As core technologies(IoT, 5G, Cloud, Bigdata, AI etc) leading the Fourth Industrial Revolution promote smart convergence across the national socio-economic infrastructure, the threat of new forms of cyber attacks is increasing and the possibility of massive damage is also increasing. Reflecting this trend, cyber security is expanding from simple information protection to CPS(Cyber Physical System) protection that combines safety and security that implements hyper-connectivity and ultra-reliability. This study introduces the recent evolution of cyber attacks and looks at the next generation cyber security technologies based on the conceptual changes of cyber security technologies such as SOAR(Security Orchestration, Automation and Response) and Zero Trust.
In this study present the theoretical background and major trends in which cyber threats are securitization through the discourse process. In particular, this study explained based on the theory of Copenhagen school, which is critical of the security of cyber threats. And presented the security of non-traditional threats and the security of emerging security issues, which explained the process of security for cyber threats, based on existing research, and explained the limitations to this. And tried to provide a cautious point of view that the militarization phenomenon of cyber threats that is currently displayed is a phenomenon that is displayed through the combination of technical discourse and military discourse. Through this study, we aim to show the military the limits of universal solution presentation and the borderline perspective of militarization based on objective insights into the cyber threat security process.
In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, digital transformation to increase the effectiveness of industry is becoming more important to achieving the goal of industrial innovation. The digital new deal and smart defense are required for digital transformation and utilize artificial intelligence, big data analysis technology, and the Internet of Things. These changes can innovate the industrial fields of national defense, society, and health with new intelligent services by continuously expanding cyberspace. As a result, work productivity, efficiency, convenience, and industrial safety will be strengthened. However, the threat of cyber-attack will also continue to increase due to expansion of the new domain of digital transformation. This paper presents the risk scenarios of cyber-attack threats in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Further, we propose a preemptive intrusion response model to bolster the complex security environment of the future, which is one of the fundamental alternatives to solving problems relating to cyber-attack. The proposed model can be used as prior research on cyber security strategy and technology development for preemptive response to cyber threats in the future society.

Our military's cyberspace is under constant threat from the enemy. These cyber threats are targeted at the information service assets held by the military, and securing the security of the organization's information service assets is critical. However, since Information assets can not be 100% selt-sufficient in any organization as well as the military, acquisition of information assets by the supply chain is an inevitable. Therefor, after reviewing supply chain protection measures to secure the safety of the military supply chain, we proposed a method for securing supply chain companies through the citation of partnership based on the validated trust model.
The Cyber space of the ROK Army is constantly threatened by enemy. In order to reponse to such cyber treats, vulnerabilities of information assets of the ROK Army should be identified and eliminated early. However, the ROK Army currently lacks systematic management of vulnerabilities. Therefore, this paper investigates trends of each country's vulnerability management and the actual situation of the management of the vulnerabilities in the ROK Army, and suggests ways of linking vulnerability database and the ROK Army information asset management system for effective vulnerability management of the ROK Army information assets.

The Command and Control Framework was developed for penetration testing and education purposes, but threat actors such as cybercrime groups are abusing it. From a cyber threat hunting perspective, identifying Command and Control Framework servers as well as proactive responding such as blocking the server can contribute to risk management. Therefore, this paper proposes a methodology for tracking the Command and Control Framework in advance. The methodology consists of four steps: collecting a list of Command and Control Framework-related server, emulating staged delivery, extracting botnet configurations, and collecting certificates that feature is going to be extracted. Additionally, experiments are conducted by applying the proposed methodology to Cobalt Strike, a commercial Command and Control Framework. Collected beacons and certificate from the experiments are shared to establish a cyber threat response basis that could be caused from the Command and Control Framework.

Todays, the more information technologies(IT) like internet is developed, the more main facilities of individuals and social organizations get deeply involved in IT. Also, the trend of cyber threats such as internet worms and viruses is moving from local pc attacks to IT infrastructure attacks by exploiting inherent vulnerabilities of IT. Social organizations has a limit to response these attacks individually, and so the systematic coordinate center for social organizations is necessary. To analyze and share cyber threat information is performed prior to the construction of the coordinate center. In this paper, we survey domestic alert systems for cyber threats of related organizations and companies, and then classify them into two categories by the range of threat assessment: global alert systems for global If infrastructure and individual alert systems for each threat. Next, we identify problems of domestic alert systems and suggest approaches to resolve them.
Beginning flag security it was limited in Firewall but currently many information security solutions like Anti-virus, IDS, Firewall are come to be many. For efficiently managing different kinds of information security products ESM (Enterprise Security management) are developed and operated. Recently over the integrated security management system, TMS (Threat Management System) is rising in new area of interest. It follows in change of like this information security product and also collection information is being turning out diversification. For managing cyber threats, we have to analysis qualitative information (like vulnerabilities and malware codes, security news) as well as the quantity event logs which are from information security products of past. Information Threats and Vulnerability Auto Collector raises the accuracy of cyber threat judgement and can be utilized to respond the cyber threat which does not occur still by gathering qualitative information as well as quantity information.

Recently, cyber attacks against public communications networks are getting more complicated and varied. Moreover, in some cases, one country could make systematic attacks at a national level against another country to steal its confidential information and intellectual property. Therefore, the issue of cyber attacks is now regarded as a new major threat to national security. The conventional way of operating individual information security systems such as IDS and IPS may not be sufficient to cope with those attacks committed by highly-motivated attackers with significant resources. In this paper, we discuss the technologies and standard trends about actual cyber threat and response methods, design the collaborative response framework based on the security information sharing in the inter-domain environments. The computation method of network threat level based on the collaborative response framework is proposed. The network threats are be quickly detected and real-time response can be executed using the proposed computation method.

The recent trend of cyber attack threat is mainly APT (Advanced Persistent Threat) attack. This attack is a combination of hacking techniques to try to steal important information assets of a corporation or individual, and social engineering hacking techniques aimed at human psychological factors. Spear phishing attacks, one of the most commonly used APT hacking techniques, are known to be easy to use and powerful hacking techniques, with more than 90% of the attacks being a key component of APT hacking attacks. The existing research for cyber security threat defense is mainly focused on the technical and policy aspects. However, in order to preemptively respond to intelligent hacking attacks, it is necessary to study different aspects from the viewpoint of social engineering. In this study, we analyze the correlation between human personality type (DISC) and cyber security threats, focusing on spear phishing attacks, and present countermeasures against security threats from a new perspective breaking existing frameworks.
