Duck circovirus (DuCV) has been recognized as a contagious immunosuppressive virus affecting many duck species worldwide. To determine the prevalence of DuCV infection in ducks, we investigated 104 samples collected from 50 duck farms in Jeonbuk province with the polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Among collected samples, 40 (38.5%) were positive for DuCV. The prevalence of DuCV PCR-positive samples increased with age. Genomic sequences of 15 DuCV strains were determined and compared with previously available DuCV sequences in public databases. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that all strains were clustered into DuCV-1 group.

In this paper, we analyze the infrared feature for the small coast targets according to the surrounding environment for autonomous flight device equipped with an infrared imaging sensor and we propose Cross Duality of Neural Network (CR-DuNN) method which can classify the target and clutter in coastal environment. In coastal environment, there are various property according to diverse change of air temperature, sea temperature, deferent seasons. And small coast target have various infrared feature according to diverse change of environment. In this various environment, it is very important thing that we analyze and classify targets from the clutters to improve target detection accuracy. Thus, we propose infrared feature learning algorithm through LSTM neural network and also propose CR-DuNN algorithm that integrate LSTM prediction network with Du-CNN classification network to classify targets from the clutters.

목적 : 이 연구는 봉독이 세포자멸사 관련 단백질의 발현 조절을 통하여 세포자멸사를 유도하고 전립선 암세포주인 DU-145 세포의 성장을 억제하는지를 확인하고 해당 기전을 살펴보고자 하였다. 방법 : 봉독을 처리한 후 DU-145의 세포자멸사를 관찰하기 위해 TUNEL staining assay를 시행하였으며, 세포자멸사 조절단백질의 변동 관찰에는 western blot analysis를 시행하였다. 결과 : DU-145 세포에 봉독을 처리한 후, 세포자멸사의 유발, 세포자멸사 관련 단백질의 발현에 미치는 영향을 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. DU-145 세포에서 봉독을 처리한 후 세포자멸사가 유도되어 세포성장이 억제되었다. 2. 세포자멸사 관련 단백질 중 분리된 pro-apoptotic proteins인 PARP, caspase-3, caspase-9은 유의한 증가를 나타내었다. 3. 세포자멸사 관련 단백질 중 분리된 anti-apoptotic proteins인 Bcl-2, p-AKT, XIAP, cIAP2는 유의한 감소를, MMP2, MMP13은 유의한 증가를 나타내었다. 결론 : 이상의 결과는 봉독이 인간 전립선 암세포주인 DU-145의 세포자멸사를 유발함으로써 전립선암세포 증식억제 효과가 있음을 입증한 것으로 전립선암의 예방과 치료에 대한 효과적인 치료제 개발에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

A.c. susceptibility for $Bi_{1.4}Pb_{0.6}Sr_2Ca_2Cu_{3.6}O_x$ superconductor is measured as a function of temperature at different value of a.c. magnetic field amplitude. Two transition steps are attributed to the intergranular and intragranular properties. Based on Bean's critical state model, intergranular critical current density, $J_c^{gb}$ (11 $A/cm^2$ at 77 K) and intragranular critical current density, $J_c^g (7{\times}10^3\;A/cm^2$ at 100 K) are estimated. The low values of $J_c^{gb}$and $J_c^g$ reflect a poor nature of coupling between grains and the low pinning force density of intragrain in $Bi_{1.4}Pb_{0.6}Sr_2Ca_2Cu_{3.6}O_x$ superconductor.

In order to study on Bu-ja(Oh-du) toxicosis, the outhor investigated many documents. The results obtained were as follows: 1. Toxicosis of Bu-ja(Oh-du) arised mainly from carelessness in use. 2. In the symptoms of Bu-ja(Oh-du), Heart System(心系) symptom often came out. 3. The general and local paralysis, falling of blood pressure in Heart System(心系) symptom : vertigo, cramp in Liver System(肝系) symptom : nausea, vomiting in Spleen System (脾系) symptom : difficulty of breathing in Lung System(肺系) symptom : wasting disease in Kidney System (腎系) symptom frequently originated from toxicosis of Bu-ja(Oh-du). 4. In the detoification method, there are atropin injection, carrying out a gastric lavage, and supplying a liquid medicine from the western medicine : taking ginger-licorice root decoction, taking mung beans thick decoction and getting vomited with soaked cinnamon from the oriental medicine. And also keeping warm and oxygen inhalation were used to counteract poison. 5. A pregnant woman, heat of excess type(實熱), yang sydrome(陽證 )must not be taken Bu-ja(Oh-du).

The recent Bistable Nematic ($BiNem^{(R)}$) LCD technology presents long term bistability, high level passive matrix multiplexing, gray levels capabilities and high optical quality. The $BiNem^{(R)}$ device, based on anchoring breaking, needs specific low anchoring strength materials - alignment layers and liquid crystal mixtures. We present here our approach to develop nematic mixtures with wide enough temperature range and low zenithal anchoring energy.

En troisieme lieu, comme celles du Directoire, la formation de l'unite esthetique au haut degre et les lignes naturelles du corps. En quatrieme lieu, comme celles du Consulat et de l'Empire, l'achevement du style d'Empire d'ornement somptueux refletant l'autorite politique de l'Empereur.

서로 다른 지역에서 서로 다른 과정의 실습 중심의 정보보호 단기 교육을 진행하기 위하여 SaaS 기반 가상훈련 시스템을 사용하였다. 본 논문에서는 SaaS 기반 가상훈련 시스템을 이용한 정보보호 실습 교육의 장단점을 정리한다. 강사 및 수강생들은 교육 과정 중 데스크톱 가상화를 사용하여 실습 환경을 구축하는 시간을 절약할 수 있었다. 또한, 원격 실습 지원, 진행 상황 확인도 가능하였다. 관리자는 강사 및 장소와 무관하게 균등한 실습 교육을 제공할 수 있다는 점이 가장 큰 장점이었다. 향후에는 서버 가상화와 데스크톱 가상화가 결합된 하이브리드 형태의 실습 환경 개발을 고려할 필요가 있다.

This study traces out female identity and sexuality in George Du Maurier's novel, Trilby. The heroine's sexuality in this novel plays some interesting roles invoking both male gaze and male homosocial desire. There seems to have been lots of debates about female subjectivity and gender relations in the Victorian age. George Du Maurier tries to redefine female identity which had been divided into two aspects in the age: angel and demon. When he describes Trilby's identity, the fixed duality as fallen, demonic and autonomous women might have been considerably fluid. Rather than returning to the old boundaries of female subjectivity and identity through his heroine, he unwittingly describes the female role as an erotic organizer. As Du Maurier shows that Trilby's identity plays a conduit role for male homosocial desire, he created the tension between masculinity and femininity and revealed a changing relationship between female nature and male culture as well. Furthermore, when George Du Maurier in his novel opened a new possibility for an erotic organizer through his heroin, Trilby, he seems to have represented the more fluid female role in the patriarchal culture that asked only some fixed roles for women.
