O presente estudo tem como objetivo principal analisar a influência de vocabulários de origem africana em uso no português brasileiro(PB). A fim disso, observamos os tipos e as características das línguas africanas. E ainda, para compreender a situação atual de uso desses termos no Brasil, apresentamos um panorama do registro dos vocábulos de origem africana no PB, e organizamos os vocabulários em três categorias, especialmente, nos registros dos séculos XIX e XX. Em primeiro, a categoria 1 pode ser usada em qualquer interação social, contrastando com as outras duas categorias. Em segundo, a categoria 2 é constuída de termos informais, de uso coloquial que, eventualmente, dependendo da situação, são substituídos por outras. Por último, a categoria 3 é de termos marcadamente informais, de uso restrito. Através disso, comparamos os registros anteriores com os dados obtidos da nossa pesquisa. Com os resultados, podemos reconhecer a estabilidade e o dinamismo do uso desses termos hoje no PB.

The present study was carried out to establish several spermatotoxicity test methods. For this purpose we investigated following parameters in the fertility study of DA-125, a new anticancer agent, in rats: testicular spermatid counts, epididymal sperm counts, daily sperm production rate, sperm morphology, and serum testosterone concentration. Motility and velocity of sperms were also measured using non-treated rats. At 0.3 mg DA-125/kg, spermatids per 1g testis and daily sperm production rate per 1g testis were significantly decreased, when compared with those of control group. Several types of abnormal sperms, such as no head, pin head, double head, hook at wrong angle, no tail, and small sperm, were found in both treated and control groups at a low frequency. Serum testosterone concentration at 0.3 mg DA-125/kg was close to the control value. Sperm motility and velocity measured with non-treated rats were in a good agreement with the results of other investigators. In our study established spermatotoxicity test methods can be used as a tool not only for the close examination of the cause of drug- or chemical-induced infertility, but also for the effective evaluation of reproductive toxicity.

This study was undertaken to characterize the properties of a 100 kDa somatic antigen from Metagonimus yokogawai. Monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) were produced against this 100 kDa antigen, and their immunoreactivity was assessed by western blot analysis with patients' sera. The mAbs against the 100 kDa antigen commonly reacted with various kinds of trematode antigens, including intestinal (Gymnophalloides seoi), lung (Paragonimus westermani), and liver flukes (Clonorchis sinensis and Fasciola hepatica). However, this mAb showed no cross-reactions with other helminth parasites, including nematodes and cestodes. To determine the topographic distribution of the 100 kDa antigen in worm sections, indirect immunoperoxidase staining was performed. A strong positive reaction was observed in the tegumental and subtegumental layers of adult M. yokogawai and C. sinensis. The results showed that the 100 kDa somatic protein of M. yokogawai is a common antigen which recognizes a target epitope present over the tegumental layer of different trematode species.

This study was performed to determine the toxic effect of DA-3030(granulocyte-colony stimulating factor, G-CSF) in beagle dogs. DA-3030(G-CSF) was injected intravenously at doses of 115 $\mu\textrm{g}$/kg/day, 11.5 $\mu\textrm{g}$/kg/day and 1.15 $\mu\textrm{g}$/kg/day seven days per week for 28 days. After completion of the treatments, the dog were necropsied. The number of dead animal was zero in all groups. No specific clinical sign was found, either. In hematological results, WBC was significantly increased dose-dependently in treated groups. In histopathological findings, megakaryocyte and rubricyte were found in the liver and spleen at the dose of 115 $\mu\textrm{g}$/kg/day. Therefore, we could find the extramedullary hematopoiesis was increased. Megaka yocyte and rubricyte were increased in bone marrow, too. In conclusion, those signs were estimated the pharmacological effect of DA-3030(G-CSF). According to the results, non toxic dose of DA-3030(G-CSF) was higher than 115 $\mu\textrm{g}$/kg/day.

Graphene oxide (GO) was concurrently reduced and functionalized using long alkyl chain dodecyl amine (DA). The DA functionalized GO (DA-G) was assumed to disperse homogenously in linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE). Subsequently, DA-G was used to fabricate DA-G/LLDPE composites by melt mixing technique. Fourier transform infrared spectra analysis was performed to ascertain the simultaneous reduction and functionlization of GO. Field emission scanning electron microscopy analysis was performed to ensure the homogenous distribution and dispersion of DA-G in LLDPE matrix. The enhanced storage modulus value of the composites validates the homogenous dispersion of DA-G and its good interfacial interaction with LLDPE matrix. An increased in tensile strength value by ~ 64% also confirms the generation of good interface between the two constituents, through which efficient load transfer is possible. However, no significant improvement in glass transition temperature was observed. This simple technique of fabricating LLDPE composites following industrially viable melt mixing procedure could be realizable to developed mechanically strong graphene based LLDPE composites for future applications.

A high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the determination of DA-6034 in biological fluids using internal standard. Plasma containing DA-6034 and inter nal standard was extracted by liquid-liquid extraction at an acidic pH. After evaporation of the organic layer, the drug and internal standard were reconstituted with mobile phase and injected into the column. They were separated by high performance liquid chromatography on inertsil ODS II column at 334 nm. The detection limit of DA-6034 in plasma was 0.02 ${\mu}$g/ml. In this method, the range of recovery and coefficients of variation were 96-110% and 0.40-3.78%, respectively. There was no interference from endogenous substances. Urine and bile were analysed using the deproteinization method and the detection limit of DA-6034 was 1${\mu}$g/l.

된장으로부터 콩발효 종균후보 Bacillus licheniformis 0DA23-1가 분리되었다. 0DA23-1 균주는 GC 함량 45.96%, 약 4.4 Mb 크기의 단일 chromosome을 보유하고 있었고, 식중독균 Bacillus cereus 및 Staphylococcus aureus가 보유한 위해성 유전자는 유전체로부터 확인되지 않았다. 또한, 8종의 항생물질(chloramphenicol, clindamycin, erythromycin, gentamicin, kanamycin, streptomycin, tetracycline, vancomycin) 저항성 및 혈청분해 활성, 바이오필름 생성 관련 유전자도 확인되지 않았다.

본 연구에서는 불등풀가사리(홍조류) 다당류를 기능성 소재로의 활용 가능성을 확인하기 위하여 분자량이 다른 다당류 3종을 제조하여 다양한 면역증강 효과를 확인하였다. GPA-III(${\geq}100kDa$)는 nitric oxide 및 cytokine(TNF-a 및 IL-6)분석에서 농도 유의적으로 함량이 증가하였으며, RT-PCR 분석을 통한 유전자 발현에서 iNOS 및 COX-2에서 높은 발현을 유도하여 면역증강 효과를 확인하였다. 따라서, GPA-III는 기능성식품 및 의약품의 잠재적 응용 가능성을 가지는 면역 증강제임을 나타내었다.

누에의 성충특이체액단백질(adult specific protein : ASP)의 생리 생화학적 특성 및 성충화 발육에 따른 기능을 구명하기 위한 연구의 일환으로 ASP의 분리·정제 및 분자적 특성을 조사하였다. ASP는 Sephadex G-100 gel 여과 및 CM52 ion exchange chromatography에 의해 분리·정제되었으며, 정제된 단백질의 순도는 native-PAGE 및 면역전기영동에 의해 확인되었다. ASP는 분자량 19.5kDa 및 17.5kDa으로 추정되는 2종류의 subunits으로 구성되어 있고 또한 당 및 지질을 포함하지 않는 단순단백질임이 밝혀졌다.

Orchid fleck virus (OFV) is an unassigned plant virus in the family Rhabdoviridae. OFV was isolated from Cymbidium sp. showing oval necrotic lesions on their leaves in Korea, and designated as OFV-NHHS1. The complete nucleotide sequence of the RNA1 (6,413 nt) (GenBank accession no. AB516442) and RNA2 (6,001 nt) (GenBank accession no. AB516441) was determined in this study. RNA1 and RNA2 contained five and one ORF respectively. RNA1 encodes nucleocapsid (N) of 49 kDa, ORF2 of 26 kDa, ORF3 of 38 kDa, ORF4 of 20 kDa and glycoprotein (G) of 61 kDa proteins, whereas RNA2 encodes a single polymerase of 212 kDa. OFV-NHHS1 shared extremely high similarity of 98.6-100% and 98.9-99.6% in nucleotidle and amino acid sequences with a Japanese isolate, OFV-so, respectively. However, the N, G and L of OFV-NHHS1 revealed 6.9-19.3%, 7.3-12.0%, and 13.4-26.6% identities to those of 29 Rhabdoviruses, respectively. To survey the infection rate of OFV in commercial orchids in Korea, 51 Cymbidium sp., 10 Phalaenopsis sp., 22 Oncidium sp. and 21 Dendrobium sp. plants that showed typical viral symptoms were collected. RT-PCR with specific primers for detection of Cymbidium mosaic virus (CymMV), ORSV and OFV showed high infection rate by ORSV alone and double infection by ORSV and CymMV. One of the orchids tested was infected with OFV. This is the first report of the complete nucleotide sequences of OFV isolated in Korea.
