대학 e-러닝의 인식 제고 및 확산에 관한 연구 (Study on the Raise and Diffusion of Understanding of the e-Learning in Universities)

  • 본 연구에서는 e-러닝의 인식 제고 및 확산에 대하여 교수들의 의식조사를 수행한 결과로써 대학차원의 e-러닝 세미나 및 워크숍을 정기적으로 개최하고, e-러닝에 대한 비전과 중단기 정책을 수립하여 미래교육 방향에 맞는 교육시스템을 도입하여 사이버교육 수강을 희망하는 학습자를 위한 전공별 웹 기반 수업을 특성화시켜 운영하며, 대학의 세계화를 위하여 선진 외국의 경쟁력 있는 대학 강의를 수강할 수 있도록 협정을 체결하여 외국 대학과의 콘텐츠 개발 및 교류를 추진하는 것이 필요하다는 결론을 얻었다.

웹 기반 간호 교육을 위한 튜터의 운영 전략 개발 및 효과 검증 연구 (A Study of Development and Evaluation of Tutorial Management Strategy for Web-based Nursing Education)

  • Purpose: This study was attempted and completed in order to settle down and qualitatively improve web-based nursing education by evaluating effect and managing strategy of tutor. Method: The development of tutor's managing strategy was based on "The Self-regulated Learning" and "The supportive Learning", then it was applied to 79 learners in one of the cyber-learning centers. After applying the tutor's managing strategy, self-regulated learning scale, attitude for school, preference for computer and academic achievement were evaluated. The development of tutor's managing strategy for web-based nursing education are consisted of participation promotion, psychological support and motivation, recognition and promotion strategy of learning activity, management strategy of evaluating stage. Result: The levels of learner's self-regulated learning, recognition, behavior, attitude on the school and learning achievement were meaningfully increased in statistics after applying for the managing strategy of tutor. The motivation level and learning participation kept high scores from the beginning with no significant statistical changes. Conclusion: It is required to develop an educational program for cultivating well-educated tutors in order to help the effective learning process of nurses based on understanding characteristics of learners.

웹기반 문제중심학습(PBL) 시스템을 적용한 사이버 토론 학습 프로그램의 효과 (Effect of PBL applied On-line Debating System.)

  • 본 연구는 K대학부설과학영재교육원 학생 중 웹기반 사이버 토론 학습 프로그램인 "Science Cyber Conference" 참가자를 대상으로 문제중심학습(Problem-based Learning; PBL)전략을 적용한 시스템을 개발하여 16주 동안 프로그램을 진행한 후, PBL 전략이 '자기주도 학습 능력'에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보았다. 이와 더불어 PBL 수업 과정에 대한 학습자의 인식을 조사하였다. 웹기반 PBL 전략을 적용한 프로그램 진행 후 학습자의 '자기주도 학습 능력'이 통계적으로 유의미하게(p<.05) 효과가 있었다. 특히 '자기주도 학습능력'은 7개의 하위 영역 중 '학습자 신념'을 제외한 6개의 영역에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다.(p<.05) 또한 웹기반 PBL 전략을 사용한 수업이 긍정적이라는 인식을 보였다.

가상대학 도입의 성공 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Successful Elements of Cyber University Introduction)

  • The aim of this study is to find the key elements for the successful introduction of a Cyber University (CU) in Korea. Since information technology (IT) has dramatically changed our lives it is inevitable for education to follow suit. The old education system was based on the following principle, of a teacher physically interacting with his or her pupils at a school. However, this is set to become infinitely more flexible with the freedom of choice given to the pupil who are now able to adopt, beyond barriers of time and space what, and how they study. All this will be made possible with the use of IT. The essentials for the CU would be a positive and flexible education paradigm, also able to satisfy students with a totally new system of education that replaces physical interaction with virtual interaction. Another point that needs to be taken into account is the number of potential students, their expectations and needs. And any national or international restrictions need to be addressed. One major hurdle for the acceptance of a CU in Korea is the vast difference between its conservative culture and directness of Western culture. Despite this, it will soon become imperative for Korea that she embraces the rapidly changing attitudes and requirements in order for the survival of the nation and an individual.

  • 영재는 그 다양한 특성으로 인하여 객관적인 판별도구를 개발하는 것에 한계가 있으며 판별절차에 관한 학자들의 이론도 다양하다. 특히 고도의 창의적인 능력을 나타내는 수학 영재아의 경우에는 더더욱 그러한 면이 심하다고 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 인천과학 영재교육센터에서 실행했던 중등 수학영재선발과정에 대하여 살펴보고 이에 대한 문제점을 검증함으로써 앞으로 더 발전된 수학 영재아의 판별을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • This paper investigate the empirical implications. They were to verify the influences of psychological and environmental factors toward performance satisfaction and durability. The results show that actional environment on academic satisfaction in learning is the most important factor. The effect of academic satisfaction on learning durability proved to be statistically significant. The results suggest that actional environment should be considered with top priority to increase the academic satisfaction. Learning satisfaction, academic vision, and academic satisfaction to enhance students' intention to continue studies are important.

A Study on Correlation between Age and Information Ethics Using Information Culture Index

  • Information ethics is very essential for everyone in the current knowledge-based society. Every citizen in modern society can enjoy various benefits of recent internet technologies. In the meanwhile, everyone also is exposed to the various side effects of information and communication technologies. The typical side effects include copyright violation, cyber crimes, cyber bullying, internet addiction, and so on. The purpose of this paper is to identify correlation between age and information ethics. For this purpose, 3-year national survey works Information Culture Index are analyzed. After thorough statistical analysis work, it is concluded that there is a meaningful correlation between age and information ethics. In other words, the older people are, the higher information ethics they recognize and observe.

사이버대학 실기교육을 위한 앱기반 인터페이스 연구 (The app-based interface research for practical education of cyber university)

  • Recently, universities have difficulties in operating the normal curriculum because fresher's basic academic ability is declined. It causes campus misfits so managing students become a rising issue. The education system that focuses only on college entrance exam is one of the reasons why this phenomenon occurred. So, several tries are enacted at university to improve this problem. One of the solutions is enforcing the activity with self-directed Learning Community students to know learning level themselves and execute systematic studying habit is essential for improving this problem. This activity can help students understanding and having interest in class and be motivated to study. But it had burdened tutors with submitting activity report in written form. In this paper, we suggest the Mobile Based Activity Report Submission System which can be the solution of the problem that the Self-directed Learning Community System has. This system reduces the emotional burden to write the reports and manages them efficiently.

  • 일반적으로 프로그램을 배우는 초보자들은 텍스트 기반으로 프로그램을 하는 것이 매우 어렵다. 이러한 문제를 쉽게 풀기 위한 한 방법이 Visual C++, Visual Basic, Delphi와 같은 비주얼 프로그램으로 구현하는 것이다. 그러나 이러한 프로그램을 배우는 학습자들 역시, 비주얼 컴포넌트 작동에 대한 텍스트 프로그래밍을 어려워하고 있다. 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 논리적 사고를 표현하고 객체지향을 지원하기 위해 UML을 도입하고 텍스트 프로그래밍 요소를 비주얼 프로그래밍 요소로 대체하기 위해 객체지향을 지원하는 LabVIEW OOP를 사용하여 학습자들에게 프로그래밍 교육을 하는 방법을 제시하였다. 또한, 제시된 프로그래밍 교육 방법에 대해 설문조사를 실시하여 교육적인 효과를 분석하였다.

  • Recently. internet applications for efficient cyber education have drawn much interests. The world-wide web provides new opportunities for cyber education over the internet. This paper presents a virtual lab system which can be used on the world-wide web. The proposed virtual lab system provides the improved learning methods which can enhance the educational efficiency in electrical engineering experiments. If the students enter the virtual lab system on the web. they can make experiments on basic electrical and electronic principles through simple mouse manipulation. Since proposed virtual lab system is implemented to describe the actual lab system. the students can obtain similar experimental data through it. Several sample Java applets are illustrated as examples.
