Civil aviation cybersecurity challenges are global in nature and must be addressed using global best practices and the combined efforts of all stakeholders. This requires the development of comprehensive international strategies and detailed plans for their implementation, with appropriate resources. It is important to build such strategies on a common methodology that can be applied to civil aviation and other interrelated critical infrastructure sectors. The goal of the study was to determine the methodological basis for developing an international civil aviation cybersecurity strategy, taking into account existing experience in strategic planning at the level of international specialized organizations. The research was conducted using general scientific and theoretical research methods: observation, description, formalization, analysis, synthesis, generalization, explanation As a result of the study, it was established the specifics of the approach to formulating strategic goals in civil aviation cybersecurity programs in the documents of intergovernmental and international non-governmental organizations in the aviation sphere, generally based on a comprehensive vision of cybersecurity management. A comparative analysis of strategic priorities, objectives, and planned activities for their implementation revealed common characteristics based on a single methodological sense of cybersecurity as a symbiosis of five components: human capacity, processes, technologies, communications, and its regulatory support. It was found that additional branching and detailing of priority areas in the strategic documents of international civil aviation organizations (by the example of Cybersecurity Strategy and Cybersecurity Action Plan) does not always contribute to compliance with a unified methodological framework. It is argued that to develop an international civil aviation cybersecurity strategy, it is advisable to use the methodological basis of the Cyber Security Index.

사이버 침해사고 대응 능력을 갖춘 전문가의 양성을 위해 여러 기관에서 사이버 훈련장을 구축하여 사이버 방호 전략을 갖춘 보안 전문가를 양성하고 있지만, 기존 시스템에서는 가상훈련 시스템 내 자원의 한계, 시나리오기반의 실습 콘텐츠 개발 및 운영, 비용적인 문제 등에 있어서 어려움을 겪는다. 이를 보완하기 위해 본 논문에서는 각 조직에 맞는 IT 인프라 환경에 대한 유사한 변이 환경을 제공하여 사이버 공방 훈련자가 다양한 경험을 축적할 수 있도록 하는 가상 인프라 변이 생성 프레임워크를 제안한다. 실험 및 평가를 위해 기존의 컨테이너를 IaC(Infrastructure-as-Code) 환경의 컨테이너로 전환하고 코드 내 변이할 수 있는 요소들을 데이터로 추출하여 자연어 처리 모델인 Word2Vec에 학습시켜 구성 데이터를 변이하여 새로운 코드를 생성하고 새로운 컨테이너환경을 제시한다.

A rapid diffusion of internet provides Korean companies with both business opportunities and challenges. Internet is becoming more and more important as an environment factor to industry in general. This paper investigated the present situation of internet marketing utilization in companies. And based on the research result, this paper suggests the efficient utilization measures of internet marketing in Korean companies.

과학 기술의 발전으로 전장의 영역이 확대되고 있고 전자파와 네트워크를 통한 사이버전자전 개념이 제시되었다. 사이버전자전 영역에서 활용되는 다양한 무기체계들 중 드론은 배터리, 항법장치 등의 발전을 통해 활용도가 증대되고 있다. 한편, 드론 위협에 대응하기 위해 다양한 드론 탐지 기술들이 활용되고 있으며, 그 중 레이다는 장거리 탐지가 가능하고 기상의 영향을 받지 않아 핵심적인 기능을 수행한다. 그러나 전장 환경에서는 높은 신호 잡음이 발생하여 탐지 정확도가 감소하며, 탐지 자산의 안전성과 효율성이 보장되어야 하는 특수한 상황이 존재한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사이버전자전의 작전 환경을 고려하여 잡음 제거를 위한 신호처리, 저피탐 레이다의 활용, 레이다 운용 개수 최적화 방법 등 드론 탐지 레이다의 운용 발전 방안을 제시한다.

Once upon a time people dreamt for a connected world. But most of the people consider dream as simple as a dream. But when this dream come into reality, the dreamer sometimes alive and sometimes not. But the later generations get outcome from the visionary dream of the former. This is the way of life. If we consider the whole world as a cyber physical system, if everything connects everything, how do we feel then? It is the smart Internet of things that may connect the whole world. This paper addresses few challenges and opportunities of this envisioned connected World. We identify different systems as cyber physical system and it ultimately contribute to the cloud infrastructure.

Humanity is experiencing a very fast-paced technological evolution. As technological systems evolve exponentially, societies are becoming more global and are starting to have impacts beyond their geographic demarcations. This implies that, the actions of a person who is across the ocean from where we live could have significant impacts on our everyday lives. This article explores the complexity of globalization, identifies a number of global issues, and looks at the University and the Science and Technology Parks as potential sources of human capital to tackle current and forthcoming global challenges, ranging from new energy sources to potable water distributions. The article focuses on current efforts that are taking place across universities and science and technology parks around the world. We propose a new methodology whereby interdisciplinary work can inform the development of multidisciplinary approaches to solve some of the most complex global issues such as cyber security and educating the next generations of global leaders, providing them them with the necessary skills to be successful in a globally distributed workforce.

As the Internet of Things (IoT) continues to permeate every facet of modern life, the imperative to secure this vast and dynamic frontier becomes increasingly paramount. This presents a comprehensive exploration of the challenges and opportunities inherent in safeguarding the interconnected web of IoT devices. The research critically examines the limitations of current cybersecurity measures through an extensive review of diverse topics, including IoT network performance, smart grid security, and the escalating cyber threats against critical infrastructures. A meticulous analysis of research findings underscores the need for enhanced infrastructure and ongoing research to fortify the cybersecurity mechanisms surrounding IoT objects. We underline the imperative of relentless research efforts to parry the advancing threats and leverage the promise of nascent technologies. Our findings affirm the pivotal influence of robust cybersecurity measures in crafting a resiliently connected ecosystem. The paper underscores the importance of ongoing research to address evolving threats and harness the potential of emerging technologies, reaffirming the central role of cybersecurity in shaping a secure interconnected world. In conclusion, the study emphasizes the dynamic and ever-evolving nature of cybersecurity on the IoT frontier. It unveils a complex landscape of challenges, ranging from network performance intricacies to the security concerns of critical infrastructures.

본 연구에서는 국가 전략적 차원에서 보안 거버넌스를 효율화시키기 위한 새로운 개념의 정보보안 거버넌스 모델 설계 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위해 우리의 운영 경험을 진단하고, 새로운 모델 설계 방법을 도출하였다. 그동안 국가 정보보안 활동은 지식 전달 위주로 인식되었고 활동의 동기 부여와 실행력 확보가 취약하였다. 결과적으로 보안 사각 지대가 늘어나고 대형 보안 사고가 빈발하여 해결이 필요한 과제로 대두되었다. 국가 사이버보안 거버넌스는 국가 리더의 책임하에 상단의 정책에서 하단의 실행까지 총체적으로 시스템화되어야 한다. 본 연구는 이같은 접근 방법에 기반하여 한국형 보안 거버넌스 모델의 종합 프레임워크를 제시하고 이를 비전, 목표, 과정, 수행 등 4개의 아키텍처 설계로 구체화시킴으로써 국가 거버넌스 모델 설계의 기반을 도출하였다. 라이프 사이클 흐름상의 문제점 진단, 환경변화에 기초한 보안 정책, 모든 주체의 참여가 반영되는 새로운 틀에 대하여는 계속적인 연구가 필요하다.

사이버공격은 단순 범죄의 차원을 넘어 테러의 성격을 보이고 있으며 국가안보를 위협하고 있다. 오늘날 사이버안보 위협 양상은 국가 기밀과 개인정보의 유출 및 확산, 기반시설 제어시스템에 대한 직접적인 공격의 현실화, 정치 사회적 목적을 지닌 핵티비즘 대두 등으로 나타나고 있으며, 한국의 경우는 남북분단에 따른 북한의 위협이라는 특수한 상황이 더해져 있다. 따라서 사이버공격을 국가안보적 측면에서 다루면서 사이버안보 추진체계를 점검하고 문제점을 확인하여 개선해야 한다. 정부는 국가 사이버안보 종합대책을 발표하는 등 노력을 기울이고 있으나 제도적으로 미흡한 점이 있다. 사이버안보 추진체계의 제도적 개선을 위한 과제로는 관계부처 기관 역할의 법적 근거 정비, 국가차원 합동대응 강화, 정보공유 체계 정립 및 활성화, 산업육성 및 인력양성을 통한 기반조성, 연구개발 강화를 통한 방어수단 확보 등이 있다. 이러한 과제를 해결하기 위해서는 관련 법률의 제 개정에 많은 관심을 기울이고 법제도 개선을 실천하여야 한다.

As many kinds of transactions and informations move onto the Internet, methods to resolve dispute arising from this trend must also move onto the Internet. The Internet has heightened interest in Alternative Dispute Resolution(ADR). Some organizations are using the new technology in the field of dispute resolution, for example, by establishing web sites and offering communications through the Internet. Online ADR provides an attractive solution to an important part of the jurisdictional challenges presented by the Internet. This study reviews the types of online ADR as the dispute settlement way in electronic commerce. Especially this paper points out the task that Korea has to promote the online ADR for more effective and efficient dispute settlements.
