In this paper, we develop the vision control systems of auto tracking based on image processing techniques for video conference. The developed auto tracking vision control system consists of control hardware including vision, two dc motors and dc motor drivers. Image processing techniques are used to pixel of two images. Motion detection algorithm is applied to eliminate the noise. Experiment results are presented to illustrate the effectiveness and the applicability of the approaches proposed.

본 연구에서는 $SiO_2$ 판상체 위에 저굴절 및 고굴절 금속 산화물을 다층 교차 증착하여 Pearl Pigment를 sputtering 공법을 이용하여 증착하였다. Pearl Pigment는 Essential Macleod program 을 이용한 색상과 증착된 pigment의 색상이 파장에 따라 blue, violet, pink, red, orange, yellow, green 등(Wave length : 450$\sim$730 nm)으로 동일하게 나타났고, 기존의 제품에 비해 색상효과가 뛰어나고, 표면 morphology가 우수하였다. 주사전자현미경(SEM)으로 막 두께, 표면 조직 및 입자 크기를 측정하였고, 스펙트로미터를 사용하여 각각의 파장을 분석하였으며 EDS, XRD를 이용하여 정성 및 정량 분석을 하였다.

A method of detecting the three phase currents for a voltage-fed pusle width modulated(PWM) inverter is proposed, where only one current sensor is utilized on the dc-link. The proposed method has the constant sampling time by employing he modified space-vector PWM technique which generates the rearranged switching pattern to detect a phase current from ad dc-link current. Experimental results show that eh proposed scheme provides a very good detection method of three phase currents without phase current sensors. This method is very simple and has small detection errors.

Photoplethsymogram (PPG) drifts due to the changes in respiration and blood perfusion as well as external light. This hinders a proper PPG measurement. We controlled DC drifts by controlling the signal ground of PPG signals. A microprocessor-based system successfully controlled DC drifts of PPG signals.

The present study was carried out to investigate the blood markers of the Korean native horse. A total number of 158 horses were tested using microhaemagglutination with 11D system reagents (Da, Db, Dc, Dd, De, Df, Dg, Dh, Dk, Dm and Dn). Of the 158 horses, 3 horses showed an unusual D system phenogroups; these phenogroups may be silent (null) alleles, De or Dk and Dc, respectively. Dacdfgm, Dacdfgmn, and Ddegmn phenogroups were recognized. These results present basic information for detecting the genetic markers among the Korean native and alien horses.

2차 연료 전지용 금속 분리판 중 스테인리스 스틸은 많은 연구가 진행 되어 왔지만, 알루미늄은 거의 연구가 진행되지 않고 있다. 따라서 이번 연구는 반응성 DC 마그네트론 스퍼터링법으로 스테인리스 와 알루미늄 기판에 TiN 박막을 증착한 후, 기판의 종류에 따른 TiN 박막의 물성을 비교 검토하였다.

In this paper, we describe the behavior of two self-excitations in laminar attached free-jet flames under the influence of DC electric fields, one of buoyancy-driven and the other of diffusion-thermal instability, established from the horizontal and vertical injection. In the horizontal injection with removed buoyancy effect, oscillating flames with the frequency of 1.3 - 7.4 Hz were observed in a certain condition with Lewis number more than unity. On the other hand, it was appeared Lewis number induced self-excitation as well as buoyancy-driven self-excitation in the vertical upward injection with DC electric fields. This behavior had frequency range of 1.6 - 9.4 Hz and was exhibited to attribute the buoyancy effect. Finally, a well-defined division about two self-excitations having similar frequency range is briefly discussed.

This paper deals with the power integration of large urban railway systems to improve regenerative energy utilization. Current regenerative energy utilization is low because there is no special plan for using this energy. If the railway system is integrated with other railway systems, the efficiency is expected to be improved. Through the case studies, to find the realistic effect of integrated operation, real system for the Seoul Metro lines, especially line 5 and 7, had been applied.

This paper deals with power integration of large urban railway systems for improvement of regenerative energy utilization. The main idea of this paper is that the integration of railway power systems will increase efficiency through sharing regenerative energy. To verify the effects of this system, case studies for Seoul Metro Line has been performed. Where railway data of Seoul Subway Line 5 and Line 7 are used. In this work, the integrated railway system is modelled using Compaq Visual Fortran.

본 논문은 철도부하의 이동을 고려한 전력조류계산 알고리즘에 기반하여, 에너지 저장장치를 설치하였을 때 철도계통의 영향 해석에 관한 논문이다. 철도부하는 위치적 변화 뿐 만 아니라 기동-타행-제동의 운전모드의 변화에 따라 전력소비 패턴이 달라지는데, 제동 시에 발생하는 회생에너지를 에너지 저장장치를 이용하여 활용함으로서 에너지 절감 효과 및 가선전압 안정화를 구현할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 서울지하철 2호선의 실계통에 대한 사례연구를 수행하여, 실계통에 에너지 저장장치를 적용함으로서 그 필요성을 증명하였다.
