본 연구는 미국, 영국, 캐나다, 호주의 15개 정부연구비지원기관에서 제공하는 데이터관리 정책을 분석하여 국내 데이터 정책 개발을 위한 참고사항을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 데이터 정책의 내용 분석을 위해 선행연구를 바탕으로 1) 데이터의 정의, 2) 데이터관리 원칙, 3) 데이터관리 계획, 4) 데이터관리 실행, 5) 법적 윤리적 측면의 5가지 기준을 제시하였다. 분석결과 이러한 내용들을 모두 포함하고 있는 데이터정책은 존재하지 않았지만 다수의 기관들이 분석기준으로 제시된 내용들을 정책에서 공통적으로 다루고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 제시된 데이터 정책 개발을 위한 제언은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구비를 지원하는 학문 분야의 데이터 생성에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 데이터의 정의와 유형을 제시하여 관리대상을 명확히 한다. 둘째, 국내 연구데이터 관리에 적용할 수 있는 데이터관리 원칙을 수립하고 이를 정책에 제시한다. 셋째, 연구자들의 데이터관리에 대한 책임을 강화할 수 있는 데이터관리계획 도입을 검토한다. 넷째, 연구자들의 데이터 공유를 촉진하고 지원할 수 있는 데이터관리 실행 내용을 정책에 명시한다. 다섯째, 데이터 공유의 근거가 되는 법제도의 적용 및 개선방안을 검토하여 데이터 공유와 관련된 법적 윤리적 문제를 최소화하는 정책을 마련한다.

이 연구는 기록관리의 내외적 환경변화에 대응하여 전자기록관리정책이 전면 재설계되어야 한다는 문제의식을 가지고 재설계 영역과 방향을 제시하기 위한 것이다. 첫째, 그간의 전자기록관리정책조사를 통해 전자기록관리대상의 포괄성, 프로세스의 기술 친화성, 전자기록의 증거력 보장, 전자기록의 장기보존이 주요 추진목표임을 확인하였다. 둘째, 그러한 정책목표 추구과정에서 새롭게 조성되고 있는 환경 변화를 검토하였다. 셋째, 앞에서 정리한 정책목표와 기록관리 환경의 변화를 고려하여 현행 전자기록관리 정책의 현황과 문제점을 국가기록원의 관련 문서와 보고서, 데이터를 토대로 검토하였다. 넷째, 정책 현황과 문제점 분석을 토대로 재설계되어야할 정책 영역과 방향을 제안하였다. 특히 '데이터형 전자기록'이라는 새로운 유형의 전자기록을 핵심 관리대상으로 설정할 것을 강조하면서 정책 재설계 영역을 관리 패러다임의 전환, 절차적 관점에서의 신뢰 보장, 지속가능한 관리체계의 조성으로 잡고 정책방향을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine support policies regarding work and family reconciliation, to suggest plans to improve workplace policies, and to suggest directions for further studies. This study looks at OECD's work-life reconciliation policies as well as family friendly workplace policies in Korea to find a way to enhance business' receptiveness and implementation of the policies. By examining women's labor conditions, this study finds that family friendly workplace policies are necessarily imminent in our society of low fertility and ageing. Along with the evaluation of benefit level and the effectiveness of current policies, this study uses data from interviews with working mothers who have had the experience of family friendly benefits. The results of the analyses suggest that the government should focus on improving the workplace environment in companies that do not show bias against the use of family friendly policies. In order to farm more successful policies, future studies are needed to analyze the changes of fertility, working conditions, support programs, and benefits.

GPRS is designed for transmitting packet data and supposed to take its radio resource form the pool of channels unused by GSM voice services. In this paper, The GPRS and GSM circuit switched services share the same radio resource. Whenever a channel is not used by circuit switched services, it may be utilized by GPRS. In this paper, the main aim is performance and comparison resource management policies with channel de-allocation in GPRS network. Three resource management policies is voice priority, R-reservation, dynamic reservation.

This study investigated the attitudes toward childbearing and the need for policies supporting childcare according to the mothers' employment status. Data from 6 employed and 6 unemployed housewives with 1 child were collected using in-depth interviews. The main results from the data analysis comprised 4 themes: 1. the ideal and the real about childbearing; 2. changed experiences after bearing the first child; 3. the meaning of parenting; and 4. husband's division of household/caring labor. A difference between employed and unemployed housewives was founded in their attitude toward childbearing. Furthermore, it was verified that the respondents were not satisfied with present policies and services for childbearing and childcare and they required existing policies to be more effective. The implications for related polices are suggested on the basis of these findings.

Cloud computing offers a platform that is both adaptable and scalable, making it ideal for outsourcing data for sharing. Various organizations outsource their data on cloud storage servers for availing management and sharing services. When the organizations outsource the data, they lose direct control on the data. This raises the privacy and security concerns. Cryptographic encryption methods can secure the data from the intruders as well as cloud service providers. Data owners may also specify access control policies such that only the users, who satisfy the policies, can access the data. Attribute based access control techniques are more suitable for the cloud environment as they cover large number of users coming from various domains. Multi-authority attribute-based encryption (MA-ABE) technique is one of the propitious attribute based access control technique, which allows data owner to enforce access policies on encrypted data. The main aim of this paper is to comprehensively survey various state-of-the-art MA-ABE schemes to explore different features such as attribute and key management techniques, access policy structure and its expressiveness, revocation of access rights, policy updating techniques, privacy preservation techniques, fast decryption and computation outsourcing, proxy re-encryption etc. Moreover, the paper presents feature-wise comparison of all the pertinent schemes in the field. Finally, some research challenges and directions are summarized that need to be addressed in near future.

우리나라 의학도서관의 경우 과반수 이상이 1인 사서제로 운영되는 영세한 규모의 병원도서관으로 다른 도서관과의 자원협력과 일관성 유지를 위해서라도 장서관리정책 수립의 필요성은 더욱 절실하지만 국내의 경우 장서관리정책을 웹상에 올려놓고 있는 의학도서관은 거의 전무하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내외 의학도서관의 장서관리정책을 사례로 조사하여, 장서관리정책을 준비하는 우리나라 의학 도서관을 위한 기초 자료와 아이디어를 제공하고자 하였다. 핵심요소만 충족이 된다면 장서관리정책은 한 가지 방법만 있는 것이 아니므로 이러한 사례조사는 장서관리정책을 준비하는 의학 도서관에 아이디어를 제공할 것으로 기대한다. 이를 위하여 선행연구를 토대로 선정한 12가지 항목을 사용하여 국내 의학도서관 1곳과 국외 의학도서관 5곳을 사례연구 방법으로 조사 및 내용 분석을 실시하였다. 사례들의 조사 분석을 통해서 12가지 가이드라인을 제시하였다.

Condominium management ask for planning ability and special knowledge in order to solve the troubles of a condominium. But not all HOA have that ability or knowledge, so administration support to condominium management came to be given to HOA. In this study, we divided the administration policies on condominium management as follows;$\circled1$instruction about an advertisement and a contract$\circled2$instruction about management$\circled3$instruction about maintenance $\circled4$ instruction by the local government $\circled5$ legislation about condominium management. The condominium management policy has been almost programmed by the state, such as legal amendments to laws and advises by administrative inspection. But these condominium management policies by the state have limitations to support HOA appropriately, so correspondence of the local government is called for, On the other hand, in the local governments, grasp basic contents for execution to the condominium management policy, an information of offering and consultation has been started. And system that suits the situation and the characteristic of each district was provided. However it could not say that we grasp the tendency of the condominium management policies wholly of the local governments, so it remains as a subject because it is not long since condominium management policies of the local government started, and we picked up only metropolis in this study. In the future, it is necessary to search on the consciousness of a resident and the HOA about the condominium management policy, and make out the data which can be reflected in policy deployment in the local governments from now on. ＊ HOA ‥‥ Home Owners Association

This study examined whether family-friendly policies at work moderate the association between fathers' gender role attitudes and their affectionate parenting behaviors. The data was derived from the Panel Study of Korean Children. The samples included 1,164 fathers who participated in the seventh and eighth panel studies. To analyze the data, Pearson's correlations, multi-regression, and simple slope analysis were conducted using SPSS 25.0 and PROCESS Macro. The key findings of the study were as follows: Among family-friendly policies, the paternity leave and a flexible work system moderated the association between gender role attitudes and affectionate parenting behavior. Such family-friendly policies strengthened fathers' affectionate parenting, and gender role attitudes tended to be egalitarian in this case. The results of the present study showed that fathers' affectionate parenting behavior reflected their egalitarian gender role attitudes and particularly emphasized the importance of the role of family-friendly policies in providing fathers with autonomous time use.

This purposes of this study is to develope policies on the facilities for the elderly care in Korea. Methodology of this study adopts comparative analysis on the facilities for the elderly care in 6 countries which have experienced various problems on the elderly. These 6 countries are Japan, Sweden, America, Australian, England and Germany. Major issues for comparative analysis are the standard of care facilities, residence condition, finance of facilities establishment and expense, operating system, management, and the law and administrative structure about the facilities for the elderly care. The elderly people need various kinds of welfare services such as medical care facilities, nursing home facilities, home care facilities etc.. Thus the public policies for the aging population nations are compose of income maintenance program, health and medical care services and social welfare services. The policies of facilities for elderly care are very important since these policies include the characteristics of income maintenance, me\ulcorner미 care program and welfare program. This study willsupply basic data for the development of facilities for the elderly care in Korea, especially conceming the system and institutional device of the facilities.
