The purpose of this study is to reconstruct upper class women's costume of 'Mongol-pung' and 'Goryeo-yang' in a civilization-exchanged period between Mongolia and Korea, for making movie or soap opera costume and historical animation. 'Mongol-pung' was a cultural influence from Mogolia to Korea. For example, sleeveless bi-gap(比甲) and half-sleeved dap-ho(搭忽) were put on by many women at that time. On the basis of old literature, I suggest a 'Mongol-pung' costume as a set of seeran-chulrik(膝欄 terlig), em-broidered bigap, dapho of meat-red color for women. 'Goryeo-yang' was a cultural influence from Korea to Mongolia. Due to old poem of Yuan, 'Short outer Jacket with square neckline, half sleeves, and clear color(方領過腰半臂)' was a representative of 'Goryeo-yang' in Mongolian royal women's costumes. Many women were dressed in it with short inner jacket and wide skirt. In the case of making soap opera costume, the budget of broadcasting station, appearence of nowaday's actor and actress, similarity between old fabric and modern fabric must be considered altogether.
ZnO is a promising material to make high efficient ultraviolet(UV) or blue light emitting diodes(LEDs) because of its large binding energy and energy bandgap. In this study, we prepared ZnO thin films with p-type conductivity on silicon(100) substrates by RF magnetron sputtering in the mixture of $N_2$ and $O_2$. The process was accompanied by low pressure in-situ annealing in $O_2$ at $600^{\circ}C$ and $800^{\circ}C$ respectively. Hall effect in Van der Pauw configuration showed that the N-doped ZnO film annealed at $800^{\circ}C$ has p-type conductivity. Photoluminescence(PL) spectrum of the film annealed at $800^{\circ}C$ showed UV emission related to exciton and bound to donor-acceptor pair(DAP) as well as visible emission related to many intrinsic defects.
In this study, we ran a collage fashion illustration program. We used in depth personal interviews to find if there are any change in self-image by psychologically analyzing the features of self-images expressed in the pieces of fashion illustration. The total number of objects were five females students majoring in fashion design in Busan. They were hoping to have a psychology consultation to resolve their concerns about the future, family affairs, appearance, and careers. Collage fashion illustration program was used as a experimental tool to find the psychological features shown in the formats and content of collage fashion illustration. We then figure out how pre and post diagnosis were different from each other in terms of ego-identity and DAP. As a result, the formats in collage fashion illustration are related to the self images such as psychological energy, incompetency, suppression, and tendency of self-centered. Also, the contents of the fashion expression are related to the self-images such as dependency, avoidance, wariness, and self-regard. All of the participants have improved self-regard and active action due to improvements in subjectivity, initiative, and goal orientation. Therefore, they could change from pessimistic self-images to optimistic ones.
The changes in the microstructures and $D0_3{\leftrightarrow}B2$ transition temperature were investigated for Fe-30at.%AI-5at.%Cr alloy with the ordered $D0_3$, structure when Ti, Hf and Zr were added respectively. The addition of Cr has no effect on the microstructure. However, as the amount of Ti addition increased, the grain size became smaller. Addition of Ti+Hf, Ti+Zr and Ti+Hf+Zr also showed the similar effect. When 20at.% of Ti was added, the second phase precipitates on the substrate. The addition of Cr, Hf and Zr alone has no effect on $D0_3{\leftrightarrow}B2$ transition temperature. However, as the amount of Ti addition increased by 5, 10, 15 and 20at.%, the transition temperatures showed 929, 930, 960 and $930^{\circ}C$ respectively.
The microvickers hardness and microstructure of Fe/Al composite fabricated by squeeze casting method were investigated. Pure Al and A356 Alloy were chosen for the matrix composition and Fe preform was fabricated with sintered Fe powder at $1000^{\circ}C$ for 30min. under hydrogen atmosphere. Experimental variables were included preheating temperature, melt temperature and applied pressure. Analysing the experimental result concerning microstructure of fabricated composites, Fe/A356 composite showed improved microstructure at $600^{\circ}C$ melt temperature and $350^{\circ}C$ preform preheating temperature in Fe distribution and Infiltrated distance. The results of EDX and XRD showed that the interfacial zones of Fe/Al composite were composed of non-equilibrium intermetallic layers[$(Al_5Fe_2)_x$, $Al_{13}Fe_4m\;Fe_3Al$, FeAl]. The microvickers hardness of Fe/Al composite showed higher value than Fe/A356 composite in interface.
The TiC layer was formed on Ti and Ti alloys by plasma carburizing method. The main experimental parameters for plasma car boozing were temperature and time. XRD, EDX, hardness test and corrosion test were employed to analyze the evolution and material properties of the layer. The preferred orientation of TiC layers is (220) at treated temperature of $700^{\circ}C\;and\;880^{\circ}C$ However, it is changed to (200) at temperature of $800^{\circ}C$ The thickness of carbide layer increase with increasing carburizing temperature. Highest hardness of hardened layer formed on CP-Ti was obtained at the carburizing condition of processing temperature $880^{\circ}C$ and processing time 1080min. The corrosion potential of carburizing specimen was higher than untreated CP-titanium, and corrosion potential increased as carburizing temperature and time increased. Thus the corrosion resistance of CP-Ti was greatly enhanced after plasma carburizing treatment.
Escherichia coli/Corynebacterium glutamicum shuttle vectors, pECCG1 and pECCG2 were constructed by joining a 3.00 kb cryptic plasmid pCB 1 from C. glutamicum and a 3.94 kb plasmid pACYC 177 from E. coli. By trimming unessential parts and introducing mulitiple cloning site into the plasmid pECCG 1, a plasmid pECCG122(5.1kb) was constructed. All the shuttle vectors were stably maintained in C. glutamicum up to about 40 generations irrespective of kanamycin addition in the medium. Threonine operon (homoserine dehydrogenase/homoserine kinase) and dapA gene (dihydrodipicolinate synthetase) of C. glutamicum were cloned into the plasmid pECCG122, and the resultant plasmids were designated pTN31 and pDHDP19, respectively. They were used to study the effect of cloned foreign gene on the stability of the plasmid pECCG122. Plasmids pTN31 and pDHDP19 were segregated rapidly from C. glutamicum when cultured in the medium without kanamycin. In medium with $50\mu${\g/ml} of kanamycin, their segregation rates were much slower than those in medium without kanamycin, but the danamycin addition didn't guarantee the complete maintenance of the plasmids in C. glutamicum.
To be investigated and measures to reduce the medical exposure of patients to change the Epidural Injection time Fluoroscopy Pulse Rate in this study. Was conducted in 50 patients who underwent surgery Epidural Injection performed by interventional care of Konkuk University Hospital from January to April 2013. The treatment time with the change of Pulse rate, is measured in minutes fluoroscopy time, and measured the area dose (${\mu}Gym^2$) and depth dose (mGy). Using the Image J program, to measure the PSNR and SNR. The fluoroscopy time as a result surgery, there was no significance in the statistical analysis, and depth dose is 34.3 to 34.9%, was reduced from 35.8 to 38.7% the area dose. It is possible to reduce the appropriate Pulse rate, to reduce the dose without statistical analysis significance fluoroscopy time.
The photoluminescence (PT) properties of Al-doped ZnO thin films grown by the sol-gel dip-coating method have been investigated. At 12 K, nine distinct PL peaks were observed at 2.037, 2.592, 2.832, 3.027, 3.177, 3.216, 3.260, 3.303, and 3.354 eV. The deep-level emissions (2.037, 2.592, 2.832, and 3.027 eV) were attributed to native defects. The near-band-edge (NBE) emission peaks at 3.354, 3.303, 3.260, 3.216, and 3.177 eV were attributed to the emission of the neutral-donor-bound excitons (D0X), two-electron satellite (TES), free-to-neutral-acceptors (e,A0), donor-acceptor pairs (DAP), and second-order longitudinal optical (2LO) phonon replicas of the TES (TES-2LO), respectively. According to Haynes' empirical rule, we calculated the energy of a free exciton (FX) to be 3.374 eV. The thermal activation energy for D0X in the nanocrystalline ZnO thin film was found to be ~25 meV, corresponding to the thermal dissociation energy required for D0X transitions.
The stoichiometric mix of evaporating materials for he CuInS₂ single crystal thin films was prepared. To obtain the single crystal thin films, CuINS₂ mixed crystal was deposited on etched semi-insulator GaAs(100) substrate by the hot wall epitaxy(HWE) system. The source and substrate temperature were 640℃ and 430℃, respectively and the thickness of the single crystal thin films was 2 ㎛. The crystalline structure of single crystal thin films was investigated by the photoluminescence and double crystal X-ray diffraction(DCXD). The carrier density and mobility deduced from Hall data are 9.64x10/sup 22//㎥ and 2.95x10/sup -2/ ㎡/V·s, respectively at 293 K. he optical energy gap was found to be 1.53 eV at room temperature. From the photocurrent spectrum obtained by illuminating perpendicular light on the c-axis of the thin film, we have found that the values of spin orbit coupling splitting ΔSo and the crystal field splitting ΔCr were 0.0211 eV and 0.0045 eV at 10K, respectively. From PL peaks measured at 10K, were can assign the 807.7 nm (1.5350 eV) peak to E/sub x/ peak of the free exciton emission, the 810.3 nm(1.5301 eV) peak to I₂ peak of donar-bound exciton emission and the 815.6 nm(1.5201 eV) peak to I₁ peak of acceptor-bound excition emission. In addition, the peak observed at 862.0 nm(1.4383 eV) was analyzed to be PL peak due to donor-acceptor pair(DAP).
