This study was devoted to the manufacturing process of activated carbon(AC) using and anthracite and bituminous coals which were regarded as appropriate for AC manufacturing, and the physcial properties a AC prepared with coal blends were characterized by the ultimate and proximate analysis. Generally, as the fraction of antheracite in AC from anthracite and bituminous coal blends was increased, AC yield was increased whereas iodine value($I_2$) was decreased. Being not related to mixing ratio of coal blends, the apparent density of AC remained constant. Pore development and iodine value of AC based on coal blends(Fushun and Dandong, 75:25 wt. %) were examined, varing carbonization and steam activation conditions. These results showed that the average pore diameter of AC was below $20{\AA}$ in the activation temperature range of 850 to $900^{\circ}C$ and the iodine value was above $1000m^2/g$. When the adsorption capacity of manufactured AC was compared with commercial AC, it is found that the AC from coal blends was comparable to the commercial AC. Therefore, it was confirmed that the characteristics of manufactured AC were changed with manufacturing conditions and the ratios and types of coal blends.

Smart cities are expanding their spatial scope to urban areas and regions. Linking regional economic development strategies beyond the borders with smart city planning can lead to cooperation and economic development between regions and countries as well. The purpose of this study is to suggest cooperation and regional development of the three nations - Korea, North Korea and China - through the Yellow Sea Rim Smart Region. To this end, smart city strategies and economic development plan with implementation status in the three countries including special economic zones have analyzed that could be the spatial basis of the smart region. On the west coast of Korea facing the Yellow Sea, lots of projects related to smart cities are actively underway in Saemangeum, Yellow Sea Free Economic Zone(YESFEZ), and Incheon Free Economic Zone(IFEZ). Although the political situation is still uncertain, North Korea is analyzed to have economic and technical potential in the west coast connecting Haeju, Nampo, and Sinuiju. In Liaoning and Shandong provinces of China, smart city projects have been actively promoted in recent years especially in the state-supporting industrial cities. Restoration of economic cooperation between South Korea and China, linkage of transportation networks, vitalization of cross-border cooperation projects between China and North Korea centered on Dandong and Sinuiju, and the connecting of smart city infrastructure and services for China and South Korea's economic cooperation process will make the Yellow Sea Rim as a world prosperous economic region. However, it is necessary to establish and operate a governance system through long-term planning for transnational consultation and establishment of a promotion organization.

These days sex has become a tool of interest, a constant stream of sex crimes occurs and it brings the age of population cliffs to an age of low birth rates. As an alternative to overcome these problems, we should establish the praying for a child, which has been our ancestors' way of life, as a sacred culture that holds the mystery of life-birth with a new awareness. Therefore, the purpose of this study is not to re-enact the Zhaungam area as a fun and interesting place, but as a sacred place to pray for the nobility, longevity and wealth of life. Based on the spirit of natural love, meeting, healing, and love based on the spirit of traditional culture, Doridori was chosen as the main theme of the project based on the spirit of natural love and life-respect, and the name "Doridori Secret Garden" was given out of 10 medals in Dandong for tourism storytelling. Cultural content becomes a marketing tool for the region and acts as a force for tourists to visit the area. In this context, it was confirmed that the creation of "Doridori Secret Garden" could lead to a high value-added industry that attracts tourists by enhancing the brand value of Andong and showing sufficient significance to become a new attraction. This study is intended to re-create the Zhaungam area as a sacred place to pray for the nobility of life and longevity and wealth of life, noting that people still pray for the birth of their children in Zhaungam and Zhagungam.
