DP 가공조건이 면직물의 역학적 성질과 태에 미치는 영향 (Effect of DP Finishing Conditions on the Mechanical Properties and Hand of Cotton Fabrics)

  • The effects of DP finishing conditions including process technique and finishing agent on the mechanical properties and hand of cotton fabrics were investigated. 100% cotton fabrics were treated with NMA/DMDHEU and NMA/YF using wet-fixation and steam-fixation process. For comparison, conventional pad-dry-cure process was used with DMDHEU. After DP finishing, tensile and compressional resilience increased and bending hysteresis decreased, resulting in the improvement of dimensional stability of cotton fabric. WF and SF process rendered fabrics better shear properties, tensile energy, and compressional linearity and energy than PDC process. However, SF process produced fabrics with higher geometrical roughness than WF process. After DP finishing, primary hand values except Koshi increased, resulting in the increase of total hand value of cotton fabric.

  • This paper describes a new phase-difference detection method and the associate process algorithm for calculating the mean value of phase difference detected and OVCXO control value and for monitoring and controlling the DP-PLL operation status to be used in the design of a high-frequency DP-PLL. Through the experiments of DP-PLL implemented with 16-bit processor, memories, pheriperals and OVCXO to eraluate the suggested method and algorithm, it is shown that a remarkable improvement in PLL function such as phase detection, and reference clock tracing capability, jitter absorbability and frequency stability compared with other existing DP-PLL synchronization device is achieved.

오미자 분말 및 추출물 첨가 설기떡의 저장 중 품질특성 (Quality characteristics of steamed rice cake with Schisandra chinensis powder or extract added prior to storage)

  • 열풍건조 오미자 분말(DP), 열풍건조 오미자 추출물(DE), 동결건조 오미자 분말(FP), 동결 오미자 추출물(FE)을 각각 1% 첨가한 설기떡을 $25^{\circ}C$에서 5일간 저장하며 이화학적 특성, 기능성 성분 및 항산화 활성을 연구하였다. pH는 동결 오미자 추출물 첨가 설기떡이 4.19로 낮은 값을 나타냈으며, 대조구는 6.43으로 높은 값을 나타내었다. 대조구는 저장기간 중 낮아지는 경향을 나타냈으나, 오미자 분말 및 추출물 첨가구는 유의적 차이가 없었다. $L^*$ value는 가공 직후 대조구의 값이 가장 높았으나, 저장기간 중 감소하였다. $a^*$ value는 동결건조 오미자 첨가구가 열풍건조 오미자 첨가구보다 높은 값을 나타내었으며, $b^*$ value는 열풍건조 오미자 첨가구가 동결 오미자 첨가구 보다 높은 값을 나타내었다. 총 페놀 함량 및 FRAP 활성은 동결 오미자 첨가구가 열풍건조 오미자 첨가구 보다 높은 함량을 나타내었다. Anthocyanin 및 schisandrin은 대조구에서 검출되지 않았다. 안토시아닌 함량은 열풍건조 오미자 첨가구 보다 동결 오미자 첨가구에서 높은 함량을 나타내었다. Schisandrin 함량은 오미자 분말 첨가구보다 오미자 추출물 첨가구에서 높은 함량을 나타내었다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 기능성 성분 및 항산화능을 고려하여 볼 때 동결 오미자 추출물을 설기떡에 첨가하면 우수한 설기떡을 제조할 수있을 것으로 판단된다.

초고강도 합금강의 이종마찰교반 접합부에서의 미세조직 특성 및 기계적 물성 연구 (Microstructural and Mechanical Analysis of a Friction Stir Welded Joint of Dissimilar Advanced High-Strength Steels)

  • For microstructural analysis of a friction stir welded (FSWed) joint of advanced high-strength steels, dual phase (DP) and complex phase (CP) steels, are studied. FSWed joints are successfully fabricated in the following four cases: (i) DP/DP; (ii) CP/CP; (iii) DP/CP, where the advancing side is DP and the retreating side is CP; (iv) CP/DP, where the advancing side is CP and the retreating side is DP. The stir zone (SZ) of (i) the DP/DP joint mainly consists of lath martensite, while the stir zone of (ii) the CP/CP joint consists not only of lath martensite but also of bainite. In the case of (iii) DP/CP and (iv) CP/DP, they exhibit a similar microstructure including acicular-shaped phases in the joints; however, cross-sections of the joints show differences in material mixing in each case. In (iv) the CP/DP joint, temperature towards the CP steel is sufficient to cause softening, thus leading to better mixing than that in (iii) DP/CP. The phases of the SZ in each of the four cases are formed by phase transformation during the FSWed process; however, the transformed phase volume fraction of CP steel is lower than that of DP steel, indicating that dynamic recrystallization occurs mainly in CP steel. The hardness values of the SZ are significantly higher than those of the base materials, especially, the SZ of (iii) the DP/CP joint has the highest value due to highest fraction of lath martensite.

  • Microcapsules containing 2,4,4'-trichloro-2-hydroxydiphenyl ether (DP) and perfumes were prepared by the coacervation using poly (vinyl alcohol) and crosslinking agents. Internal phase content, percent releasing of core materials, antimicrobial activities of microcapsules and fabrics treated with them were investigated. The internal content of microcapsules containing perfumes and DP are increased with increasing perfumes. The internal content of cacharia in the microcapsue was higher than that of lemon and its maimum value was 93%. The microcapsules containing perfumes and DP did not release cacharia and lemon at roonl temperature. But the amount of perfumes released from microcapsules were increased with temperature and time of microcapsules containing DP and perfumes showed 100% reduction percentage of bacteria. The size of obstruction of fabrics treated with microcapsule containing DP and perfumes were increased with DP content in microcapsules.

당유자 껍질 분말을 첨가한 스폰지 케이크의 품질 특성 (Quality Properties of Sponge Cake containing Dangyuja (Citrus grandis Osbeck) Powder)

  • Dangyuja (Citrus gradis), a native citrus fruit of Jeju Island, has sour and bitter tastes. Dangyuja is rich in dietary fiber and enhance antioxidant activity. In this study, sponge cake was prepared by adding Dangyuja peel powder, and its quality characteristics were investigated. The freeze-dried Dangyuja peel powder was added to sponge cakes at a content of 0% (control), 2% (DP2), 4% (DP4), 6% (DP6) and 8% (DP8) of wheat flour weight. The specific gravity and baking loss of dough tended to increase with the amount of Dangyuja peel powder added, but the pH value as well as volume index of the cake were decreased. The symmetry index of cake tended to increase. Color values of sponge cake crust showed no significant difference, but L value and a value of crumb were decreased. The hardness and chewiness were increased with adding Dangyuja peel powder. Springiness was the highest at DP2 (91.79%). Cohesiveness did not showed significant difference among all samples. In a consumer preference test, cake groups with Dangyuja peel powder was higher than DP0 in color, texture, and overall acceptability. From these results, it was concluded that Dangyuja affects characteristics of sponge cakes. When making Dangyuja peel sponge cakes, it is suitable for adding 4% Dangyuja peel powder.

폐쇄형 시스템에서 펄라이트 배지의 성층이 토마토의 생육 및 수량에 미치는 영향 (Effect of the Stratification of Perlite by Particle Size on the Growth and Yield of Tomato in a Recycling Hydroponics)

  • 본 연구에서는 폐쇄형 시스템에서 펄라이트 배지의 단점을 보완하여 상층에는 소립이나 중립을, 하층에는 대립을 사용하여 토마토의 양액재배에 적합한 펄라이트 배지의 사용방법을 구명코자 하였다. 초장, 생체중, 건물중 등 생육은 혼합배지보다 층분리한 배지에서 좋았고 층분리 처리간에는 소립새립(DP I)보다 중립새립(DP II)이 좋았다. 평균 과중은 처리간에 유의한 차이는 없었으나 과실수는 배지혼합 처리구의 주당 29.1개에 비해 배지의 층분리 처리구가 2∼4개 정도 많았으며, 층분리 처리간에는 소립/대립(DP I)보다 중립/대립(DP II)이 다소 많은 경향이었다. 주당 과실중 및 수량은 착과수와 같은 결과를 보여 층분리의 중립새립 처리구(DP II)가 가장 많았다. 기형과 발생률은 배지혼합 처리구에서 가장 높았으며, 이는 수량 감소의 원인이 되었다. 근활력은 정식후 50일째까지는 모든 처리에서 근활력이 증가되는 경향이었으나 100일째에는 감소하는 경향이었다. 처리간에는 정식후 20일째에는 큰 차이가 없었으나 정식 50일후에는 혼합배지보다 층분리 배지가 근활력이 높았으며, 층분리 처리간에는 소립/대립(DP I)보다 중립/대립(DP II)이 다소 많은 경향이었다. 펄라이트 배지내 EC는 1.3∼1.5로 처리간에 큰 차이는 없었으나 소립/대립 처리(DP I)의 상층에서 다른 처리보다 높았으며 pH도 같은 경향이었다. 배지내의 무기성분 함량은 배지혼합 및 중립/대립 처리(DP II)에서는 상층보다 하층이 많았으나 소립/대립 처리(DP I)에서는 상반된 결과를 보여 하층이 상층보다 많았다. 특히 소립/대립 처리(DP I)의 상층에서 칼륨, 칼슘 및 마그네슘의 함량이 높았는데, 펄라이트의 소립이 중립이나 대립에 비해 양이온 치환용량(CEC)이 높았기 때문이다.

과산화수소 표백조건에 따른 면셀룰로오스의 특성 변화 (Changes in the Properties of Cotton Cellulose by Hydrogen Peroxide Bleaching)

  • The cotton contains various impurities such as protein, wax, pectins, coloring matter, even though cotton has been a major source of pure cellulose. The purification processes have been commonly applied to obtain the pure cellulose. However the excessive purification treatments could lead to the damage in the cellulose structure which could result in the degradation of cellulose and the limited application of cotton cellulose. In this study, the changes in cellulose structural properties such as crystallinity and DP(degree of polymerization) by the various conditions of the purification processes were investigated. The less toxic agents such as hydrogen peroxide and sodium silicate were applied for the purification treatment in this study. The increase in the process times, the temperature and the applied amount of chemical agents resulted in the more purified cellulose. The DP of cotton cellulose was increased at the first weak conditions by the reduction of small molecules such as pectin, wax, and so on. Especially the 2 % addition amount of $H_2O_2$ with $Na_2SiO_3$ resulted in the higher value in the DP and the brightness compared to the 1.5 % addition amount of $H_2O_2$. However, the 4 % addition amount of $H_2O_2$ with $Na_2SiO_3$ showed the decreased value because of excessive treatment. In case of the changes in the crystallinity (Gjk), the highest value of the crystallinity was obtained by the 2% addition amount of $H_2O_2$ on the cotton cellulose, which showed similar with the change in the DP.

변형률속도를 고려한 DP590의 성형한계도 (Forming Limit Diagram of DP590 considering the Strain Rate)

  • This paper deals with the formability of DP590 steel considering the strain rate. The strain hardening coefficient, elongation and r-value were obtained from the static and dynamic tensile test. As strain rate increases from static to 100/s, the strain hardening coefficient and the uniform elongation decrease and the elongation at fracture and r-value decrease to 0.1/s and increase again to 100/s. The high speed forming limit tests with hemi-spherical punch were carried out using the high speed crash testing machine and high speed forming jig. The high speed forming limit of DP590(order of $10^2$/s) decreases compared to the static forming limit(order of $10^{-3}$/s) and the forming limit band in high speed forming test is narrower than that in the static forming test. This tendency may be due to the development of brittleness with increase of stain rate.

배추 무사마귀병 방제약제의 처리방법 개선을 통한 방제효과 제고 (Improvement of Control Effect by Change of Chemical Application Method on Clubroot disease of Chinese Cabbage Caused by Plasmodiophora brassicae in Field)

  • 배추무사마귀병 방제약제의 연용횟수에 다른 방제효과를 조사하기 위해 후루설파마이드분제 처리시 방제가는 1회 단용 24.5%, 2회 연용 84.0%, 3회 연용 88.6%로 약제를 연용할수록 높아졌으며, 10a당 상품수량도 각각 4,968~5,779kg으로 높았다. 후루설파마이드분제 2회 연용 후 3회 재배시 방제가는 53.9%로 다소 낮았으며 10a당 상품수량은 4,822kg으로 약제비, 노동력 투여 등을 고려할 때 3회 연용 재배보다 2회 연용후 3회재배가 경제적 방제수준으로 여겨진다. 방제약제 처리방법개선시험에서는 후루설파마이드분제 시용시 농가관행인 토양환화 처리의 방제가는 봄재배 61.5%, 가을재배 48.9% 에 비하여 상토혼화+재배지토양혼화 처리시 각각 7.6%, 64.4%로 높았으며, 10a당 상품수량도 토양혼화처리구 봄재배 3,167kg, 가을 재배 2,847kg에 비하여 82~98% 증수하여 효과적인 처리방법이었다.
