As number of cyber traders are growing, the uses of technical analyzing indicators in trading increase as well. Parabolic SAR, which indicates changes of trend in the market, is one of the most used indicators by cyber traders. Especially when a market shows a specific trend, it is very useful. However, this indicator often gives late signals and shows less trustful ones in a stable market. This paper proposes a method that give more conservative signals by a composition of Parabolic SAR and Moving Average. The experiment will compare the earning rates of using only Parabolic SAR strategy and of using a composition strategy of Parabolic SAR and Moving Average.

21C, the age of culture, has the effects on the whole aspects in society with its cultural features, and the social changes become the foundation to create the new culture. The W generation, which accounts for Woman, World, Well-being, and Web, etc, leads the trend as 'a new group of powerful consumers' of establishing a new pattern. The W generation prefers psychidelic make-up using pearl through the cyber space, a space for communication like the N generation. In addition, through the Internet, leading the society of fusion or hybrid, with gender and age broken-up, the feminine as well as kidult-like make-up has emerged. On the other hand, with the influence of well-being on the whole society, well-looking appears outside, and lohas inside. The W generation prefers glossy make-up in order to make the skin healthy and polished, and eco-friendly products with lohas.

Information society which came due to advance of Information Technology improved the social and economical productivity as well as the quality of national life. But behind the right function the adverse effect as cyber terror is serious and become a big issue. Recently, hackings on a big scale occur frequently. The personal information stored in Internet company is leaked and customers are badly damaged by paralysis of banking system. Also hacking attacks by North Korea occur frequently. It causes confusion in our society and a threat to national security. In this paper, the trend of domestic cyber terror is observed and the countermeasure against cyber terror is proposed.

In this study present the theoretical background and major trends in which cyber threats are securitization through the discourse process. In particular, this study explained based on the theory of Copenhagen school, which is critical of the security of cyber threats. And presented the security of non-traditional threats and the security of emerging security issues, which explained the process of security for cyber threats, based on existing research, and explained the limitations to this. And tried to provide a cautious point of view that the militarization phenomenon of cyber threats that is currently displayed is a phenomenon that is displayed through the combination of technical discourse and military discourse. Through this study, we aim to show the military the limits of universal solution presentation and the borderline perspective of militarization based on objective insights into the cyber threat security process.

In the 21st century, both globalization and e-Transformation trends of business in China have been in progress simultaneously and very rapidly. Due to those phenomena, there is consequently big change not only in the field of political-economy but also in the cultural trend of the world. But, despite of the importance of mutual cooperation between Korea and China, the research about Chinese cyber culture is neglected relatively. The purpose of this study is to review the cyber cultural aspect of business between two countries, and to devise proper measures for cultural cooperation not only reengineering the role of two countries but developing mutual benefit in East Asia in the era of global competition. The methodology used in this study is basically depending on theoretical study. Major findings are as follows: China has some cyber-cultural characteristics like very big size of netizen, heaven on earth of counterfeit, deepening in digital divide, etc. And Chinese traditional off-line culture has changed as the cyber culture spreaded over in cyberspace recently. But, on the other hand, cultural trends are changed to homogeneity both in nation-side which is between Korea and China and in space-side which is between online and offline culture. It is recommended that Korea and China have to endeavor to understand mutual culture, and to utilize the cyber culture in the respect of business cooperation. Consequently, two countries should effort to prepare exchange program for both netizen group, to design culture-networking system, to strengthen cyber-cultural marketing, and to make good use of both Korean Cultural Wave(said Han-Ryu) and Chinese Cultural Wave(said Hwa-Ryu).

With the spread of Personal Computers(PC) in the 1980's, many people started to deal businesses with PC. From late 1990's, the Internet age with PC have started and many people have showed keen interest in cyber-space and now they are utilizing it. Since 2000's the use of cyber-space have skyrocketed and it caused significant changes to humans' life. There was a huge prosperity to us but the new kind of crime, cyber-crime, was raised. Unlike past physical type of crimes, those cyber-crimes take place in the cyber-space and they have special features of non-facing, anonymity, specialty, technologic, repetition, continuation. Those cyber-crimes are continually growing since 2003 and in 2010 it almost doubled compared to 2003. General cyber-crimes like phishing-scam pornography circulation was most of them and notably perpetrators of them are younger generation. Recently cyber-crimes are showing the trend of advancing more and more and cyber-bullying, fraud like phishing scam are on the rise. The police are responding by making 'Cyber Terror Response Center', but it does not work effectively with the problems of breakup of prevention and investigation unit, procedure of investigation and the system itself. So, I suggest practical use of private security to remedy our police's weakness and to prevent cyber-crimes. Preventing solutions of cyber-crime with private security are physical defense of large-scale servers and vital computers, building of Back-up system to prevent vital data loss, and building of cyber-crime preventing system combining software and hardware.

Recently, peoples are suffering from various psychological disorders such as addiction, phobia, depression, and bipolar disorder. Moreover, children with ADD/ADHD and autism are increasing. Korean tends to regard the psychological disorders as taboo. Therefore, it is unusual case that the mental patient gets the psychological therapy. Virtual reality has come to the spotlight as a useful tool for the therapy due to its anonymity and easy accessibility. The therapy in the virtual reality is called cyber-therapy. Emotion of the patient is important for the treating process. The objective of this paper is to review the researches on the treatment of psychological disorders using the virtual reality and prospect the affective interaction technology for the cyber-therapy.

Nowday, Cyber shopping mall increased market size. The Consumer Behavior chainged new trend. This study on the systematic access to establishment of the concept of cyber shopping mall as well as to problems to overall parts of EC service as well is required. The objectives of this study are that how service consumers perceive the quality of EC service, and that what effect the quality makes on their satisfaction and re-purchase intention. This means that the research enables a marketing manager to take the meaning of comparative weight among the components of EC service quality, and to provide very useful information to establish marketing strategies which are close to the consumers.
