건설현장에서 발생하는 건설기계소음에 대한 현장직원의 주관적 반응에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Subjective Response of a Field Staff about Construction Machine Noise in Construction Field)

  • Recently, construction noise has caused much annoyance for a number of dwellers in nearby construction field and has become a very serious issue in our living environment. Therefore in our country, a practical solution and better method of reducing construction noise are highly required. Practical solutions for the construction noise, however, are very difficult because the poorness of basic data and insufficiency of the existing research. In this point, this study attempts to surveys the subkective response of construction machine noise in construction field. And this study intends to get the basic data for establishment of a standard about construction noise.

  • Construction equipment noise has caused much annoyance for a number of dwellers in nearby construction field and has become a very serious issure in our living environment. Therefore, in our country, a practical solution and a better method of reducing construction equipment noise are highly required in construction field. Practical solutions for the construction equipment noise, however, are very difficult because of the poorness of basic data and insufficiency of the existing research. Especially, in order to establish the sound insulation plan about pilling works noise with high sound pressure level and impactive, a real situation of sound characteristics about the noise of pilling works in foundation work demands more detail investigation. In this point, this study attempts to survey the characteristics of attenuation and propagation of construction equipment noise in pilling work using SIP(soil-cement injected precast pile) method with casing. And this study intends to get the basic data for establishment of a standard about construction noise.

  • A Special Building Zone, which could relieve or ignore part of the Building Act and the regulations in relevant laws, was practically established for the creation of new urban landscape, the improvement of construction technology, and the improvement of construction-related policy. However, due to the lack of understanding the Special Building Zone as well as the insufficiency of detailed standards in policies, the system currently cannot be operated in universal matters. In such circumstance, this study, which is based on the current data on the Special Building Zone defined in exiting law, attempts to analyze the multi-unit housing that has been planned by the system of Special Building Zone. Also, this study aims to derive the Special Building Zone's possibilities and implications that contribute to the improvement of landscape, so as to suggest solutions for effective improvement of the system. With the results above, solutions for the improvement of the system can be derived and summarized as the following. On the one hand, from 'planning perspective', it is necessary to improve the system in a comprehensive way with consideration of urban and local contexts. On the other hand, from 'procedure perspective', some foundation shall be prepared for a system that can allows comprehensive tasks, including the settlement of the zone, the alleviation/elimination of regulations, the approval of building's construction, the process of construction, and the monitoring.

A Comparative Study on Data Augmentation Using Generative Models for Robust Solar Irradiance Prediction

  • 본 논문은 서울, 부산, 인천과 같은 대한민국의 주요 도시들을 대상으로 일사량 예측 정확도를 향상하기 위한 방법론을 제안한다. 제안한 방법론은 먼저 GAN, CTGAN, Copula GAN, WGANGP, TVAE 등 다섯 가지 생성 모델을 이용하여 기존 학습 데이터와 유사한 독립 변수들을 생성한다. 다음으로 모델 학습에서의 데이터 편향성을 개선하고자, 생성한 독립 변수들에서 각각 랜덤 포레스트와 심층 신경망을 통해 종속 변숫값을 도출하여 학습 데이터 셋을 구축하고, 이를 기존 학습데이터 셋과 결합하여 예측 모델을 구성한다. 실험 결과, 증강된 데이터 셋으로 학습한 모델들은 기존 데이터 셋으로 학습한 모델들보다 향상된 성능을 나타내었다. 특히 CTGAN은 복잡한 다변량 데이터 관계를 효과적으로 다루는 메커니즘으로 인해 우수한 결과를 도출하였으며, 생성된 데이터는 일사량의 다양한 변화와 실제 변동성과 효과적으로 반영하였다. 제안한 방법론은 고품질의 생성 데이터로 학습 데이터를 증강함으로써, 데이터 부족 현상 문제를 다룰 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 지속 가능한 발전을 위한 태양광 발전 시스템 운영에도 이바지할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

초등학교 교사의 에듀넷 활용에 관한 실태 연구 (A Study on the Actual State of Edunet Utilization by Elementary School Teachers)

  • 현재 580만 명의 회원을 가진 에듀넷은 대표적인 국가교육정보서비스임에도 불구하고 초등학교 현장에서의 에듀넷 사용빈도와 활용성은 높지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 부산 경남 지역 초등학교 교사들을 대상으로 설문을 통해 에듀넷 서비스 활용실태와 문제점을 파악하여 개선 방향과 활성화 방안을 모색코자 하였다. 연구결과 교사들은 ICT 활용교육에 에듀넷 서비스는 5.3%, 사설교육정보서비스는 93.1%를 사용하고 있는 것으로 나타나 에듀넷 서비스보다는 사설교육정보서비스를 더 많이 이용하고 있었다. 에듀넷 서비스를 자주 이용하지 않는 주요 이유로 자료 검색의 어려움(29.4%)과 양질의 컨텐츠 부족(25%)을 지적하였다. 에듀넷 이용 활성화를 위해서는 이용의 불편사항을 보완하고 교사가 요구하는 서비스를 강화해야 하며, 우수한 교육 자료를 효율적으로 제공하여 교사가 이를 적극적으로 교육에 활용할 수 있도록 해야 한다.
