정보기술의 급속한 발달에 힘입어, 정보기술 선진국들과 일부 다국적 정보통신기업들은 현실공간과 사이버공간을 융합한 '사이버국토' 또는 '사이버도시', 나아가 '사이버지구촌' 건설에 투자를 확대하고 있다. 이처럼 국가간의 치열한 정보기술경쟁과 보이지 않는 사이버영토 확보경쟁에서 우리나라가 뒤지지 않기 위해서는 국가차원에서 사이버국토 건설을 위한 준비와 노력을 게을리할 수 없는 상황이다. 그래서 이 연 구는 머지않아 국가차원에서 추진하지 않을 수 없는 사이버국토 구축사업에 대비하 여, 사이버국토의 개념을 명확히 정립하고, 사이버국토 구축시 정부에서 갖추어야할 추진전략을 제시하였다. 사이버국토는 '사이버공간에 현실의 물리적 지형공간과 활동 (제1의 국토)을 체계적으로 최적 연계하여 융합한 초공간으로 무한한 활동주체가 서로 유기적으로 통합되어 다원적 차원에서 다양한 가치를 실현하는 역동적인 제2의국토 이다. 이를 쉽게 표현하면, '지상과 지하 그리고 바다를 포함한 국토전체를 디지털화 해놓은 가상현실에서 국토를 체계적으로 관리하고 공공기관의 행정업무와 대민 서비스 업무처리는 물론, 기업의 경제활동과 국민의 일상생활가지 담을 수 있는 하나의 시뮬레이션 공간'을 말한다. 이리한 사이버국토를 구축하기 위해서는 관련법률 과 제도를 정비하고, 관련기술과 산업을 국가발전의 핵심 엔진으로 육성하며, 대국민 홍보와 관계자 교육을 강화하는 전략이 필요하다.

최근 스마트 시티, 스마트 홈, 스마트 교통, 스마트 케어 등 스마트 월드를 지향하는 대규모의 연구와 노력이 계속되고 있다. 이러한 스마트 월드가 보편화 될수록 인터넷과의 연결성 확대와 사이버 테러위협의 확대는 필연적일 것이다. 이러한 사이버 테러위협의 확대는 엄청난 재난안전사고로 연결될 가능성을 점점 높이고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 다양한 형태로 확대되는 스마트 월드에 대해 살펴보고 스마트 월드들이 가지고 있는 보안 위협 요인을 도출한다. 또한, 스마트 월드의 구축시 해외로부터의 접근이 필요하지 않는다면 해외로부터의 테러위협을 봉쇄하는 방안을 제안한다. 이를 통해 안전한 스마트월드의 구축과 운영을 위한 사이버 테러위협 제거방안을 제시하고자 한다.

attention to the elevation of the Quality of living, various ways to revitalize the community spirit are found including reforming hardhearted neighborhoods and overcoming the dreariness of city. With the development of the internet and the spread(dissemination) of "digital home", the communities in cyber space are especially active since we are living in an information-oriented society. To consolidate the communities in apartment complexes, this study tries to find revitalization methods of the cyber community by analyzing the contents of the web sites, understanding the cyber community. The cyber contents that are provided come from three main companies that develop the internet apartments. These are compared and analyzed. The related cyber communities("cafe") are also analyzed. The results are as follows. 1)Though they have some differences on details, the content provided from internet companies can be categorized as introduction to the apartment complex, personal service, community, club and internet shopping. 2)The contents on the cyber community made by the residents are mostly for clubs and chatting since they are made for communication between residents. 3)To revitalize the cyber community, the content that gets more attention from the residents needs to be subdivided into groups.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between cyber leisure activity and autonomic function in high school students. Methods: The subjects of this study were 242 second graders at high school located in D city. The research design was descriptive correlation study. Data were collected from August 26 to September 17, 2010, using a cyber leisure questionnaire and heart rate variability (SA-6000, Medicore, Korea) for autonomic function. Results: Total time for the cyber leisure activity was $391.3{\pm}262.0$ (min/week). Time for internet usage and computer game was $234.5{\pm}140.1$ (min/week) and $156.8{\pm}164.3$ (min/week), respectively. There were significant positive correlation between total cyber leisure time and sympathetic activity (r=.247, $p$ <.001). Conclusion: Excessive cyber leisure activity could increase sympathetic activities in high school students. Thus, nursing intervention to reduce the total cyber leisure time will be helpful to improve their neurophysiological status.

It should be needed to realize a general system which make it possible to enjoy cyber tourism based on knowledge information system to recover a local potential growth power, catch a jumping chance again, and hold a new competitive power. But to discuss a tourism information system, the matters of hard ware, software and information mediating system should be reviewed generally, this research is likely to provide a cyber tourism information system through internet as a way of cyber tours through multimedia technology and stereoscopic image technique using geographic information system centering on the networking system of tourism information. Constructing $\ulcorner$cyber touristy city$\lrcorner$ on internet, foster a new industry, to go balanced with a present tourism industry and experience a virtual reality, various theme tours create high profit to shrunken tourism industry. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the associations and paths among parenting behaviors, cyber delinquency, and moral sensitivity in adolescents to reduce and prevent cyber delinquency. Method: The data was collected by a survey for 270 students from a middle school and a high school in G city. The valid 262 cases were analyzed by frequency, descriptive analysis with SPSS 18.0 and tested by structural equation model by using AMOS 18.0 program. Results: Results showed that 1) 'control' among the parenting behaviors has positive effects on the cyber delinquency in adolescents, 2) 'intimacy and rationality' among the parenting behaviors has positive impacts on the moral sensitivity, 3) it shows that moral sensitivity has negative effects on the cyber delinquency in adolescents, and 4) bootstrapping test for indirect effect of moral sensitivity was verified significantly. We founded the full mediation of moral sensitivity and the path of 'intimacy and rationality' to cyber delinquency through moral sensitivity. Conclusions: The results implied 1) provision of the parent education and program for parents and newlyweds to learn positive parenting behaviors and 2) application of moral education to develop moral sensitivity of adolescents in schools and communities.

SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system has been used for remote measurement and control on the critical infrastructures as well as modem industrial facilities. As cyber attacks increase on communication networks, SCADA network has been also exposed to cyber security problems. Especially, SCADA systems of energy industry such as electric power, gas and oil are vulnerable to targeted cyber attack and terrorism Recently, many research efforts to solve the problems have made progress on SCADA network security. In this paper, flexible key distribution concept is proposed for improving the security of SCADA network using Multiagent System (MAS).

This study presents an application of the 3D patch extraction method which is based on gradient-driven properties to obtain 3D planar patches over the terrain and man-made objects from lidar data. The method which was exploited in this study is composed of a sequence of processes: segmentation by slope, initiation of triggering patches by mode selection, and expansion of the triggering patches. Since urban areas contain many planar regions over the terrain surface, application of the method has been experimented to extract 3D planar patches not only from non-terrain objects but also from the terrain. The experimental result shows that the method is efficient to acquire 3D planar patches.

SCADA(Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) is popular control and monitor areas not only in critical infrastructures such as electric power, gas, oil but also industrial applications. Increasement of cyber attack technique and frequency threats secure operation of SCADA systems. Recently many researches have been studied for protecting SCADA system against cyber attacks. This paper introduces overall security technologies in SCADA systems.
