This paper presents the application of H$\infty$ control synthesis using LMI optimization method to power system stabilizer(PSS) design. Since power system is usually operated under circumstance of unmeasurable uncertainties and external disturbances, the improvement of small signal stability becomes one of the most important issue for securing system stability and preventing low frequency oscillation phenomena. The LMI optimized H$\infty$ PSS provides robust performance and guarantees the internal stability under these operating conditions. The global optimal H$\infty$ norm is found using LMI convex optimization method which is more systematic than standard two Riccati solution method. The design results are simulated for a case study. We verified that the LMI method shows the best performance characteristic smong standard Riccati method and conventional lead/lag method.

Usually, the thrust of a Linear Pulse Motor(LPM) is calculated by magnetic equivalent circuit modelling method. Analytical thrust deviation exists to calculating magnetic flux density by using Permeance Modelling Method, Finite Element Method, and Velocity Electric Motive Force method. For calculating accuracy thrust by using these every method, tire thrust is calculated and compared by Lorentz Force method, Magnetic coenergy Method, and Maxwell correspondence forte Method. And that becomes Important factor at the comparison of each capacity and parameter of motor. So this study wants to compare and analyze measurement data and calculating data of the static thrust of LPM. and then we can get more accuracy method, calculating the static thrust of LPM.

To analyze the genome of Cucumber mosaic virus(CMV) in pepper, we developed a new extraction method for double-stranded RNA(dsRNA). To isolate the dsRNA, 0.1g of pepper leaves homogenized with 1ml of 5${\times}$EXB extraction buffer[0.5M glycin, 0.5M NaCl, 5mM EDTA(pH9.0/NaOH), 10％ Sodium N-lauryl salcosinate(NLS), 10％ Sodium dodecylsulfate(SDS)] and purified with the 1/4 volume of phenol： chloroform： isoamylalcohol(25：24：1). dsRNAs from the aqueous phase was precipitated with isopropanol. This procedure was able to detect a minimal amount of dsRNA from CMV infected plant tissue and to distinguish different CMV satellite RNAs by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE). Moreover, this method can be applied CMV infected in pepper or Rice dwarf virus (RDV) infected rice.

컴퓨터 그래픽스 기술의 발전으로 3D 인간 형상 표현과 애니메이션 생성을 위한 소프트웨어 도구들이 많이 개발되었고 현재 많이 활성화되어 있다. 그러나, 이러한 도구들로 제작한 인체 모델들간의 공통 데이터 형식의 부재로 인체 모델과 모션의 데이터 교환에는 아직 어려움이 따른다. 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해서 3D 인간 형상을 표현하는 규약이 ISO/IEC JTC1 SC24와 Web3D Consortium에서 공동으로 개발된 H-Anim이다. H-Anim에서는 인체 형상 구조에 대한 형식은 정의하였으나 모션 데이터에 대한 형식은 아직 포함하지 않고 있다. 본 연구는 인체의 모델 데이터 뿐 아니라 모션의 데이터 형식을 정의하고, 서로 다른 프로그래밍 환경에서도 모델링 데이터와 모션 데이터를 서로 독립적으로 사용할 수 있도록 하는, 호환성 있는 인체 애니메이션 실현을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 H-Anim 캐릭터 모델에 키프레임 애니메이션 파라미터를 입력할 수 있는 구문을 정의하고 이를 구현한 결과를 보여준다. 이 때 애니메이션 파라미터 생성을 위해 임의의 일반 그래픽스 도구에서 독립적으로 제작한 캐릭터 모델을 H-Anim 캐릭터로 변환하고 새로운 애니메이션 생성을 위한 파라미터 설정 방법에 대해서도 설명한다.

The UHF electromagnetic waves excited by PD pulses propagate along the GIS busbar not only TEM mode, but also TE and TM mode. Generally the waves detected by the UHF sensors are those of high order modes and such waves can only propagate the higher than cut-off frequency. In this paper, computed cut-off frequency of 362[kV] GIS by each modes and simulated electromagnetic field of each propagation modes by FEM(Finite Element Method) program. Frequency band of each TEmn/TMmn modes were determinated by simulation results and were discussed optimal position of UHF sensor from this results.
