Comment faciliter l'apprentissage du français pour rendre notre enseignement plus efficace? Beaucoup de recherches ont ${\acute{e}}t{\acute{e}}$ $men{\acute{e}}es$ sur cette question; en $r{\grave{e}}gle$ $g{\acute{e}}n{\acute{e}}rale$ l'enseignement de la langue d'une part et l'expression ${\acute{e}}crite$ et la $r{\acute{e}}flexion$ d'autre part ${\acute{e}}taient$ $men{\acute{e}}es$ $ind{\acute{e}}pendamment$. Notre intention dans ce $pr{\acute{e}}sent$ travail a ${\acute{e}}t{\acute{e}}$ d'introduire et $d^{\prime}e xp{\acute{e}}rimenter$ pendant $l^{\prime}ann{\acute{e}}e$ scolaire des cours associant le $d{\acute{e}}bat$ $d^{\prime}id{\acute{e}}e$ et la $r{\acute{e}}flexion$ $th{\acute{e}}matique$ avec l'apprentissage linguistique(grammaire, vocabulaire${\dots}$), afin de susciter $l^{\prime}i nt{\acute{e}}r{\hat{e}}t$ des apprenants, leur $curiosit{\acute{e}}$ et leur $vivacit{\acute{e}}$, au $del{\grave{a}}$ des $d{\acute{e}}fis$ $pos{\acute{e}}s$ par la langue française. Nous avons en particulier $utilis{\acute{e}}$ une $publicit{\acute{e}}$ comme support d'apprentissage des bases linguistiques et comme moteur $d^{\prime}{\acute{e}}veil$ ${\grave{a}}$ la civilisation française pour mobiliser leur attention et stimuler leur $activit{\acute{e}}$ cognitive par $l^{\prime}interdisciplinarit{\acute{e}}$. Nous avons donc $expos{\acute{e}}$ ici les exemples d'argumentation autour les deux $s{\acute{e}}quences$ publicitaires conduites avec les ${\acute{e}}tudiants$ et les arborescences $d{\acute{e}}gag{\acute{e}}es$ de ces analyses. Presque concomittamment ${\grave{a}}$ "voir" et "${\acute{e}}couter$", l'information est $trait{\acute{e}}e$ par $l^{\prime}activit{\acute{e}}$ "$d{\acute{e}}coder$". Nous approfondissons ensemble cette $interpr{\acute{e}}tation$ $s{\acute{e}}miotique$, et l'analyse de la façon dont la $publicit{\acute{e}}$ capte l'attention du spectateur nous $am{\grave{e}}ne$ ${\grave{a}}$ $d{\acute{e}}gager$ des faits de $soci{\acute{e}}t{\acute{e}}$ et ${\grave{a}}$ y $r{\acute{e}}fl{\acute{e}}chir$; comment, avec l'exemple de la $publicit{\acute{e}}$ jouant la musique $d{\acute{e}}licieuse$ de la gourmandise, nous entrevoyons la $r{\acute{e}}alit{\acute{e}}$ obscure de $l^{\prime}ob{\acute{e}}sit{\acute{e}}$ infantile. Ces approches interdisciplinaires ${\grave{a}}$ partir du multi-$m{\acute{e}}dia$ $r{\acute{e}}pondent$ ${\grave{a}}$ la $n{\acute{e}}cessit{\acute{e}}$ de distance critique que requiert la $soci{\acute{e}}t{\acute{e}}$ contemporaine. $L^{\prime}{\acute{e}}tude$ d'une $s{\acute{e}}quence$ publicitaire ne permet certes pas $d^{\prime}appr{\acute{e}}hender$ la $soci{\acute{e}}t{\acute{e}}$ française dans sa $globalit{\acute{e}}$, mais en $consid{\acute{e}}rant$ que notre travail consiste tout autant ${\grave{a}}$ stimuler la $facult{\acute{e}}$ critique $qu^{\prime}{\grave{a}}$ favoriser l'apprentissage linguistitique, notre $strat{\acute{e}}gie$ nous permet de $r{\acute{e}}aliser$ plusieurs objectifs autour d'un $m{\hat{e}}me$ axe d'enseignement.

Wear model for predicting the vehaviour of a depth is considered in this paper. It is deduced from the energy and volume based wear models such as the Archard equation and the workrate model. A new parameter of the equivalent depth ($D_e$= wear volume /worn area) is considered for the wear model of a depth prediction. A concenpt of a dissipated shear energy density is accommodated for in the suggested models. It is found that $D_e$ can distinguish the worn area shape. A cubic of $D_e$($D_e^3$) gives a better linear regression with the volume than that of the maximmum depth $D_{max}e$($D_{max}^3$) does. Both $D_{max}$ and $D_e$ are used for the presently suggested depth-based wear model. As a result, a wear depth profile can be simulated by a model using $D_{max}$. Wear resistance from the concern of an overall depth can be identified by the wear coefficient of the model using $D_e$.

The relative Arrhenius parameters for t-butoxy radical decomposition (log $A_d$, $E_d$) and hydrogen abstraction of t-butoxy radical from hydrogen donor (log $A_d$, $E_d$) by competitive method were obtained as follows: for cyclohexane; log $A_a/A_d$ = -4.17 mole/l and $E_d-E_a$ = 9.01 kcal/mole, for isobutane; log $A_a/A_d$ = -5.70 mole/l and $E_e-E_a$= 11.0 kcal/mole. From the reported Arrhenius parameters for t-Butoxy radical decomposition reactions the parameters for t-Butoxy radical reactions with isobutane and cyclohexane are estimated to be log $A(l/mol{\cdot}sec)$ = 8.4, $E_a$ = 4.3 kcal/mol and $log A (l/mol{\cdot}sec)= 9.9,\;E_a$ = 6.3 kcal/mol, respectively.

Les eaux de $g\'{e}n\'{e}rateur$ de vapeur d'un $r\'{e}acteur$ P. W. R peuvent $\^{e}tre$ $contamin\'{e}es$ par des $radio-\'{e}lements$. Ces eaux sont habituellement $condition\'{e}es$ 'phosphate' pour limiter leur $agressivit\'{e}$ et la tendence actuelle est de remplacer les phosphate par un conditionment 'Amoniaques'. La $pr\'{e}sente$ $\'{e}tude$ a pour but de definir la $possibilit\'{e}$ $d'{\'{e}}purer$ des eaux $condition\'{e}es$ $\'{a}$ l'ammoniaque $\'{a}$ l'aide $d'{\'{e}}changeurs$ d'ion organiques. Des Facteurs de $D\'{e}contamination$ (F. D) en Cesium 137 et Strontium 90 et la $dur\'{e}e$ du cycle $d'{\'{e}}puration$ ont $d\^{u}$ $\^{e}tre$ bien meilleurs avec une colonne de 10 ml de $r\'{e}sine$ Carborylique Duolite $CC_4$ mise sous forme acide, suivie d'une colonne de 10 ml de $r\'{e}sine$ cationique Amberlite IR 120 mise sous forme acide et suivie d'une colonne de 10 ml de $r\'{e}sine$ anionique Amberlite IRA 400 mise sous forme hydroxyde.

Structure-activity relationship studies of allylamine type of antimycotics were carried out to evaluate the effect of naphthyl and methyl portion of naftifine. Compounds with 2,4-difluorophenyl( 2a-5a), 2,5-difluorophenyl(2b-5b), 4-ethylphenyl(2c-5c), 2-hydroxyphenyl(2d-5d) and 2-methylnaphthyl(2e-5e) instead of naphthyl group with hydrogen(3a-3e), methyl(4a-4e), and ethyl(5a-5e) in the place of methyl in naftifine were synthesized and tested their in vitro anti-fungal activity against five different fungi. Eight compounds( 3a, 4a, 5a, 3d, 4d, 4d, 5d, 3e, and 4e) showed significant anti-fungal activity against T. mentagroPhytes. (E)-N-(3-Phenyl-2-propenyl)-2- hydroxy-benzenemethaneamine( 3d) displayed moderate antifungal activity against all five different fungi.

In vertebrates, there are two variants of eukaryotic peptide elongation factor 1A (eEF1A; formerly eEF-$1{\alpha}$), eEF1A1 and eEF1A2, which have three well-conserved domains ($D_I$, $D_{II}$, and $D_{III}$). In neurons, eEF1A1 is the embryonic type, which is expressed during embryonic development as well as the first two postnatal weeks. In the present study, EGFP-tagged eEF1A1 truncates were expressed in cortical neurons isolated from rat embryo (E18-19). Live cell images of transfected neurons showed that $D_{III}$-containing EGFP-fusion proteins (EGFP-$D_{III}$, -$D_{II-III}$, -$D_{I-III}$) formed clusters that were confined within somatodendritic domains, while $D_{III}$-missing ones (EGFP-$D_I$, -$D_{II}$, -$D_{I-II}$) and control EGFP were homogeneously dispersed throughout the neuron including axons. In dendrites, EGFP-$D_{III}$ was targeted to the heads of spine- and filopodia-like protrusions, where it was colocalized with $SynGAP{\alpha}$, a postsynaptic marker. Our data indicate that $D_{III}$ of eEF1A1 mediates formation of clusters and localization to spines.
