  • 항우울약인 rolipran(RP)등 phosphodiesterase-억제 약(PDE-1)들이 thrombin(TB: 0.25 U/ml)에 의한 혈소판 응집에 미치는 작용을 가토-혈소판에서 일차 검토하였다. 신 PDE-1인 KR-30075(KR)의 $IC_{50}$/은 sodim nitroprusside의 것보다 낮았고 PDE-1들은 혈소판내 cAMP와 cGMP를 증가시켰으며 특히 KR은 타 PDE-1와 달리 I $P_3$를 감소시켰다. 아울러 rolipram은 cGMP와 I $P_3$를 증가시켰으나, amitriptyline(AT), sertraline(57), chlorpromazine(CP) 및 spermine은 I $P_3$를 증가시켰다. 그러나 이들과 PDE-1들은 강도의 차이는 있으나 모두 TB에 의한 혈소판응집을 모두 억제하였다. 따라서, PDE-1 중 IBMX(2$\times$$10^{-5}$M), KR(5$\times$10$_-7/M), 및 rolipram(10$_{-3}$M) 그 외에 항우울약인 AT(1.5 $\times$10$_-4/M) 와 ST(10$_-4/M) 및 항정신병약인 CP(10$_-4/M)둥이 혈소판내 I $P_3$, [C $a^{++}$], Tx $B_2$, 및 PG $I_2$ 함량과 단백-인산화의 TB에 의한 변동에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 그 결과 TB에 의한 혈소판내 I $P_3$, [C $a^{++}$], Tx $B_2$, 및 PG $I_2$ 함량의 증가가 PDE-1들과 항우울약들에 의하여 억제되었다 단, 항우울성약들과 CP는 정상 혈소판 I $P_3$를 증가시켰다. 아울러 혈소판-단백인산학에서 TB는 41-43 kD와 20 kD의 인산화를 현저히 증가시키며 19 kD의 인산화는 감소시켰고, PKC의 기질인 41-43 kD와 20 kD의 단백인산화가 PDE-1들과 항우울약들 뿐 아니라 CP에 의하여 현저히 억제되었다. 단, 20 kD 인산화에 대한 AT의 억제작용은 미약하였고, cAMP와 PDE-1들은 22kD 인산화를 증가시켰다. AT, ST, 및 CP는 A23187에 의한 41-43 kD 인산화는 현저히 억제하나 20 kD 인산화에는 영향을 미치지 않았고, PMA(3.2$\times$$10^{-7}$ M)에 의한 단백인산화에 대하여는 더 미약한 억제-효과를 나타내었다. 이상의 결과는 PDE-1과 항우울약들의 항혈소판작용은 PKC-기질인 41-43 kD와 20 kD의 인산화를 억제함에 기인되는 것으로 사료된다.다. 것으로 사료된다.다.

  • Interventional radiology is performed under real-time fluoroscopy, and patients are exposed to a wide range of exposures for a long period of time depending on the examination and procedure. However, studies on radiation protection for patients during an intervention are insufficient. This study aims to evaluate the doses exposed during the intervention and the applicability of 3D printing materials. The organ dose for each intervention site was evaluated using a monte carlo simulatio. Also, the dose reduction effect of the critical organs was calculated when using a shielding device using 3D printing materials. As a result, the organ dose distribution for each intervention site showed a lower dose distribution for organs located far from the x-ray tube. It was analyzed that the influence of scattered rays was higher in the superficial organs of the back of the human body where x-rays were incident. The dose reduction effect on the critical organ using the 3D printing shield showed the highest testis among the gonads, and in the case of other organs, the dose reduction effect gradually decreased in the order of the eye, thyroid, breast, and ovary. Accordingly, it is judged that the 3D printed shield will be sufficiently usable as a shielding device for the radiation protection of critical organs.

  • A total of 220 adult male mice (18-20g) of the S.M. strain were divided into ten experimental and control groups. The total-body X-ray irradiation doses used were 50 r, 100r, 200r, 400r, 600r, 800r, 1,000r, 1,200r, 1,400r, and1,600r. The respiratory arrest (mortality) caused by each irradiation doses were observed for 30 days. Relationships between irradiation doses and survival time and percentage of response were examined. From this experiment, a formula was obtained to express the relationship among three factors, which may be presented as follows : {{{{{{{{P= { 10} over { SQRT { 2 pi } } INT _{ - INF }^{ p'} e-{(p'-50)^2 } over {200 }dp···(a) p'=100 LEFT { t^0.3- LEFT ( { { 16.9965} over {D-60 } } RIGHT ) ^{ { 1} over {2.5 } } } / LEFT { LEFT ( { 26372.43} over {D-81.86 } RIGHT ) ^{ { 1} over {2.5 } } -( { { 16.9965} over {D-60 } } RIGHT ) ^{ { 1} over {2.5 } } ···(b) p= { (D-60) t^0.75-16.9965} over {0.2186 t^0.75 +263.55434 }····(c) }} {{{{P= { 10} over { SQRT { 2 pi } } INT _{ - INF }^{ p'} e-{(p'-50)^2 } over {200 }dp···(a) p'=100 LEFT { t^0.3- LEFT ( { { 16.9965} over {D-60 } } RIGHT ) ^{ { 1} over {2.5 } } } / LEFT { LEFT ( { 26372.43} over {D-81.86 } RIGHT ) ^{ { 1} over {2.5 } } -( { { 16.9965} over {D-60 } } RIGHT ) ^{ { 1} over {2.5 } } ···(b) p= { (D-60) t^0.75-16.9965} over {0.2186 t^0.75 +263.55434 }····(c)

  • Optical properties of sea water were studied in the northwestern water of Jeju Island, based on seven oceanographic stations in July, 1980. Submarine daylight intensity was measured at intervals of 5m depth in the upper 70m layer by using the underwater irradiameter(Kahlsico #268 WA360). The mean absorption coefficients of the sea water were appeared as 0.106(0.084-0.152), 0.135(0.106-0.184), 0.089(0.069-0.130) for clear, red, green, and blue color respectively. The transparency ranged from 11 to 19 meters(mean 16.1m). The mean water color in this area was 4.3(3-5) in Forel scales. The relation between absorption coefficient(k) and transparency(D) was k=1.66/D, k=2.12/D, k=1.38/D, and k=1.51/D for clear, red green, and blue color respectively. The rates of light penetration for clear, red, green, and blue color in four different depths were computed with reference to the surface light intensity respectively. The mean rates of light penetration in proportion to depths were as follows; clear : 56.57%(5m), 20.54%(15m), 4.60%(30m), 0.68%(50m). red : 50.14%(5m), 2.37%(30m), 0.23%(50m). green : 62.29%(5m), 26.43%(15m), 7.74%(30m), 1.56%(50m). blue : 59.29%(5m), 23.43%(15m), 6.10%(30m), 1.08%(50m).

  • An experimental verification of multipactor(MP) discharge for S-band diplexer as a sample DUT for space application by an in-house MP test facility is proposed. The designed diplexer having two BPFs for Rx and Tx is applied to a design of five pole inter-digital cavity type band pass filter with chebyshev response, it has 2.7 % bandwidth centered at 2.232 and 2.055 GHz for Rx, Tx, respectively. To avoid the MP discharge, the accurate design and analysis methods based on 3D EM field analysis are considered. The proposed in-house MP test facility consists of a phase detecting system using a doubly balanced mixer as a simple, low cost and real time MP test method compared with results of previously well-known MP detection systems as cross reference methods. The calculated MP threshold RF input power is 43.13 dBm. The measured one is 43 dBm and 44 dBm for CW, pulsed mode test, respectively.
