데이터 경제시대 속에서 활발한 데이터 유통환경을 조성하고자 다양한 정책들이 시행되고 있다. 국내에서는 공공주도 데이터 거버넌스 아래 금융데이터거래소의 출범을 시작으로 빅데이터 유통 플랫폼 형성과 데이터 거래가 시작되었다. 주요 데이터 선진국들의 경우, 오래전부터 데이터브로커 산업을 바탕으로 데이터 유통환경을 구축해왔고, 그로부터 산출되는 부가가치들을 통해 국가 데이터 경쟁력을 강화해왔다. 그런데 데이터브로커를 통해 이루어지는 활발한 데이터 유통의 이면에는 수많은 정보보호 이슈들이 존재하고, 이로 인해 다양한 프라이버시 문제와 국가 안보적 위협들이 발생하였다. 이러한 문제들은 국내 금융데이터 거래 과정에서도 충분히 발생할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 데이터브로커로 인해 발생한 데이터 거래의 정보보호 이슈를 살펴보고, 정보보호의 관점에서 데이터 거래 시 고려해야 할 사항들을 도출하였다. 이후, 정보보호 고려사항들이 국내 금융데이터거래소 거래단계별 정보보호 정책에 잘 반영되어 있는지 검증해보았다. 이를 바탕으로 금융데이터거래의 정보보호 강화방안을 제시하였다.

With the recent advancement of information and communication technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing, and 5G, data is being produced and digitized in unprecedented amounts. As a result, data has emerged as a critical resource for the future economy, and overseas countries have been revising laws for data protection and utilization. In Korea, the 'Data 3 Act' was revised in 2020 to introduce institutional measures that classify personal information, pseudonymized information, and anonymous information for research, statistics, and preservation of public records. Among them, it is expected to increase the added value of data by combining pseudonymized personal information, and to this end, "the Expert Data Combination Agency" and "the Expert Data Agency" (hereinafter referred to as the Expert Data Processing Agency) system were introduced. In comparison to these domestic systems, we would like to analyze similar overseas systems, and it was recently confirmed that the Vermont government in the United States enacted the first "Data Broker Act" in the United States as a measure to protect personal information held by data brokers. In this study, we aim to compare and analyze the roles and functions of the "Expert Data Processing Agency" and "Data Broker," and to identify differences in designated standards, security measures, etc., in order to present ways to contribute to the activation of the data economy and enhance information protection.

퍼브/서브 시스템(Pub/Sub System)은 시스템에서 발행되는 정보 중 사용자가 등록한 관심 정보만을 사용자에게 전달해주는 시스템이다. 기존의 퍼브/서브 시스템은 컨텐트의 저장 및 전달을 담당하는 브로커들을 네트워크화 하여 구현되었다. 모바일 사용자가 급증함에 따라 사용자의 관심위치 정보와 같은 지속적으로 변하게 되는 관심정보를 다루기 위한 퍼브/서브 시스템에 대한 수요가 부각 되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 기존의 퍼브/서브 시스템에서 깊이 고려하지 않았던, 관심 위치 정보의 빈번한 변화를 효과적으로 처리하기 위한 브로커 네트워크 기반의 퍼브/서브 시스템을 제안한다. 사용자의 행동 패턴이나 지리적 특성을 고려해 퍼브/서브 시스템에서 관리하는 공간 데이터 영역을 Slow Moving Region과 Normal Moving Region의 두가지 타입으로 구분하고, 각 영역에 대한 사용자의 요청을 효과적으로 지원하기 위해 Q+R트리를 사용하여 브로커를 관리한다. 시뮬레이션을 사용한 실험 결과를 통해 제안하는 Q+R트리 기반의 브로커 네트워크가 불필요한 브로커의 로드와 네트워크 트래픽을 감소시킴으로써 보다 효과적으로 지속적인 사용자의 관심 위치 정보 변화를 지원할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

Emerging social networking services provide a new paradigm for human-to-human communication. However, these services are centralized and managed by single service provider. In this paper, we propose MicroPost, a decentralized event notification service architecture for social applications based on publish/subscribe model. In our design space, event brokers are structured as an overlay network which provides the substrate of distributed peer-to-peer lookup service for storing and retrieving subscriptions with hashed keys. Event clients interact with event brokers to publish or subscribe social messages over the wide-area network. Using XML standards, we present an efficient algorithm to forward events for rendezvous-based matching in this paper. In our design space, the cost of routing is O(${\omega}log_kN$), where N is the number of event brokers, ${\omega}$ is the number of meta-data obtained from event messages, and k is a constant, which is selected by our design, to divide the identifier space and to conquer the lookup of given key. Consequently, what we achieved is an asynchronous social messaging service architecture which is decentralized, efficient, scalable, and flexible.

XML message brokers have a lot of importance because XML has become a practical standard for data exchange in many applications. Message brokers covered in this document store many users. This paper is a study of the processing of twig pattern queries in XML documents using branching node streams in XML message broker structures. This work is about query processing in XML documents, especially for query processing with XML twig patterns in the XML message broker structure and proposed a method to reduce query processing time when parsing documents with XML twig patterns by processing information. In this paper, the twig pattern query processing method of documents using the branching node stream removes the twigging value of the branch node that does not include the labeling value of the branch node stream when it receives a twig query from the client. In this paper, the leaf node discovery time can be reduced by reducing the navigation time of nodes in XML documents that are matched to leaf nodes in twig queries for client twig queries. Overall, the overall processing time to respond to queries is reduced, allowing for rapid question-answer processing.

본 연구는 고객이 부동산중개서비스 품질요인을 어떻게 평가하며, 중요한 품질요인으로 선호하는지에 관해 연구한 내용이다. 부동산중개서비스 품질요인으로 중개업자의 전문지식, 중개업자의 영업능력, 중개업자의 책임의식, 중개사무소의 입지, 프랜차이즈 가맹여부를 선정하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 고객들은 다섯 가지 부동산중개서비스 품질요인 중 중개업자의 책임의식을 가장 중요한 품질요인으로 선호하는 것으로 분석되었으며, 그 다음으로 중개업자의 전문지식, 중개업자의 영업능력, 중개사무소의 입지, 프랜차이즈 가맹여부 순으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과에서 보듯 중개업자는 중개업자로서의 책임의식과 전문지식을 향상시키는 데 노력해야 하며, 친절한 서비스와 적극적 중개행위로 영업능력을 향상시켜야 할 것이다. 중개사무소의 입지는 지속적인 홍보가 중요하다고 보여 지며, 프랜차이즈 가맹업소의 효율적인 활용을 위해서는 인터넷 정보망의 개선이 필요하다고 보여 진다. 본 논문은 부동산중개 계약을 경험한 고객들이 어떤 서비스를 필요로 하는지를 알아보기 위해 직접 면담을 통해 얻은 자료를 실증적으로 분석한 결과이다. 따라서 국토해양부의 업무관련부서와 중개협회에서는 본 자료를 참고하여 대책을 강구하는데 조금이나마 기여하였으면 한다. 아울러 중개업계와 중개업자들 스스로 경쟁에 치우쳐 한 치 앞만 보지 말고 중개업의 발전을 위해 지속적으로 노력하여야 할 것이다.

Purpose. The main purpose of this critical ethnography was to examines the process and discourses through which family caregivers experience while caring for their sick family member in a hospital. Methods. This was achieved by conducting in-depth interviews with 12 family caregivers, and by observing their caring activities and daily lives in natural settings. The study field was a unit for neurologic patients. Data was analyzed using taxonomy, discourse analysis, and proxemics. All research work was iteratively processed from March 2003 to December 2004. Results. Constant comparative analysis of the data yielded the process of becoming a successful family caregiver: encountering the differences and chaos as novice; constructing their world of skilled caregivers; and becoming a hospital family as experienced caregivers. During the process of becoming an experienced hospital family, the discourse of family centered idea guided their caring behaviors and daily lives. Conclusion. The paternalistic family caregivers struggled, cooperated, and harmonized with the patriarchal world of professional health care system. During this process of becoming hospital family, professional nurses must act as cultural brokers between the lay family caring system and the professional caring system.

Utilization practice of garlic and seasonings in industry foodservice was surveyed by questionnaire. Statistical data analysis was performed with SAS package program in order to have frequencies, means, t-test, ANOVA and Duncan's multiple range test. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; The mean value of Food Processing Index(FPI) score for purchased vegetable and seasonings is 3.5 which indicates the prepreparation is between partially preprepared and completely preprepared. The garlic was mainly purchased from brokers(51.0%), on a daily basis(58.8%) and peeled-form(74.5%). The average purchased amount is 6.66㎏ at a time. The unit price of the garlic makes significant differences(p＜0.05) by the scale and location of foodservice establishments. As for the storage method and Period, in room temperature, no storage(2.1%) and for one day(2.1%) and in refrigeration, for one day(39.6%) and fer three days(18.7%).

This research analyze the impact factors that affect the PI resistance of securities brokerage salespersons during Process Innovation in securities companies focusing on the broker's individual personality. After reviewing some related literatures, a survey was conducted at a domestic securities company with the derived factors from a focus group of securities salesmen with over 10 year work experience. The results show that broker's individual propensity to innovation, individual customer relationship and individual flexibility are closely related to the PI resistance. By controlling such factors for salespersons, securities companies can boost the ability to meet and control the changing situation and management innovation.

Most works of art are done through brokers, and transaction details are not disclosed to the public and are always at risk of tampering. To solve these problems, many Artworks Blockchain Platforms that apply blockchain technology to art transactions are being used. Several companies are currently operating these platforms, but since various blockchain platforms are operated according to the content, the operating methods of each platform are different, and a related model is needed to solve these problems due to compatibility issues between platforms. In this paper, we collect the latest Artworks Blockchain Platforms data, and based on this, we will create and analyze the Color Petri net model of Artworks Blockchain Platform.
