The care and quality provided to service users depend heavily on the documentation of medication administration. The results of medication management will be greatly impacted by the Medication Data Management (MDM) sheets, which will be examined during audits. Along with this impact, registered hospitals, care facilities, and residential homes will all be inspected by the healthcare industry. In order to deploy MDM sheets, it is proposed to create a blockchain prototype, or more specifically, to develop a blockchain-based Electronic Health Records (EHR) application. Confidentiality and confidence with the auditors are provided by the usage of permissioned blockchain technology (e.g., Care Quality Commission - CQC). Results from testing the prototype in two scenarios are positive. According to the findings, the use of EHR with permissioned blockchain can result in reminders being sent to medical practitioners as well as other effects.
When we estimate the parameters of software reliability models, we usually use maximum liklihood estimator(MLE). But this method is required a large data set. In particular, when we want to estimate it with small observed data such as early stages of testing, we give rise to the non-existence of MLE. Therefore, it is interesting to look into the influence of parameter estimators obtained using MLE. In this paper, we use two non-homogenous poisson process software reliability growth model: delayed S-shaped model and log power model. In this paper, we calculate the sensitivity of estimators about failure intensity function for two SRGMs respectively.
Purpose: To find out the appropriate probability distribution of credit card usage behavior by considering the relationship among income, expenditure and credit card usage amount. Such relationship is enabled by Korea's especially high penetration of credit card. Method: Goodness-of-fit test and effect size statistic W were used to identify the distribution of income and credit card usage amount. A simulation model is introduced to generate the credit card transactions on individual user level. Result: The three data sets for testing had either passed the chi-square test or showed low W values, meaning they follow the exponential distribution. And the exponential distribution turned out to fit the data sets well. The r values were very high. Conclusion: The credit card usage behavior, denoted as the counts of users by usage amount band, follows the exponential distribution. This distribution is easy to manipulate, has a variety of applications and generates important business implications.
PACS has been run at the Kyung Hee University Medical Center(KHMC) since 2001, and the installation and operation of PACS have contributed to automation and quantification of KHMC's medical environment During these five years our greatest concern is how to make our own guiding principle of diagnostic monitor QA which is adapted to international standards. In accordance with the terms of 'KHMC QA Guideline', 'AAPM TG18', 'SMPTE RP133', 'DICOM Part14', 'DIN V 6868-57', 'JESRA X-0093', 'JIS Z4752-2-5' and 'KCARE', concern about quality assurance of medical images are on the increase. With the investigation of acceptance testing and quality control of international standards for medical display devices, and data collection and analysis for recommended guideline, it is reported that acceptance testing(quality control), including geometrical distortion, display reflection, luminance response, luminance uniformity, display resolution, display noise, veiling glare and color chromaticity being adequate and effective to domestic hospital environments for medical display devices and assessment methods according to each performance. Accordingly, KHMC classified the checkpoint items by period, at the time of monitor setting, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annually. Periodic classification of checkpoint items for monitor QA makes a good guideline for image QA/QC and useful guideline for persistent good quality of monitor.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to propose useful suggestions by analyzing difference of financial performance between "Excellent Quality Competitiveness Enterprise(EQCE)" awarding companies and all the manufacturing companies during the period 2003-2014 and by testing the moderating effects of performance year. Methods: This paper perform the longitudinal study during the period 2003-2014. The collected data through list of National Quality Award and financial report of CRETOP were analyzed using independent-sample t-test, paired-sample t-test, one way ANOVA and empirical analysis. Results: The results of this study are as follows; EQCE showed higher growth rate than all the companies until 2008, but profitability, stability, and activity are not significantly different between the both. Therefore EQCE have partial influences on growth rate among several financial performance measures until 2008. Since 2009 there are no differences. The effects of EQCE on financial performance are different by the year. Conclusion: EQCE award system was a meaningful promotion method to enhance good financial performance through encouraging quality management for the manufacturing companies until 2008, But since 2009 it is expected to lose its role as a promoting tool for quality management and performance excellence. Therefore new way of thinking for EQCE, as a national quality award system, is necessary; changing awarding system, award criteria, or etc.

This study aimed to determine the applicability of drones and air quality sensors in environmental monitoring of air pollutant emissions by developing and testing two new methods. The first method used orthoimagery for precise monitoring of pollutant-emitting facilities. The second method used atmospheric sensors for monitoring air pollutants in emissions. Results showed that ground sample distance could be established within 5 cm during the creation of orthoimagery for monitoring emissions, which allowed for detailed examination of facilities with naked eyes. For air quality monitoring, drones were flown on a fixed course and measured the air quality in point units, thus enabling mapping of air quality through spatial analysis. Sensors that could measure various substances were used during this process. Data on particulate matter were compared with data from the National Air Pollution Measurement Network to determine its future potential to leverage. However, technical development and applications for environmental monitoring of pollution-emitting facilities are still in their early stages. They could be limited by meteorological conditions and sensitivity of the sensor technology. This research is expected to provide guidelines for environmental monitoring of pollutant-emitting facilities using drones.
Purpose: This study was conducted to determine effective chest compression methods that could be used when performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation in rocking boats. Methods: Tests were conducted for four minutes using manual and mechanical chest compressions on two mannequins, placed in boats, and moving at a speed of 35km/hours on calm sea surfaces with wave heights of 0.5m and wind speeds of 2-3m/s (testing for two minutes, followed by rest, then a second round of testing for two minutes). To compare the quality of the chest compressions, data were analyzed using mannequins (Resusci Anne Q-CPR, Laerdal, Norway) and then statistically processed. Results: When chest compressions were administered in the moving rescue boat, an accuracy analysis showed that the pressure speed of the hand and mechanical techniques were normal, h owever, the pressure depth accuracies were 49.04% for manual techniques and 0% for mechanical techniques. The relaxation accuracies during compressions were 2.07% for manual techniques and 95.4% for mechanical techniques. Conclusion: When administering chest compressions in rocking rescue boats, mechanical rather than manual techniques should be preferentially considered.

Purpose: This paper presents graphic methods and desirability function approach to determine best vibration reducing configuration for Surion helicopter. Many flight tests were executed and nine vibration levels in cockpit, cabin, and engine room were measured in each test and analyzed to find optimal configuration. Methods: Graphic analysis methods such as matrix, scatter, and box plots are used to identify better vibration-reducing flight test conditions. As an integrated measure of the performance of 9 vibration levels desirability function approach is adopted. Results: Three vibration reducing configurations are found to be proper and one configuration is recommended. Conclusion: It is expected to be helpful to adopt graphic and desirability function methods presented in this paper in developing new products or systems like helicopters. For efficient and effective flight testing of helicopters, it will be necessary to have consistently homogeneous environment for flight testing and applying design of experiments techniques and analyzing test data.

Price, one of the marketing 4p's, is a key decision variable affecting market share and the profitability of individual products. For consumers, since price is almost always known to and can be compared, it is one of the most important criteria when they make a purchase decision making. With the consumers' increasing consciousness for price due to economic recession, and the saturation of domestic apparel market, it is expected that the effect of price on consumers' decision making would be greater than ever. This study, the first in two part series, focuses on testing the validity of dimensions of clothing price using Lichtenstein et. at. (1993)'s suggestion. In addition, the effect of demographic variables on the perception of each price dimension was investigated. The subjects were 264 college students living in Seoul, Korea. The data were collected by self -administered questionnaires and analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, regression analysis and Lisrel confirmatory factor analysis. The result supported Lichtenstein et. al. (1993)'s suggestion. That is, consumers' perception of clothing price is not mini-dimensional, but has six dimensions: sale proneness, price mavenism, value consciousness, price consciousness, price -quality schema and prestige sensitivity. Demographic variables partially effect on the consumers' perception of each clothing price dimension. The level of monthly pocket money, however, has influence on all price dimensions. Based on these results, marketing implications for apparel manufacturers were suggested.
Performance of proficiency testing and the validation of analytical method was included a scheme of quality assurance in analytical chemistry laboratory to monitor a laboratory's performance abilities and produce consistently reliable data. This study was assessed the applicability of proficiency testing scheme proposed for analytical laboratories of pesticide product in domestic. The validation of analytical methods, stability and homogeneity for formulated pesticide products (emulsifiable concentrate) of emamectin benzoate and lufenuron was confirmed for the proficiency testing. The z-score of 33 participation laboratories for emamectin benzoate were that the numbers of outlier were 2 laboratories (6.0%), z-score outside the range from -3 to 3 designated "unaccptable" were 2 laboratories and z-score in the ranges -2 to -3 and 2 to 3 designated "questionable" were 3 laboratories (9.0%). Three laboratories (9.0%) showed the z-score designated "questionable" for lufenuron. The additional proficiency testing for various product types will be needed to establish the scheme of quality control.
