A Study on the Evaluation of Welding Residual Stress of Pipe used in Power Plant by Indentation Method (연속압입시험에 의한 발전소용 배관의 용접잔류응력 평가에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, to verify the reliability of the indentation for measuring welding residual stresses to get in method we compared the results of the method with those measured by the saw cutting method. Also for the same purpose we used a 4-point bending test and confirmed the reliability of indentation method. The specimens used in this experiment are made with the same conditions for hot reheater pipes and cold reheater pipes used in the electric power plant. Therefore we could know that the results of the methods showed the reliability of the method to obtain welding residual stresses.

  • 현행 배전선로의 전주근가(1.2m 장방형)는 오거크레인을 이용한 건주공사 완료 후 전주근가 시공을 위한 별도의 인력 또는 백호우 장비가 추가로 투입피어 시공함으로써 인력으로는 공사시간이 장기간 소요되고 백호우장비로는 작업장 환경훼손과 시공원가 상승의 문제점이 있었다. 이러한 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 건주공사에 사용되는 오거크레인의 굴착 직경을 80cm까지 확장 가능한 '신축형 오거크레인용 유압식 확장기'와 원형 굴착공에 시공이 가능한 '아치형 전주근가'를 개발하고 이를 이용한 시공기술을 개발함으로써 동일장소에서 굴착작업이 수반되는 건주작업, 전주근가 매설작업을 가능하게 하여 장비활용성 증대, 작업장 환경개선, 공사기간 단축 및 시공원가 절감 등의 효과가 기대되는 기술을 개발하였다.

  • This paper describes the engineering process for analyzing the simulation result and deciding the site in which Distribution STATCON operates more effectively. For this purpose the modeling method of industrial loads, equipments and STATCON was represented. Models of motor, furnace and so on are presented for the modeling of industrial loads. The distribution system models include the parameters of the distribution line and transformer. The models of PESS(Power Electronics Subsystem), controllers and maginetics are consist of STATCON model.

  • This paper introduced the characteristics of fiber-optic Mach-Zehnder interferometer to detect ultrasonic waves by discharges in oil. Noise-reduction method with wavelet and frequency-domain analysis was performed.
