The purpose of this study was to observe and identify the phases of amalgam and to know the transformation of microstructure in the set amalgam by lapse of time. In this study, shofu spherical-D alloy was used. After trituration of amalgam alloy and mercury (Wig-L-Bug), it was filled in the stone dies. This specimens being polished and etched by usual method was observed under optical microscope using metallurgical microscope. And then X-ray diffractometer was used to analyze the phases contents and transformation of microstructure at $2{\frac{1}{2}}$ hours, 15 hours, 28 hours and 2 years after being amalgamated. The following results were obtained: 1. Shofu spherical-D alloy powder was composed of ${\gamma}$ phase, ${\epsilon}$phase and Ag-Cu eutectic phases. 2. ${\gamma}_2$ phases were appeared at $2{\theta}$ values ($32.0^{\circ}$ and $43.8^{\circ}$) in the amalgam which was analyzed at $2{\frac{1}{2}}$ hours and 15 hours after trituration with mercury. 3. In the amalgam at 28 hours, ${\gamma}_2$ phase was found at $2{\theta}$ value ($43.8^{\circ}$) at 35 hour, $r_2$ phase was appeared at $2{\theta}$ value $32.0^{\circ}$. 4. No ${\gamma}_2$ phases were observed in the 2 years old amalgam. But ${\eta}$ ($Cu_6Sn_5$) phases were found at $2{\eta}$ values $29.4^{\circ}$ and $42.4^{\circ}$.
Cheju Island, which was formed by volcanic activity, is an oval in its shape with the major axis 80km and the minor axis of 40km. The island holds in its heart Mt. Hanala rising 1,950m above the sea. Petrological study of this volcanic island has been made actively by Sang-Man Lee, Chong-Kwang Won and Moon-Won Li. The chronological measurements of the island by Chong-Kwan Won and Moon-Won Lee showed that it is composed of Sanbangsan trachytes and Backlokdam trachytes(25,000 year ago). These reports are based on the chemical analysis and the rediometric chronological measurements on the ground. However, there has been no reports about the inside of caves. We made an (composition) analysis of the inside of Manjang Cave by the fundamental parameter method in X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. The fundamental parameter method in X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is nondestructive analysis. and it enables us to make the values processed by a computer. The results obtained by this methods are as follows: SiO$_2$(49%), $Al_2$O$_3$(17%), Fe$_2$O$_3$(13%), CaO(8.1%), MgO(5.5%), Na2O(3.6%), TiO$_2$(2.1%), $K_2$O(0.86%), P$_2$O$_{5}$(0.28%), and MnO(0.20%) respectively. The data obtained by the fundamental parameter method in X-ray fluorescene was compared with the data provided by Chong-Kwan Won and Moon-Won Lee. Our measurement was made by K-Ar-method in cooperation with T. ITAYA. The samples are of 30,000-420,000 years ago. The composition of the values of our underground analysis with the existing values obtained by the analyses on the ground produced new data about Cehju volcanic island.d.

In order to establish effective procedures for chromosome manipulation in Haliotis gigantea and H. discus, which are of enormous aquacultural potential, temperature-dependent measures of mitotic intervals ($\tau$$_{0}$) were determined. Mitotic intervals ($\tau$$_{0}$) in these abalone were determined by averaging the duration of the first and third embryonic divisions over a range of temperatures from 8 to 26$^{\circ}C$. The relationships of each mitotic interval at two cell ($\tau$$_{I}$), four cell ($\tau$$_{II}$ ), eight cell ($\tau$$_{III}$), sixteen cell ($\tau$$_{IV}$ ) and $\tau$$_{0}$, to temperature (T in $^{\circ}C$) in H. gigantea were log $\tau$$_{I}$ : 176.1-28.3T, log $\tau$$_{II}$ : 199.5-12.4T, log $\tau$$_{III}$ = 236.2-12.2T, log $\tau$$_{IV}$ = 269.3-14.lT and log $\tau$$_{0}$ : 83.1-32.8, respectively. The relationships of each mitotic interval at $\tau$$_{I}$, $\tau$$_{II}$ , $\tau$$_{III}$, $\tau$$_{IV}$ and $\tau$$_{0}$, to temperature in H. discus were log $\tau$$_{I}$ = 104.9-13.8T, log $\tau$$_{II}$ : 138.3-10.5T, $\tau$$_{III}$ : 172.4-10.2T, log $\tau$$_{IV}$ : 211.3-12.2T and log $\tau$$_{0}$=85.6-33.3T, respectively. There were strong, negative correlations between mitotic interval and water temperatures for all ten temperatures in these two species (H. gigantea: Y = -138.75 logX + 341.25, $R^2$ = 0.97; H. discus: Y = -112.33 logX + 255.22, $R^2$ = 0.98, where Y is mitotic interval and X is temperature).d X is temperature).rature).
This study is carried out for analyzing the factors causing several disasters occurring around beach area in order to set a plan for an afforestation which will fulfill its function as facilities for prevention of disasters and for relaxation around beach resort at Tong-ri, Pokil-my$\bar{o}$n, Wando-gun. The results are as follows : 1. The main wind direction was summer was SE. 2. The first class in the rate of frequency of the hourly average wind speed and the instantaneous wind speed in summer were 2.1-3.0m/sec (29.2%) and 1.1-2.0m/sec (30.6%) respectively. 3. The particle sizes of the dune sands was a little small (82.5% in 0.125 to 0.25mm, $D_{50}=0.178mm$). 4. The mineral composition and the chemical components were as follows : The main mineral : Quartz The accessary minerals : Calcite, Feldspars(Orthoclase), Sericite. The chemical components : $SiO_2$ ; 75.6%. $Al_2O_3$ ; 8.1%, CaO ; 7.76%, Ign. loss ; 6.8%, MgO ; 0.23%, $K_2O$ ; 0.72%, $Na_2O$ ; 0.41%, $Fe_2O_3$ ; 0.32%. 5. The threshold friction velocity equation for the diameter class of the dune sands was $y=4.191x^{0.221}$. 6. The amount of floating salt was maximum at the point of 65m away from beach line, dropped abruptly at 135m and remained almost same on its way to the inland. The equation of the amount of floating salt was $y=28.181{\times}(-0.369^x)$. 7. The amount of extracted salt(33%) in seawater in summer was the same as the one of the nearest seawater of Korea.

The magnetic properties of a series of both annealed and as-rolled Ni-$W_y$ alloy tapes with compositions y = 0, 1, 3, and 5 at.%, were studied. To compare with Ni-W alloys, the magnetic properties of a series of both annealed and as-rolled $[Ni_{97at.%}W_{3at.%}]_{100-x}Cu_x$ alloy tapes with compositions x = 0, 1, 3, 5 and 7 at.%, were studied, as well. Both the isothermal mass magnetization M(H) of a series of samples, such as both Ni-W and [Ni-W]-Cu alloy tapes, at different fixed temperatures and M(T) in fixed field, were measured using a PPMS-9 (Quantum Design). The degree of ferromagnetism of Ni-$W_y$ alloys have reduced as W-content y increases. Both the saturation magnetization $M_{sat}$ and Curie temperature $T_c$ decrease linearly with W-content y, and both $M_{sat}$ and $T_c$ go to zero at critical concentration of $y_c$ ~ 9.50 at.% W. The effect of Cu addition on both the saturation magnetization $M_sat$ and Curie temperature $T_c$ decrease linearly with Cu-content x in $[Ni_{97at.%}W_{3at.%}]_{100-x}Cu_x$ alloy tapes with compositions x = 0, 1, 3, 5, and 7 at.%. The results confirm that [Ni-W]-Cu alloy tapes can have much reduced ferromagnetism as Cu-content x increases.
Stable Compression Fractures(SCF hereafter) are most often caused by trauma such as traffic accidents. These SCFs usually occur in the thoracic and lumbar regions of the spinal cord. Human life spans have increased as a result of medical advances, which in turn has led to an increase in the elderly population. SCFs are divided into the categories of stable and unstable. The categories are determined through X-rays and P/Ex tests. The D.I.T.I. is then used to diagnose the severity and prognosis of the fracture injuries, and it allows an objective evaluation of the symptoms. This author researched 40 patients who were treated at Wonkwang University Oriental Medical Center from October 1995 to December 1996. The patients were diagnosed by X-ray as having SCFs and treated primarily with acupuncture. Both the changes in D.I.T.I. and patients' self-diagnoses of their conditions before and after treatment yielded the meaningful results which have been presented here. 1. 75% of those who suffer from Stable Compression Fractures are 60 years of older. Of those, the ratio of male to female is 1 to 4. This is due in part to the fact that many elderly women seek Oriental medicine treatment for conditions associated with advanced age. 2. 53.3% of these injuries occurred between T11 and L2. 3. 65% of patients were hospitalized for 10 to 29 days, and then able to be treated on an outpatiens basis. 4. The D.I.T.I. results showed 50% below $0.2^{\circ}C$, 30% between 0.3 and $0.5^{\circ}C$, 10% between 0.5 and $0.7^{\circ}C$, 10% between 0.7 and $0.9^{\circ}C$, and 0% over $0.9^{\circ}C$. 5. The results of treatment using Modified Evaluation System in Thoracolumbar Vertebral Fractures Method showed that 55% of patients achieved excellent recovery and 40% achived good recovery. After comparing the D.I.T.I. results before and after treatment, we found 50% of patients showed excellent recovery $({\Delta}T{\leq}0.2)$ and 40% showed good recovery$(0.2<{\Delta}T{\leq}0.5)$.
This study analyses geochemistrical, microscopic, mineralogical characteristics of coals which have been collected from in and out of the shipwreck No 1 of Mado island during underwater excavation in Taean. The result from mineralogical and geochemical analysis reveals that the specific gravity of the coals is $1.28g/cm^3$. Considering that coals contains 10% mineral of it and the specific gravity of the pure is $1.15g/cm^3$, it is believed that the collected coals would be lignite or biturminous coal. The X-ray diffraction analysis which displays the peak of $2{\theta}$ is 20~25C degree, proves that the collected coals would be categorised as low rank coal. The collected coals is composed of: 93%-94%(93.5%) of vitrinite maceral group, 5%-6%(5.5%) of exinite maceral group, and 1% of inertinite maceral group. In addition, the average of reflection rate is $R_{mean}$: 0.627 showing that it would be either high volatile bituminous C coal or sub-bituminous C coal. Such result confirms that the coal is sub-bituminous C or high volatile bituminous C coal in accordance with the U.S Bureau of Mine(USBM) classification system. The element analysis reveals that the coal is the coking coal which is grouped as the bituminous coal. Comparative analysis between the coals of Mado Shipwreck No 1 and domestic coals shows that the coals of Mado Shipwreck is similar to the bituminous coal used in the area of Janggi in Pohang city.
The purpose of this experiment was to determine and compare the digestibility of crude protein (CP) and amino acids (AA) in full-oil (no oil extracted) and de-oiled (oil extracted) corn distillers dried grains with solubles (DDGS) with different condensed distillers solubles (CDS) ratios. Six barrows ($29.6{\pm}2.3kg$) fitted with ileal T-cannula were allotted into a $6{\times}6$ Latin square design. Each period was comprised of a 5-d adaption period followed by a 2-d collection of ileal digesta. The five test diets contained 62% DDGS as the sole source of AA. A nitrogen-free diet was used to measure the basal endogenous losses of CP and AA. Chromic oxide (0.3%) was used as an index in each diet. The results showed that CP and AA were very similar in 5 DDGS, but the standardized ileal digestibility (SID) of lysine (from 56.16% to 71.15%) and tryptophan (from 54.90% to 68.38%) had the lowest values and largest variation within the essential AA, which suggests reduced availability of AA and different levels of Maillard reactions in the five DDGS. The apparent ileal digestibility and SID of CP and most of AA in full-oil DDGS (sources 1 and 2) were greater (p<0.05) than de-oiled DDGS (sources 3, 4, and 5). Comparing the AA SID in the 5 DDGS, full-oil with low CDS ratio DDGS (source 1) had non-significantly higher values (p>0.05) than full-oil with high CDS ratio DDGS (source 2); however, the SID of most AA of de-oiled with low CDS ratios DDGS (source 3) were non-significantly lower (p>0.05) than de-oiled with high CDS ratio DDGS (source 4); and the de-oiled DDGS with middle CDS ratio (source 5) but with different drying processing had the lowest SID AA values. In conclusion, de-oiled DDGS had lower SID of CP and AA than full-oil DDGS; a higher CDS ratio tended to decrease the SID of AA in full-oil DDGS but not in de-oiled DDGS; and compared with CDS ratio, processing, especially drying, may have more of an effect on AA digestibility of DDGS.
In order to investigate the dispersion patterns and speciations of Cu, Pb, Zn and Cd in soils, stream sediments and stream waters, geochemical studies of soil, stream sediment and stream water samples collected in the vicinity of the Shi-Heung Cu-Pb-Zn mine was carried out Cation exchange capacity measurement, size analysis, X-ray diffraction analysis and batch test were performed to select applicable soil for adsorption treatment The average content of Cu, Pb, Zn and Cd in soils collected from tailings and ore dressing plant is 1084 ppm, 2292 ppm, 3512 ppm and 29.2 ppm, respectively, and therefore, tailings and ore dressing plant site may be the major contamination sources in this study area. The mean content of Cu, Pb, Zn and Cd in stream sediments is extremely high up to 794 ppm, 1633 ppm, 2946 ppm and 25.2 ppm, respectively. Tailing particles and heavy metal ions are dispersed along the tributary system. Results from the sequential extraction analysis indicate; (1) most of Cu is bound to organic matters and sulphides, (2) fraction of Pb is mainly bound to Fe and Mn oxides. Most of Zn is largely bound to Fe and Mn oxides and residual fraction. Ion exchangeable fraction of Cd is relatively higher than those of Cu, Pb and Zn. Batch test on soils collected from the kaolinite and/or pyrophyllite mines and from the control areas was carried out to select an applicable soil samples for adsorption treatment The sample, S10, collected from the control area 2 (clay content 33.2%) shows the highest $K_d$ (distribution coefficient). Organic content in soils and several clay minerals shows relatively good correlation with $K_d$. It means that applicable soils for adsorption treatment of heavy metals show high organic and clay content.
This experiment was conducted to evaluate the chemical composition and amino acid (AA) digestibility of sunflower seed meal (SFSM) and to use this data to develop prediction equations for estimating AA digestibility for growing pigs. Ten SFSM were collected from five provinces in China. Twelve barrows ($38.8{\pm}4.6kg$), fitted with ileal T-cannula were allotted into two $6{\times}6$ Latin square designs. Each of six experimental periods comprised a 5-d adaption period followed by a 2-d collection of ileal digesta. The ten test diets contained 50% SFSM as the sole source of AA. Another nitrogen-free diet was used to measure the basal endogenous losses of crude protein (CP) and AA. Chromic oxide (0.3%) was used as an inert marker in each diet. There was considerable variation (CV>10%) among the ten SFSM in chemical composition (dry matter [DM]). The concentration of CP and ether extract (EE) ranged from 29.33% to 39.09% and 0.88% to 11.33%, respectively. Crude fibre (CF), neutral detergent fibre and acid detergent fibre ranged from 21.46% to 36.42%, 38.15% to 55.40%, and 24.59% to 37.34%, respectively. There was variation among the ten SFSM in apparent ileal digestibility (AID) and standardized ileal digestibility (SID) for lysine and threonine, which ranged from 63.16 to 79.21 and 55.19% to 72.04% for AID and 67.03% to 82.07% and 61.97% to 77.01% for SID, respectively. The variation in CP and methionine ranged from 60.13% to 74.72% and 74.79% to 88.60% for AID and 66.70% to 79.31% and 77.16% to 90.27% for SID, respectively. Methionine was a good indicator to predict AA digestibility. These results indicate that conventional chemical composition of SFSM was variable (CV>10%) among the ten SFSM (DM). The results of AID, SID and prediction equations could be used to evaluate the digestibility of SFSM in growing pigs.

제 18 조 (손해배상)
당 사이트는 무료로 제공되는 서비스와 관련하여 회원에게 어떠한 손해가 발생하더라도 당 사이트가 고의 또는 과실로 인한 손해발생을 제외하고는 이에 대하여 책임을 부담하지 아니합니다.
제 19 조 (관할 법원)
서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 소송이 제기되는 경우 민사 소송법상의 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

1. (시행일) 이 약관은 2016년 9월 5일부터 적용되며, 종전 약관은 본 약관으로 대체되며, 개정된 약관의 적용일 이전 가입자도 개정된 약관의 적용을 받습니다.
