frequently and large-scale. Thus, in order to efficiently display the data, an algorithm to convert and output the data automatically, rather than manually, is required. In addition, since rainfall data is extracted from the space, the use of the display image fused with the 3D GIS data representing the space enhances the visibility of the user. To meet these requirements, this study developed the Auto Data Converter application that analyzes the raw data of the rainfall radar and convert them into a universal format. In addition, Unity 3D, which has good development accessibility, was used for dynamic 3D implementation of the converted rainfall radar data. The software applications developed in this study could automatically convert a large volume of rainfall data into a universal format in a short time and perform 3D modeling effectively according to the data conversion on the 3D platform. Furthermore, the rainfall radar data could be merged with other GIS data for effective visualization.

  • Clustering Unlabeled Spatial-datasets to convert them to Labeled Spatial-datasets is a challenging task specially for geographical information systems. In this research study we investigated the NYC Taxi Limousine Commission dataset and discover that all of the spatial-temporal trajectory are unlabeled Spatial-datasets, which is in this case it is not suitable for any data mining tasks, such as classification and regression. Therefore, it is necessary to convert unlabeled Spatial-datasets into labeled Spatial-datasets. In this research study we are going to use the Clustering Technique to do this task for all the Trajectory datasets. A key difficulty for applying machine learning classification algorithms for many applications is that they require a lot of labeled datasets. Labeling a Big-data in many cases is a costly process. In this paper, we show the effectiveness of utilizing a Clustering Technique for labeling spatial data that leads to a high-accuracy classifier.

  • Recently, TCP/IP on Ethernet protocol is in use environment of LAN have developed a single chip by hardware. Therefore, the study about the single chip applies to the system control application like information electronic appliances, manufacturing automation machine has been made progress. This paper is the development of experimental Client node and Serve node that can transfer input-output data needed on Network Control System Client node is a sensor part of control system, that is, an analog signal is applicable to output data convert AD through LAN. Server node data sended in client convert DA, and then it is applicable to driver of Control System, so it achieves its part. In this study, is prove that using TCP/IP construct Network Control System.

  • A formal development method is used to develop software rigorously and systematically. In a formal development method, we specify system by a formal specification language and gradually develop the system more concretely until we can implement the system. VDM is one of formal specification languages. VDM uses mathematical data structures such as sets, sequences, and maps to specify the system, but most programming languages do not have such data structures. Therefore, these data structures should be converted. We can convert mathematical data structures in VDM to a linked list, a data structure in a programming language. In this article, we propose a method to convert a set, a sequence, and a map in VDM to a linked list in a programming language and prove the correctness of this conversion mathematically.

  • Next generation sequencing (NGS), a high-throughput DNA sequencing technology, is widely used for molecular biological studies. In NGS, RNA-sequencing (RNA-Seq), which is a short-read massively parallel sequencing, is a major quantitative transcriptome tool for different transcriptome studies. To utilize the RNA-Seq data, various quantification and analysis methods have been developed to solve specific research goals, including identification of differentially expressed genes and detection of novel transcripts. Because of the accumulation of RNA-Seq data in the public databases, there is a demand for integrative analysis. However, the available RNA-Seq data are stored in different formats such as read count, transcripts per million, and fragments per kilobase million. This hinders the integrative analysis of the RNA-Seq data. To solve this problem, we have developed a web-based application using Shiny, COEX-seq (Convert a Variety of Measurements of Gene Expression in RNA-Seq) that easily converts data in a variety of measurement formats of gene expression used in most bioinformatic tools for RNA-Seq. It provides a workflow that includes loading data set, selecting measurement formats of gene expression, and identifying gene names. COEX-seq is freely available for academic purposes and can be run on Windows, Mac OS, and Linux operating systems. Source code, sample data sets, and supplementary documentation are available as well.

Development of a SDTS Data Conversion System for GOTHIC (GOTHIC을 위한 SDTS 데이타 변환 시스템의 개발)

  • A geographic information system (GIS) generally has a great deal of geographic data and has a singular storage structure individually. It is very hard to exchange geographic data between geographic information systems which store their geographic data with incompatible formats. Moreover, since it needs large amount of storage space to store geographic data and expensive cost to input them. In this paper, we designed and implemented a SDTS (Spatial Data Transfer Standard) Data Conversion System for Gothic which is an existing geographic information system. In order to convert geographic data without loss of information, we first carefully define a mapping between SDTS data and Gothic data. Especially, since SDTS data are in the format of ISO8211, the FIPS123 library is used to access them. Because the internal data format of Gothic is not open to the public, we also use the Gothic library to access Gothic data. The SDTS data conversion system developed in this paper uses an intermediate file to convert geographic data efficiently. In addition, we use UIL (User Interface Language) to implement a graphic user interface (GUI) of our system.

  • Recently, as to changes in the paradigm of domestic manufacturing CNC industry, the application of advanced technologies in machine tools are actively being pursued. IT in responsible for controlling it is the most important part in the field of CNC. The biggest lack of the necessary expertise in the field of motion control in CNC is coding G-Code in setting adjust coordinate directly and convert it through expensive foreign s/w rather than using windows language in PC based controller. In this paper, We implemented G-Code convert program that is change various type of CAD data to G-Code data and CAD/CAM application program and developed exclusive motion controller which is to run a robot directly using changed data.

Method of Integrating Landsat-5 and Landsat-7 Data to Retrieve Sea Surface Temperature in Coastal Waters on the Basis of Local Empirical Algorithm

  • A useful radiance-converting method was developed to convert the Landsat-7 ETM+thermal-infrared (TIR) band's radiance ($L_{{\lambda},L7/ETM+}$) to that of Landsat-5 TM TIR ($L_{{\lambda},L5/TM+})$ as: $L_{{\lambda},L5/TM}=0.9699{\times}L_{{\lambda},L7/ETM+}+0.1074\;(R^2=1)$. In addition, based on the radiance-converting equation and the linear relation between digital number (DN) and at-satellite radiance, a DN-converting equation can be established to convert DN value of the TIR band between Landsat-5 and Landsat-7. Via this method, it is easy to integrate Landsat-5 and Landsat-7 TIR data to retrieve the sea surface temperature (SST) in coastal waters on the basis of local empirical algorithms in which the radiance or DN of Lansat-5 and 7 TIR band is usually the only input independent variable. The method was employed in a local empirical algorithm in Daya Bay, China, to detect the thermal pollution of cooling water discharge from the Daya Bay nuclear power station (DNPS). This work demonstrates that radiance conversion is an effective approach to integration of Landsat-5 and Landsat-7 data in the process of a SST retrieval which is based on local empirical algorithms.

  • The database design for the management of bridge measurement information is presented in this paper. To express the associated data generated during the whole process of ambient measurement efficiently, requirements analysis for database construction is performed. And to define objects and organize schema conceptual and logical design are performed, which convert data model into logical schema. Finally, physical design is performed using DDL(data defined language). This database is based on the object-relational data modeling approach that has rich expressive power and good reusability in comparison with the traditional entity-relational modeling.
