The purpose of this study is to categorize Program Provider(PP) outside and inside of the country systematically under the notion that the categorization system of the strategy group for PP is not properly organized. In this paper, not only Commercial PP but also Public PP and Homeshopping PP are also included and PP Company is consistently classified and reorganized as a strategy group in the level of contents, because existing positive study does not entirely deliberate over the characteristics of the PP contents industry inside the country. According to this frame, it is classified into 6 contents group-oriented PP strategy groups using 14 variables including vertical integration, horizontal integration, the sales, advertising revenue, license revenue, total net revenue, the number of employees and history.

A service level agreement (SLA) is a formal contract between a service provider and a subscriber that contains detailed technical specifications called service level specifications (SLSs). In this paper, we propose SLA data analysis system which provides an effective decision-making information to network service provider. The SLA data analysis system executes trend analysis and statistics analysis using SLA violation and refund information. The analysis results are presented in many ways such as tables, graphs.

And it is possible to extend the service to interplay-reciprocal actions among three subjects such as providing, being provided, connecting, being connected, and so on. In this paper, we propose an ecosystems of Big Data and a framework of its service.

This paper analyses technical and economical conditions which activate the use of mobile communication spectrum not to limit the growth of mobile broadband service because of mobile big data traffic and proposes the method which activate the use of mobile communication spectrum. To activate new mobile communication spectrum the expenditure and income of investment should be balanced. The activation of new mobile communication spectrum to process mobile big data traffic depends on technical and economical conditions, internal and external factors of service provider. The investment expenditure is relate to CAPEX, OPEX which is internal factors of service provider and to spectrum price which is external factor of service. The investment income is relate to tariff system which is internal factors of service provider and to spectrum neutrality which is external factor of service provider. The activation of new mobile communication spectrum can be implemented when the investment expenditure and investment income meet the balance including the spectrum price in the investment expenditure and the tariff system which is able to extend network and the income based on traffic increase by external contents in the investment income.

The purpose of this thesis is to contribute to the activation of e-contract service for one stop e-trade by analyzing the problems and its solutions in e-contract service at home and abroad. In order to achieve the purpose of this thesis, case studies are done on e-contract service providers such as CECTRUST service of NTT DATA in Japan and HanCM.com of Haansoft in Korea and user companies such as Taisei Corporation using CECTRUST service and Hyundai Card using HanCM.com. The problems in the e-contract service are the lack of e-contract service providers, rare publicity of e-contract service, limited use of e-contract service at only home, higher pricing for e-contract service, short time management of e-contract documents by service providers, no application of newly developed security technology to e-contract service, unsatisfaction of requirements of e-contract service provider as trusted third party, absence of lower pricing e-contract service by service provider, authorizing key error in electronic signature under recognized authentication system in case of fail in renewal of digital certificate and reproduction of digital certificate. The solutions of these problems are the upbringing of e-contract service providers, broad publicity of e-contract service, development of e-contract service on a global basis, establishment of lower pricing for e-contract service, long time management of e-contract documents by service providers, application of newly developed security technology such as bio technology to e-contract service, satisfaction of requirements of e-contract service provider as trusted third party by designation of recognized e-document repository, development of lower e-contract service by way of application service provider(ASP), introduction of time stamping of e-contract document and signature key value. The limitation of this thesis is that the problems and its solutions could not meet with the broad recognition as they are conferred by intuition because of few e-contract service provider.

The research is to develop U-IT Technology Transfer Re-auction System Model for technology transfer enable transactions of buyer-oriented. The buyer sends condition technology parts and data informations to provider. The First step, The buyer sends condition technology parts and data informations to provider. The Second step, the buyer's technology and conditions in the First step will be transferred to the DB of a provider who can provide that technology. The Third step, a provider can bid after inputting the conditions. The Fourth step, the buyer decides the ranking of successful bids in condition-optimized auction process. The Fifth step, the buyer invites a provider to be a successful bidder. The last step, if there's no successful bid within the period, the sale considered failed. The buyer-oriented re-auction system is that the deal will become extinct automatically when its sale failed more than two times.

Background: Selective health benefit was introduced for decreasing economic burden of patients. Medical devices with economic uncertainty have been covered as selective health benefit by National Health Insurance since December 2013. We aimed to analyze impact of selective health benefit to medical expenditure and provider behavior focused on electrosurgery (ultrasonic shears, electrothermal bipolar vessel sealers) for gastric cancer patients covered since December 2014. Methods: We used the National Health Insurance claims data of 2,698 patients underwent gastric cancer surgery between August 2014 and March 2015. Medical cost and patient sharing per inpatient day were analyzed to verify that covering electrosurgery increased medical expenditure and changed provider behavior from open surgery to endoscopic or laparoscopic surgery. Additionally, we analyzed the claim rate of medical device or goods relating gastric endoscopic and laparoscopic surgery. Results: Medical cost and patient sharing per inpatient day were increased after covering electosurgery as selective health benefit (39,724/1,421 won). However, there were no medical expenditure increases after adjusting claim of electosurgery and patient sharing was decreased 1,057 won especially. The coverage of selective health benefit did not increase the claim rate of medical device or goods related endoscopic or laparoscopic surgery, either. Conclusion: Covering electosurgery decreased patient economic burden and did not change of provider behavior. Expanding selective health benefit is needed to decrease economic burden of severe patients. Further study should evaluate the long term effect with accumulated data.

The concept of Cloud computing has been introduced in the IT field over 10 years and industry has been expanding constantly. However, compare to the maturity of global market, Korea cloud computing industry is only in the early stage. Even the Korea has advantages in technology infrastructure; the pace of Korea cloud computing market growth is taking a serious downturn. Under these circumstances, it is needed to be discussing that strategy for expanding the cloud computing market size and for sustaining global competitiveness of local companies. Previous studies on plans for Korea cloud computing market has been conducted since 2009 and most of them are tend to examined in demand perspective. Thus, this study aims at identifying the priority of business challenges for making better performance in the market with service provider aspects. To analyze the important factors in the providing cloud computing service, ANP methodology was applied in this study. The network model including five clusters, security, stability, performance, consumer, and institution, was defined through literature review and expert survey was conducted to collect data. As a result of ANP analysis, 'Securing service reliability' was analyzed as the most important factor and followed by 'Preparing the range of legal liability', 'Preventing personal information leakage' and 'Preventing confidential information data leakage.' The priority of result indicates that service provider needs to focus on to make the secured service environment. This study has significance on analyzing the priority of business challenges in the service provider perspective. This study will provide useful guidelines to for establishing strategies in cloud computing market.

Recently, PDA and cellular phone with color LCD have been widely used in various fields by high efficiency and micro miniaturization technology. According to maturity of these mobile environments, user request about mobile application field is increased. Mobile applications provide various information which is concerned with user's position through cable and wireless transmission. This paper discusses the issues related to the mobile framework for integrated 4S data. The integrated 4S data mean spatial data fusion on GIS, SIIS, ITS, and GNSS. The mobile framework provides not only spatial data but also location services such as reverse geocoding, directory service, etc. It consists of client subsystem, service provider, and data provider.

Android platform provides a content provider and a cursor mechanism to access the internal SQLite engine. Content providers not only store and retrieve data but also make it accessible to applications. Applications can only share data through content provider, since there's no common storage area that Android packages can access. Cursor is an interface that provides random read-write access to the result set returned by a database query. However, this cursor possesses two major limitations. First, a cursor does not support a join clause among cursors, since the cursor can only access a single table in the content provider. Second, the cursor is not capable of creating user-customized field in the predefined content providers. In this paper, we propose the unified cursor architecture that merges several cursors into a single virtual cursor. Cursor translation look-aside buffer (TLB), column windowing mechanism and virtual data management are the three major techniques we have adopted to implement our structure. And we also propose a delayed synchronization method between an application and a proposed unified cursor. An application can create a user-customized field and sort multiple tables using a unified cursor on Android platform.
