Peace on the Korean Peninsula is threatened by physical aggressions and cyber terrors such as nuclear tests, missile launchings, senior government officials' smart phone hackings and DDos attacks to banking systems. Cyber attacks such as vulnerability for the hackings, malware distributions are generally defended by passive defense through the detecting signs of first invasion and attack, data analysis, adding library and updating vaccine programs. In this paper the concept of security program based on Google TensorFlow machine learning ability to perform adding libraries and solving security vulnerabilities by itself is researched and proposed.

The damage caused by information spill, forgery, falsification, and deletion by cyber infringement in educational institutions and universities is very large. In this study, we analyzed the types, causes, and problems of cyber infringement in educational administrative institutions and universities. As a result, administrative, physical and technical information protection activities were weak. In this paper, we propose a security enhancement method for each domain by dividing them into Internet zone, network-neutral zone (DMZ: Demilitarized Zone), general server zone, internal server zone (Server Farm), and user zone so that these vulnerabilities can be easily identified, supplemented or security enhanced. In addition, we have proposed a method to apply security information system architecture and information protection technology correctly for educational administration institutions and universities. This study is meaningful not to provide conceptual guidance but to suggest specific action and procedure oriented security management plan.

The suggested paper studies communications network and system technology, designing data to sync to both USB memories and cloud storages at the same time, which would allow users to safely keep and manage data even in case of network troubles, affecting cloud storages, and/or loss of physical USB memories, resulting in lost data in the physical memory. The need of secure data management policy for cloud storage users form the basis of this study, offering solutions to network failures and loss of physical storage by creating hybrid cloud system. To provide convenience to windows users, the UI design should integrate that of windows explorer to maximize security and convenience.

Cyber attacks targeting critical infrastructure are on the rise. Critical infrastructure is defined as core infrastructures within a country with a high degree of interdependence between the different structures; therefore, it is difficult to sufficiently protect it using outdated cybersecurity techniques. In particular, the distinction between the physical and logical risks of critical infrastructure is becoming ambiguous; therefore, risk management from a comprehensive perspective must be implemented. Accordingly, as a means of further actively protecting critical infrastructure, major countries have begun to apply their security and cybersecurity systems by design, as a more expanded concept is now being considered. This proactive security approach (CSbD, Cybersecurity by Design) includes not only securing the stability of software (SW) safety design and management, but also physical politics and device (HW) safety, precautionary and blocking measures, and overall resilience. It involves a comprehensive security system. Therefore, this study compares and analyzes security by design measures towards critical infrastructure that are leading the way in the US, Europe, and Singapore. It reflects the results of an analysis of optimal cybersecurity solutions for critical infrastructure. I would like to present a plan for applying by Design.

Today, embedded, mobile, and cyber-physical systems are ubiquitous and used in many applications, from industrial control systems, modern vehicles, to critical infrastructure. Current trends and initiatives, such as "Industry 4.0" and Internet of Things (IoT), promise innovative business models and novel user experiences through strong connectivity and effective use of next generation of embedded devices. We survey an introduction to Industrial IoT systems, the related security and privacy challenges, and an outlook on possible solutions towards a holistic security framework for Industrial IoT systems in this paper.
Development of science technology make integrated CPS(Cyber-Physical System) appear. In CPS era, cyberspace and physical-space are hard to separate anymore, that is developing toward integrated CPS. The reality is not stopping, that is consistently changing and the concept of space is developing too. But several articles are considering for cyberspace and physical-space separately, and they are developing tailed alternative each case. The theorical approaching that is not considering reality is dwelled on past, and is dangerous from dropping down to floating cloud that is not considering progressed reality. This article is suggested to consider rimland theory to control measures in cyberspace. That is dedicated to integrated approaching from physical-space to cyberspace. And that is developing concreted controling measures in cyberspace. Especially, this article is suggested to policy alternative by analyzing north korea cyber warfare from rimland theory including human sources. Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. This article make integrated approaching effects about cyberspace and physical-space to preparing in the CPS era.
Along with the growth of u-Healthcare, we propose a security enhancement based on network separation for CloudHIS with for handling healthcare information to cope with cyber attack. To protect against all security threats and to establish clear data security policies, we apply desktop computing servers to cloud computing services for CloudHIS. Use two PCs with a hypervisor architecture to apply physical network isolation and select the network using KVM switched controller. The other is a logical network separation using one PC with two OSs, but the network is divided through virtualization. Physical network separation is the physical connection of a PC to each network to block the access path from both the Internet and the business network. The proposed system is an independent desktop used to access an intranet or the Internet through server virtualization technology on a user's physical desktop computer. We can implement an adaptive solution to prevent hacking by configuring the CloudHIS, a cloud system that handles medical hospital information, through network separation for handling security enhancement.
Rapid developments of IT technology has been creating new security threats. There have been more attacks to get patients' sensitive personal information, targeting medical institutions that are relatively insufficient to prevent and defend against such attacks. Although the government has required senior general hospitals to get the ISMS certification since 2016, such a requirement has been burdensome for small and medium-sized medical institutions. Therefore, this study was designed to draw measures to identify and improve the privacy status of the medical institution by dividing it into management, physical and cyber areas for small and medium-sized medical institutions. The results of this study showed that the government should provide financial support and managerial supervision for the improvement of personal information protection of small and medium-sized medical institutions. They also suggested that the government should also provide medical security specialists, continuous medical security education, disaster planning, reduction of medical information management regulations not suitable for small and medium sized institutions.

Recently, unexpected and more advanced cyber medical treat attacks are on the rise. However, in responding to various patterns of cyber medical threat attack, rule-based security methodologies such as physical blocking and replacement of medical devices have the limitations such as lack of the man-power and high cost. As a way to solve the problems, the medical community is also paying attention to artificial intelligence technology that enables security threat detection and prediction by self-learning the past abnormal behaviors. In this study, there has collecting and learning the medical information data from integrated Medical-Information-Systems of the medical center and introduce the research methodology which is to develop the AI-based Net-Working Behavior Adaptive Information data. By doing this study, we will introduce all technological matters of rule-based security programs and discuss strategies to activate artificial intelligence technology in the medical information business with the various restrictions.
