유수의 기업체가 사이버공격을 받아 개인정보를 유출당하는 피해 사례가 속출하고 있다. 또한 금전이득의 획득이나 사회적 혼란 유발 등을 목적으로 계획된 해킹사례가 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IT서비스 기업들이 수행하는 프로젝트 단계별 주요 보안 활동 사례를 파악한다. 이를 통하여 실제 프로젝트 단계별로 적용할 수 있는 보안 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This paper proposes a medium-access control(MAC) protocol designed for wireless multi-hop sensor networks which is used for connecting physical world and cyber computing space. Wireless multi-hop sensor networks use battery-operated computing and sensing device. We expect sensor networks to be deployed in an ad hoc fashion, with nodes remaining inactive for long time, but becoming suddenly active when specific event is detected. These characteristics of multi-hop sensor networks and applications motivate a MAC that is different from traditional wireless MACs about power conservation scheme, such as IEEE 802.11. Proposed MAC uses a few techniques to reduce energy consumption. Result show that proposed MAC obtains more energy sayings.

The researchers surveyed 539 middle school students in Seoul, South Korea(2005) to investigate the influence of the domestic violence experiences and internet addiction on aggressiveness in adolescents. The major findings were as follows : 1) the experiences of domestic violence as a victim or a bystander had a positive relationship with aggressiveness in adolescents, 2) both domestic violence experiences and internet addiction reinforced aggressiveness in adolescents, but the influence of the latter was stronger than that of the former, 3) The degrees of domestic violences and internet addiction in Korean adolescents far surpassed the world average. Therefore, this study proved the urgent need for the prevention and cure programs for Korean adolescents regarding domestic violence and internet addiction.

Information technologies as the main driving force of technological progress today happen to be a sine qua non for all organizations hoping to keep pace with or surpass rivals. However, despite their vital advantages it is true that these create undesirable side effects that harm social systems and the rights of persons. Similar to all others in the world Turkey is trying to cope with the problem through creating an appropriate legal and administrative substructure trusted to discontinue or at least minimize such criminal acts.

The study aims to examine how everyday life skills of disabled seniors in rural areas affect their depression and self-esteem through their quality of life and explores how to improve the quality of life of disabled seniors. To achieve this, 238 participants who were registered as disabled and aged 65 or over took part in this research. Results showed that the quality of life among disabled seniors decreased when their everyday life skills were relatively more advanced than those of non-disabled people. It was also found that the high level of everyday life skills possessed by disabled seniors caused more severe depression and lower self-esteem. Their quality of life negatively affected self-esteem and depression and their everyday life skills were a key factor that influenced depression and self-esteem.

최근에 많이 소개되는 인터넷을 이용한 교육, 학습의 대부분은 텍스트를 기반으로 하고 이미지를 삽입하는 방식을 이용하여 이루어지고 있다. 이런 방식은 인문, 사회분야의 과목에는 충분한 효과를 기대할 수 있지만 화학, 물리 등의 자연과학 과목에는 충분한 효과를 기대하기 어렵다. 이제는 통신의 발달로 인해 네트워크 사용이 생활화됨으로써 더 이상 VRML(Virtual Reality Modeling Language)이 넷스케이프 네비게이터나 마이크로소프트 인터넷 익스플로러 같은 인터넷 브라우저상에서 3차원 오브젝트만을 보여주는 시기는 지났다. 가상 세계여행 시스템은 최근 급속도로 확장되고 있는 인터넷과 인터넷 응용기술인 VRML, XML(extensible Makeup Language)을 이용하여 아직까지 사진이나 영상으로만 볼 수 있었던 세계의 도시, 건축물에 대한 정보를 3차원으로 구성된 세계여행을 통해 현실감 있는 정보를 제공하기 위해 설계되었다. 시스템의 특징은 세계의 대도시 및 유명 건축물을 VRML과 XML을 이용하여 가상으로 구성하고, 사용자는 프로그램 내에서 자신이 선택한 아바타를 조종하여 그 도시들을 여행함으로써 가상 공간 내에서 세계여행을 할 수 있다는 것이다. 또한 사용자는 여행중인 다른 아바타와의 채팅이 가능하고 도우미 아바타에게 궁금한 점을 질문할 수도 있다.

The content industry was greatly affected by the pandemic that hit the world in 2020. The release and production of major Hollywood films were postponed. Performances, festivals, and mega-events such as tourism and the Olympic Games were also canceled or postponed. The innovation of the content industry became inevitable in line with these rapid environmental changes, and the industry had to undergo internal changes according to these external environmental changes. Representative examples are talent fostering and job creation for young people. This study conducts both SWOT analysis and PEST analysis on the South Korean content industry, thereby analyzing cases of talent fostering and job creation suitable for the new environment.

Voice onset time (VOT) is known to be a primary acoustic cue that differentiates voiced from voiceless stops in the world's languages. While much attention has been given to the sound change of Korean stops, little attention has been given to that of English stops. This study examines VOT of stop consonants as produced by English speakers in comparison to Korean speakers to see whether there is any VOT change for English stops and how the effects of stop, place, gender, and individual on VOT differ cross-linguistically. A total of 24 native speakers (11 Americans and 13 Koreans) participated in this experiment. The results showed that, for Korean, the VOT merger of lax and aspirated stops was replicated, and, for English, voiced stops became initially devoiced and voiceless stops became heavily aspirated. English voiceless stops became longer in VOT than Korean counterparts. The results suggest that, similar to Korean stops, English stops may also undergo a sound change. Since it is the first study to be revealed, more convincing evidence is necessary.

Digital trade rules are crucial in supporting the digital economy as the rules effectively reduce unnecessary trade barriers. This study introduces various approaches that major countries take regarding digital trade policies and rules. Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership has introduced comprehensive rules on e-commerce, including binding articles on the free flow of information, location of computing facilities, and source code. More recent e-commerce provisions or digital trade agreements cover wider range of issues, from cyber security, artificial intelligence, and data innovation to electronic invoicing and payments. Multilateral negotiations on digital trade rules, including the World Trade Organization E-commerce Joint Statement Initiatives and Indo-Pacific Economic Framework, are in progress. Thus, countries involved are expected to respond to new digital trade issues with long-term strategies considering domestic policy objectives.
