This study grasped the problem by examining the consciousness of professors about the e-Learning and reached a conclusion as follows. The understanding of the e-Learning in university should be reconsidered and diffused. To activate the e-Learning in university, the education system corresponding to course of the coming education should be introduced by hold the seminar and workshop periodically and establish vision and middle-short range policy for the e-Learning. Also, university should manage by characterizing a web-based class with the major for a learner hoping to take a cyber education course and propel contents development and interchange with a foreign university by concluding a convention for taking lectures having competitive power of an advanced country to make a worldwide university.

Purpose: This study was attempted and completed in order to settle down and qualitatively improve web-based nursing education by evaluating effect and managing strategy of tutor. Method: The development of tutor's managing strategy was based on "The Self-regulated Learning" and "The supportive Learning", then it was applied to 79 learners in one of the cyber-learning centers. After applying the tutor's managing strategy, self-regulated learning scale, attitude for school, preference for computer and academic achievement were evaluated. The development of tutor's managing strategy for web-based nursing education are consisted of participation promotion, psychological support and motivation, recognition and promotion strategy of learning activity, management strategy of evaluating stage. Result: The levels of learner's self-regulated learning, recognition, behavior, attitude on the school and learning achievement were meaningfully increased in statistics after applying for the managing strategy of tutor. The motivation level and learning participation kept high scores from the beginning with no significant statistical changes. Conclusion: It is required to develop an educational program for cultivating well-educated tutors in order to help the effective learning process of nurses based on understanding characteristics of learners.

This research examines how e-PBL system affects 'self-directed learning ability' by applying it to "Science Cyber Conference" participants for 16 weeks. Participants' perception of PBL class process was also looked. After applying PBL program, participants' 'self-directed learning ability' has effectively changed statistically(p<.05). Especially, it showed significant change in 6 areas of 'self-directed learning ability' out of 7. Participants also showed positive response to PBL program (p<.05).

The aim of this study is to find the key elements for the successful introduction of a Cyber University (CU) in Korea. Since information technology (IT) has dramatically changed our lives it is inevitable for education to follow suit. The old education system was based on the following principle, of a teacher physically interacting with his or her pupils at a school. However, this is set to become infinitely more flexible with the freedom of choice given to the pupil who are now able to adopt, beyond barriers of time and space what, and how they study. All this will be made possible with the use of IT. The essentials for the CU would be a positive and flexible education paradigm, also able to satisfy students with a totally new system of education that replaces physical interaction with virtual interaction. Another point that needs to be taken into account is the number of potential students, their expectations and needs. And any national or international restrictions need to be addressed. One major hurdle for the acceptance of a CU in Korea is the vast difference between its conservative culture and directness of Western culture. Despite this, it will soon become imperative for Korea that she embraces the rapidly changing attitudes and requirements in order for the survival of the nation and an individual.

This study is focused on the selection program of mathematical gifted children on the middle school. To fulfill this purpose, I consider the testing program using cyber system. If we use the cyber system, we can survey mathematical play(for example, puzzle) and several mathematical activity of gifted children. Cyber system will be help as a subsidiary selection tool.

This paper investigate the empirical implications. They were to verify the influences of psychological and environmental factors toward performance satisfaction and durability. The results show that actional environment on academic satisfaction in learning is the most important factor. The effect of academic satisfaction on learning durability proved to be statistically significant. The results suggest that actional environment should be considered with top priority to increase the academic satisfaction. Learning satisfaction, academic vision, and academic satisfaction to enhance students' intention to continue studies are important.

Information ethics is very essential for everyone in the current knowledge-based society. Every citizen in modern society can enjoy various benefits of recent internet technologies. In the meanwhile, everyone also is exposed to the various side effects of information and communication technologies. The typical side effects include copyright violation, cyber crimes, cyber bullying, internet addiction, and so on. The purpose of this paper is to identify correlation between age and information ethics. For this purpose, 3-year national survey works Information Culture Index are analyzed. After thorough statistical analysis work, it is concluded that there is a meaningful correlation between age and information ethics. In other words, the older people are, the higher information ethics they recognize and observe.

Recently, universities have difficulties in operating the normal curriculum because fresher's basic academic ability is declined. It causes campus misfits so managing students become a rising issue. The education system that focuses only on college entrance exam is one of the reasons why this phenomenon occurred. So, several tries are enacted at university to improve this problem. One of the solutions is enforcing the activity with self-directed Learning Community students to know learning level themselves and execute systematic studying habit is essential for improving this problem. This activity can help students understanding and having interest in class and be motivated to study. But it had burdened tutors with submitting activity report in written form. In this paper, we suggest the Mobile Based Activity Report Submission System which can be the solution of the problem that the Self-directed Learning Community System has. This system reduces the emotional burden to write the reports and manages them efficiently.

일반적으로 프로그램을 배우는 초보자들은 텍스트 기반으로 프로그램을 하는 것이 매우 어렵다. 이러한 문제를 쉽게 풀기 위한 한 방법이 Visual C++, Visual Basic, Delphi와 같은 비주얼 프로그램으로 구현하는 것이다. 그러나 이러한 프로그램을 배우는 학습자들 역시, 비주얼 컴포넌트 작동에 대한 텍스트 프로그래밍을 어려워하고 있다. 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 논리적 사고를 표현하고 객체지향을 지원하기 위해 UML을 도입하고 텍스트 프로그래밍 요소를 비주얼 프로그래밍 요소로 대체하기 위해 객체지향을 지원하는 LabVIEW OOP를 사용하여 학습자들에게 프로그래밍 교육을 하는 방법을 제시하였다. 또한, 제시된 프로그래밍 교육 방법에 대해 설문조사를 실시하여 교육적인 효과를 분석하였다.

Recently. internet applications for efficient cyber education have drawn much interests. The world-wide web provides new opportunities for cyber education over the internet. This paper presents a virtual lab system which can be used on the world-wide web. The proposed virtual lab system provides the improved learning methods which can enhance the educational efficiency in electrical engineering experiments. If the students enter the virtual lab system on the web. they can make experiments on basic electrical and electronic principles through simple mouse manipulation. Since proposed virtual lab system is implemented to describe the actual lab system. the students can obtain similar experimental data through it. Several sample Java applets are illustrated as examples.
