Facing the global crisis of climate change, waterfront areas are experiencing a significant increase in property damages and casualties. In light of the climate change era, this paper aims to identify resilience strategies against rising sea levels and associated natural disasters. A comparison and analysis of resilience plans and strategies have been conducted for five waterfront cities. In conclusion, three key points are suggested. Firstly, establishing partnerships locally and globally is an emerging trend to effectively and collaboratively address climate change. Secondly, resilience is a fundamental concept in designing social, built, and cyber infrastructure, requiring attention from stakeholders. Lastly, designing a well-operating system is critical to respond effectively when external shocks or stress occurs.

Learning agility is the will and ability to flexibly change thoughts and behaviors by quickly learning in new environments and experiences, and is a core competency to overcome crisis and solve organizational problems. It is a concept that can be used in the same organization group. Based on the previous research, a study was conducted to investigate how the job characteristics and personal learning agility of the army deputy officers influence learning satisfaction. After receiving a questionnaire survey of 216 business and yarn companies, SPSS 24.0 was used to verify the reliability and validity of the measurement variables, and the hypothesis was verified by regression analysis. It was found that some of the sub-categories of personal learning agility (self-awareness, active change pursuit) had a positive effect on learning satisfaction. This means that in order to enhance the effectiveness of military cyber education, measures should be taken to avoid overload in the field, and in order to increase performance in military organizations, personal learning agility pursuing positive change based on self-awareness and feedback must be developed.

According to the development of IT technology, life itself is becoming the change to Knowledge-based systems or information-based systems. However, the development of IT technology, the cyber attack techniques are improving. And DDoS a crisis occurs frequently, such as cyber terrorism has become a major data leakage. In addition, the various paths of attack from malicious code entering information in the system to work for your company for loss and damage to information assets is increasing. In this environment, the need to preserve the organization and users of information assets to perform ongoing inspections risk management processes within the organization should be established. Processes and managerial, technical, and physical systems by establishing an information security management system should be based. Also, we should be introduced information security product for protecting internal assets from the threat of malicious code incoming to inside except system and process establishment. Therefore we proposed enterprise and government information security enhancement scheme through the introduction of information security management system and information security product in this paper.

The study revisits Miles and Snow's strategy typology to investigate the performance relationship with the strategic behavior. Where the most strategy typology researches discern the typology by the respondent's survey such as choosing the best representative behavior for the organization, we developed the strategic typology by the organization's behavior such as marketing strategy, research and development strategy and members' attitudes to the quality. The financial crisis in Korea has reestablished organizational behavior. The study emphasized the changing attitudes of strategy. The results demonstrate that prospector organizations outperform other strategic behavior organizations.

Purpose - Foodservice production is predominantly susceptible to rampant calamities since it trusts on social gatherings and interactions. This research aims to elaborate a brief framework of the literature review on the research conducted for the Coronavirus outburst regarding the food service sector. Research design, Data, and methodology - The method used in research involving interpretation of the subject content in a text data through a systematic process of classification to identify the themes and coding is referred to as the qualitative content analysis. It can also be defined as a useful research approach method of analysis instead of an empirical analysis. Result - Based on ultimate systematic literature analysis, the author figured out that the vendors should be given importance to the digital traveling interventions as the shortest factor in foodservice processing firms. Designing new sources of revenue and implementing numerous canceled regulations are other resolution that helps challenges in food service industries Conclusion - The Coronavirus pandemic has affected the foodservice business leading to the permanent closure of some businesses. There is a need for a stimulus package from the state to revive these businesses since they play a great role in the economy's growth and are regarded as part of the economy, and most of their activity is undocumented.

After the movie was released, it had a mania for the movie and was adopted into a various forms of cultural products. It was remade not only into the parodies of the other movies and TV programs, but also the clothes and miscellaneous items of the movie were reincarnated as an unique cultural trend. The cause of the popularity is the fresh storyline as well as the sophisticated visual effects and good-looking actors. The agony of the protagonist was connected with the people outside the movie who are yearning for the ideal world. He was confused at the fact that his circumstances which were believed as the real world were not tortally true, complicated between the sensually phisical truth and the spiritual truth and had an will for the freedom that would ransack the truth and save the other people from the fictitious world. Consequently, the movie has got sympathies with many audiences suggesting the situation that has no a firm belief of the reality, the difference between the real and the cyber world is meaningless and the faked images of the high-technology are overturned This thesis tries to study the present that the real images are excessly duplicated and consumed, related to the Jean Baudrillard's theory, 'Hyperreel'. Replaced the real objects by a technical programming in the Matrix world, there happens the image-violence that the true nature is slaughterred by images. In the world where the reproducts are more actual than the reality and pretends to be real, only semiotics are consumed and produced. That is to say, the tortally programmed images has no references and aims, therefore should be produced in an 'impediment-strategy' like a faked crisis. That is the step of 'Simulation' that artificially reincarnates the real. Based upon the Baudrillard's theory, 'Simulacre', this study tries to research today's post-modern situation that the boundary of the real world and the faked copy is vague and vanishing, through the analysis of the cyber world of the movie 'Matrix'.

The U.N. Security Council's North Korea Sanctions Committee estimated that the amount of North Korea's cyberattacks on virtual asset-related companies from 2017 to 2023 was about 4 trillion won. North Korea's cyberattacks have secured funds through cryptocurrency hacking as it has been restricted from securing foreign currency due to economic sanctions by the international community, and it also shows the form of technology theft against defense companies, and illegal assets are being used to maintain the Kim Jong-un regime and develop nuclear and missile development. When North Korea conducted its sixth nuclear test on September 3, 2017, and declared the completion of its national nuclear armament following the launch of an intercontinental ballistic missile on November 29 of the same year, the U.N. imposed sanctions on North Korea, which are considered the strongest economic sanctions in history. In these difficult economic situations, North Korea tried to overcome the crisis through cyberattacks, but as a result of analyzing the changes through the North's cyber attack cases, the strategic goal from the first period from 2009 to 2016 was to verify and show off North Korea's cyber capabilities through the neutralization of the national network and the takeover of information, and was seen as an intention to create social chaos in South Korea. When foreign currency earnings were limited due to sanctions against North Korea in 2016, the second stage seized virtual currency and secured funds to maintain the Kim Jong-un regime and advance nuclear and missile development. The third stage is a technology hacking of domestic and foreign defense companies, focusing on taking over key technologies to achieve the five strategic weapons tasks proposed by Chairman Kim Jong-un at the 8th Party Congress in 2021. At the national level, security measures for private companies as well as state agencies should be established against North Korea's cyberattacks, and measures for legal systems, technical problems, and budgets related to science are urgently needed. It is also necessary to establish a system and manpower to respond to the ever-developing cyberattacks by focusing on cultivating and securing professional manpower such as white hackers.

This study is to explore the contents and interaction of residents voluntary network and propose the strategies to promote residents voluntary network. The grounded theory was utilized to attain our object. Total of seven social worker and 17 residents participated in the study. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and documents. The data were analyzed by using Strauss and Corbin's method. Results are the followings. In open coding 13 categories, 32 subcategories and 133 concepts were constructed. In axial coding causal conditions were qualitative ascent of needs, emergence of the right welfare consumer. Phenomenon was agitation of praxis ground and grope of exist. Contextual conditions were crisis resources, skepticism of welfare. Intervention conditions were maturation of welfare cognition and proliferation of the sense of community responsibility. Strategy were resocialization of voluntary organization and construction of field related service delivery system. Consequence were grass routing welfare strategic fitting service system. In selective coding we constructed the core category: The praxis revolution from bottom for break social welfare environment.

In the era of the fourth industrial revolution, the world is undergoing rapid social change. The purpose of this study is to predict the expected changes and necessary competencies and desired curriculum and teaching methods in the field of mechanical engineering in the near future. The research method was a Delphi study. It was conducted three times with 20 mechanical engineering experts. The results of the study are as follows: In the field of mechanical engineering, it will be increased the situational awareness by the use of measurement sensors, development of computer applications, flexibility and optimization by user's needs and mechanical equipment, and demand for robots equipped with AI. The mechanical engineer's career perspectives will be positive, but if it is stable, it will be a crisis. Therefore active response is needed. The competencies required in the field of mechanical engineering include collaborative skills, complex problem solving skills, self-directed learning skills, problem finding skills, creativity, communication skills, convergent thinking skills, and system engineering skills. The undergraduate curriculum to achieve above competencies includes four major dynamics, basic science, programming coding education, convergence education, data processing education, and cyber physical system education. Preferred mechanical engineering teaching methods include project-based learning, hands-on education, problem-based learning, team-based collaborative learning, experiment-based education, and software-assisted education. The mechanical engineering community and the government should be concerned about the education for mechanical engineers with the necessary competencies in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, which will make global competitiveness in the mechanical engineering fields.

Amid global economic crisis and skyrocketing oil prices, container shipping companies have raised a sustained series of efforts to reduce vessel operating costs. Under these circumstances, the Grand Alliance has decided to install the dedicated feeder instead of additional vessels in the CCX(Central China Express) and the NCE(North China Express) route. In other words, a vessel in a trunk route is transshiped by a dedicated feeder vessel in Busan port that is a transshipment port, rather than calling at Northen China port. In this study, the actual operating data of Grand Alliance container services were analyzed to determine the economic effect of transshipment through a dedicated feeder service. In this way, the Grand Alliance are saving vessel operating expenses in 'NCE' and 'CCX' routes, making the slow steaming of vessels possible in these trunk routes.
