딥 러닝을 이용한 부동산가격지수 예측 (Predicting the Real Estate Price Index Using Deep Learning)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 딥 러닝 방법을 부동산가격지수 예측에 적용해보고, 기존의 시계열분석 방법과의 비교를 통해 부동산 시장 예측의 새로운 방법으로서 활용가능성을 확인하는 것이다. 딥 러닝(deep learning)방법인 DNN(Deep Neural Networks)모형 및 LSTM(Long Shot Term Memory networks)모형과 시계열분석 방법인 ARIMA(autoregressive integrated moving average)모형을 이용하여 여러 가지 부동산가격지수에 대한 예측을 시도하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 딥 러닝 방법의 예측력이 시계열분석 방법보다 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 딥 러닝 방법 중에서는 DNN모형의 예측력이 LSTM모형의 예측력보다 우수하나 그 정도는 미미한 수준인 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 딥 러닝 방법과 ARIMA모형은 부동산 가격지수(real estate price index) 중 아파트 실거래가격지수(housing sales price index)에 대한 예측력이 가장 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 향후 딥 러닝 방법을 활용함으로써 부동산 시장에 대한 예측의 정확성을 제고할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 조직 내에서 탈북민들이 경험하는 컴페션이 심층행동에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 것이고, 둘째는 컴페션을 통하여 형성한 심층행동이 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 실증하는 것이다. 셋째, 본 연구의 목적은 심층행동이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하며 넷째, 컴페션과 직무성과의 관계에서 심층행동의 매개효과를 검증하고자 한다. 마지막으로 컴페션과 조직시민행동의 관계에서 심층행동의 매개효과를 실증하고자 한다. 본 연구 결과 탈북민들이 경험하는 컴페션이 심층행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 실증되었고, 심층행동이 직무성과와 조직시민행동에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 또한 컴페션과 직무성과, 그리고 컴페션과 조직시민행동의 관계에서 심층행동의 매개효과에 대한 연구결과 역시 유의한 것으로 검증되어 모든 가설이 지지되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 조직 내에서 컴페션을 필요로 하는 탈북민들이 진정성 있는 심층행동을 통하여 직무성과를 향상시키고 조직시민행동을 증가시킨다는 의의를 지니게 된다.

스테인리스 강 STS305의 디프 드로잉 가공에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental study on the severe deep drawing for complex cylindrical housing of STS 305 stainless steel)

  • Recently many automotive parts have been made with stainless steels by deep drawing processes, But there are various problems occurred in deep drawing works of stainless steels compared with low carbon steels. For the severe deep drawing of complex cylindrical housing optimum process planning is required to eliminate intermediate annealing improve shape accuracy and maintain surface integrity without drawing defects such as tears wrinkles and scratches or galling. Therefore in this study a sample process planning of the severe of the severe deep drawing process is applied to a complex cylindrical housing needed for a 6 multi-stepped deep drawing of type STS 305 . A series of experiments are performed to investigate optimum process variables such as drawing rate radius and clearance. Through experiments the variations of the thickness strain distribution and hardness distribution in each drawing step are observed. Also the effects of other factors on formability such as drawing oil, blank holding force and die geometry are examined and discussed.

스트럿-타이 모델에 의한 개구부를 갖는 깊은 보의 극한강도 예측 (Prediction of Ultimate Strength of Concrete Deep Beams with an Opening Using Strut-and-Tie Model)

  • In this study, ultimate strength of concrete deep beams with an opening is predicted by using Strut-and-Tie Model with a new effective compressive strength. First crack occurs around an opening by stress concentration due to geometric discontinuity. This results in decreasing ultimate strength of deep beams with an opening compared with general deep beams. With fundamental notion that ultimate strength of deep beam with an opening decreases as a result of reduction in effective compressive strength of a concrete strut, an equivalent effective compressive strength formula is proposed in order to reflect ultimate strength reduction due to an opening located in a concrete strut. An equivalent effective compressive strength formula which can reflect opening size and position is added to a testified algorithm of predicting ultimate strength of concrete deep beams. Therefore, ultimate strength of concrete deep beam with an opening is predicted by using a simple and rational STM algorithm including an equivalent effective compressive strength formula, not by finite element analysis or a former complex Strut-and-Tie Model

베릴륨동 극박판의 드로잉 성형성과 품질특성 연구 (Investigation of Deep Drawability and Product Qualities of Ultra Thin Beryllium Copper Sheet Metal)

  • The present study is focused on the deep drawability and product qualities of ultra thin beryllium copper sheet metal. The goal of this research is to investigate the limit drawing ratio in deep drawing of ultra thin beryllium copper metal. For the experiment, beryllium copper(C1720, $50{\mu}m$ in thickness) is used. Tensile test are also carried out to find out the material properties. Deep drawing experiments are carried out in Universal Testing Machine(UTM) to obtain limit drawing ratio. Deep drawing tests are carried out for various specimen sizes. Teflon film is used as a lubricant and constant blank holding force is imposed. Sheet thickness and surface hardness are measured along radial direction after deep drawing. Thickness is measured using optical microscope. For beryllium copper(C1720), the maximum LDR of 2.4 is obtained when the die shoulder radius is 20 or 30 times of sheet thickness.

  • Soil deep loosening technique can improve the soil structure and increase the air permeability and water permeability of soil. It can increase the yield of crops in a large scale, particularly the plants with deep root system. This paper introduced the study on the deep loosening technique of sugarcance in Jinpen Farm where the soil is heavy caly with high ground water table. The implement and method of deep loosing, the experiments and results are include in this paper. The experimental results showed that the yield of sugarcane increased more than 20% after deep loosing.

Force transfer mechanisms for reliable design of reinforced concrete deep beams

  • In this paper, a strut-and-tie model approach has been proposed to directly calculate the amount of reinforcements in deep beams, and the force transfer mechanisms for this approach were investigated using linear finite element analysis. The proposed strut-and-tie model provides quite similar force transfer mechanisms to the results of linear finite element analysis for the 28 deep beams. The load-carrying capacities calculated from the proposed method are both accurate and conservative with little scatter or trends for the 214 deep beams. The deep beams have different concrete strengths including high-strength, various combinations of web reinforcements, and wide range of and a/d ratios. Good accuracy was also obtained using VecTor2, nonlinear finite element analysis tool based on the Modified Compression Field Theory. Since the proposed method provides a safe and reliable means for design of deep beams, this can serve to improve design provisions in future adjustments and development of design guidelines.

  • Deep neck infections were flirty common and a source of considerable morbidity and mortality. Although the advent of antibiotics has reduced the overall number of deep neck infections, they still occur in the general population. There are several new groups of patients at risk for deep neck infections, such as immunocompromised individuals, those with underlying diseases. Prevention of the severe sequale that may be associated with deep neck infections- mediastinitis, airway obstruction, carotid artery hemorrhage, aspiration pneumonia, septicemia - requires a knowledge of various portals of entry for infection, the presenting sign and symptoms, the possible microbiologic features, appropriate laboratory and radiologic workups, therapeutic techniques, and the ongoing medical management. A prompt diagnosis and institution of therapy will shorten the course of required treatment and reduce morbility and mortility. The authors have experienced one case of acute mediastinitis in deep neck infection patient with diabetes mellitus.

탄소 및 아라미드섬유를 이용한 철근콘크리트 깊은 보의 전단보강에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Shear Strengthening of the R/C Deep Beams Using Carbon and Aramid Fibers)

  • An experimental study was carried out to examine the structural behavior of reinforced concrete deep beams strengthened with aramid fiber sheets, carbon fiber sheets and plates, and to propose the reasonable strengthening method for the deteriorated R.C. deep beams. Results show that the most significant differences in behavior of reinforced concrete deep beams strengthened with fiber sheet and plate were mainly due to various fiber orientations and anchorage. Deep beams diagonally strengthened with carbon fibers show better performance compared with those of vertically, horizontally strengthened specimens and produce the increase in the shear resistance through the redistribution of internal forces after the initial cracks occur. However, strengthened deep beams without anchorages might show unreasonable, brittle peeling-off failure of fiber reinforcements.

Deep LS-SVM for regression

  • In this paper, we propose a deep least squares support vector machine (LS-SVM) for regression problems, which consists of the input layer and the hidden layer. In the hidden layer, LS-SVMs are trained with the original input variables and the perturbed responses. For the final output, the main LS-SVM is trained with the outputs from LS-SVMs of the hidden layer as input variables and the original responses. In contrast to the multilayer neural network (MNN), LS-SVMs in the deep LS-SVM are trained to minimize the penalized objective function. Thus, the learning dynamics of the deep LS-SVM are entirely different from MNN in which all weights and biases are trained to minimize one final error function. When compared to MNN approaches, the deep LS-SVM does not make use of any combination weights, but trains all LS-SVMs in the architecture. Experimental results from real datasets illustrate that the deep LS-SVM significantly outperforms state of the art machine learning methods on regression problems.
