Recently, industrial accidents have continued to increase due to the industrialization, and worker safety management is recognized as essential to reduce losses due to hazardous factors at work places. To manage the safety of workers, it is required to apply customized safety management artificial intelligence technology that takes into account the characteristics of industrial sites, and a service for real-time risk detection and response to workers depending on the situation based on safety accident types and risk analysis for each task and process. The proposed safety management service consists of worker devices to acquire sensor data, edge devices to collect from IoT-based sensors, and a voice chatbot to support workers' disaster response. The voice chatbot plays a major role in interacting with workers at disaster sites to respond to risks. This paper focuses on real-time risk response using an IoT-based system and voice chatbot on a server for work safety according to the worker's situation. A Scenario-based voice chatbot is used to process responses at the edge level to provide safety management services.

In particular, considering the positions of partners, it has been promoting continuous system improvement to establish a fair trade culture and deregulation. In addition, it has continuously discovered and implemented new customized support projects that are effective for partner companies and local communities. To this end, efforts have been made for shared growth through organic collaboration with partners and stakeholders. As detailed tasks, it also presents fostering new markets and new industries, maintaining supply chains, and emergency support for COVID-19 to maintain the nuclear power plant ecosystem. This reflects the social public good after the recent COVID-19 incident. In order to improve the management conditions of partner companies, productivity improvement, human resources enhancement, and customized funding are being implemented as detailed tasks. This is a plan to practice win-win growth with partner companies emphasized by corporate social responsibility (CSR) and ISO 26000 while being faithful to the main job. Until now, ESG management has focused on the environmental field to cope with the catastrophe of climate change. According to KHNP is presenting a public enterprise-type model in the environmental field. In order to strengthen the future capabilities of the nuclear power plant industry as a state-of-the-art energy company, it has set tasks to attract investment from partner companies, localization and new technologies R&D, and commercialization of innovative technologies. This is an effort to develop advanced nuclear power plant technology as a concrete practical measure of eco-friendly development. Meanwhile, the EU is preparing a social taxonomy to focus on the social sector, another important axis in ESG management, following the Green Taxonomy, a classification system in the environmental sector. KHNP includes enhancing local vitality, increasing income for the underprivileged, and overcoming the COVID-19 crisis as part of its shared growth activities, which is a representative social taxonomy field. The draft social taxonomy being promoted by the EU was announced in July, and the contents promoted by KHNP are consistent with this, leading the practice of social taxonomy
This study has explored a number of problems arising from distribution restrictions and the ways to improve efficiency. As matters stand, since the cooperation between larger stores and local retailers is limited due to the nature of the market, the current situations call for bottom up restrictions such as the active promotion of smaller merchants and traditional marketplaces, the enhancement of the competitiveness of smaller merchants and manufacturers through the establishment of a customized consulting support program for individual shops, and the continual support for traditional marketplaces with facilities and management modernization. The government should maintain the optimal balance between the efficiency and effectiveness of the distribution industry through such bottom up restrictions as shown above, rather than the top down restrictions primarily relying on the hurdles to the establishment of stores. The problems raised in this study include: (i) the decline of traditional marketplaces and the alleged over saturation of stores; (ii) the possible abuse of indiscreet restrictive measures; (iii) the harmful effects of the monopoly or oligopoly by larger distributors; and (iv) the lack of systematic programs to promote development. The ways to improve efficiency are: (i) the establishment of the policies to specialize and nurture traditional marketplaces; (ii) the effort to prevent the injury arising from monopoly; (iii) the two tire strategies for the coexistence of larger and smaller businesses; and (iv) the administration of joint sales promotion and training.

Objectives: This study was performed to build the predictive model of suicidal ideation of elderly men living alone. Methods: As for the subject, 251 subjects suitable for the selection criteria were selected among elderly men living alone above 65 years old in one region in Gyeongnam and three regions in Gyeongbuk. The data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 20.0 and Amos version 18.0. Results: The goodness-of-fit test result of hypothetical model were suitable for recommended level: ${\chi}^2/df=1.47$, RMR=.04, GFI=.92, AGFI=.90, CFI=.95, IFI=.95, RMSEA=.04. Self-esteem, individual coping, family cohesion, social support, social activity, and depression explained 55% of the model of suicidal ideation. The most influential direct factor of suicidal ideation was self-esteem, and social isolation was the most influential indirect influence on suicidal ideation. Conclusion: To sum up the above results, if we promote the researched variables of self-esteem, family cohesion, social activity, individual coping and social support in addition to developing and utilizing an efficient customized suicidal prevention nursing intervention program thereby reducing depression and social isolation, suicidal ideation of elderly men living alone would be prevented.

The purpose of this study was to explore family caregiver's need for online education for dementia caregiving. Participants in this study were 220 family caregivers from district dementia centers in Seoul. Family caregiver's usability and needs of online education program were assessed using self-administered questionnaires. Descriptive statistics and t-test comparisons were conducted. About 50% of family caregivers answered they could use and have intention to use online education. The results showed that there were the highest demand for the video lectures which give information about dementia and case video about caregiving skills. There were differences in needs of online program according to the gender and age. The use of online program offers users the opportunity to participate support program at their own time and pace. In order to maximize the effects of online support programs, it is important to establish the strategies of the customized programs considering the characteristics of the caregivers.
In this study investigated the factors for the career preparation behaviors of social welfare major students based on Lent et al. (1994)'s Social-cognitive Career Theory so as to provide essential baseline data for establishing proper career support strategies that suit the distinctive nature of social welfare studies. The participants of this study are 132 social welfare major students from three colleges who have completed social welfare field education. This study analyzed the relationship between cognitive factor (outcome expectation), vocational interest factor (major selection satisfaction), goal factor (career decision level), and work performance factor (career preparation behavior). For analysis, SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 were used. The analysis results are as follows. First, the model's goodness of fit was found to be at a statistically ideal level with CFI=.904, TLI=.887, and RMSEA=.068. Second, the result of analyzing the correlation between the primary variables is as follows: as outcome expectation increased, major selection satisfaction grew, which then increased the career decision level and led to the improvement in career preparation behavior. These results indicate the importance of developing a customized route support program considering the perceived and interesting factors of individual students to improve their career preparation behavior for social welfare majors.
The present thesis aims to analyze in consideration of recent changes in teaching environment in the universities the commercial digital contents and e-learning courses provided by the libraries, and to propose the ways to encourage university library service needed under the current situation. A survey of professors and students upon the quality of commercial digital contents service provided by the libraries in I University was made to measure its influence upon e-learning courses. The quality of commercial digital contents service provided by libraries was measured through Digital Library Service Quality Index (which will be referred as DL-SQL Model from here), which is used as a model to examine the Digital Library Service, with partial adjustments of 4 levels (information system service, digital books service, customer service quality, and customer community service) and 7 components (search possibility, an exclusive organization and interface, accessibility, digital books, customer support service, personalized service, and customer community). Among the library services in regard to digital contents, "customer service" and "customer community service" were analyzed to have stronger influence upon e-learning teaching and studying than quality-based service for "information system" and "digital books". Consequently, it is concluded that customized information service provided by the library for the professors who teach e-learning courses and their students is more influential to supporting e-learning courses than quantity pushing service through purchasing commercial digital contents, upon which the direction of digital contents policy to provide library services for e-learning courses should be based.

In general, an HTTP server sends information in response to requests from clients. Since it does not support active information delivery to clients, it can not efficiently provide the rapidly changing information to clients. Overcoming this shortcoming of the HTTP protocol, the technology known as server push enables the HTTP server to actively provide information to clients without explicit requests from clients. Adobe BlazeDS is a web server supporting the server push technology, helping users to develop web-based push applications. Unfortunately, since the BlaseDS server have no functions of filtering the information to be pushed according to various types of users, there are difficulties in developing push applications handling various situations in a efficient way. In this paper, to support effective development of push applications on BlazeDS we present the methods of adding a message filtering facility to BlazeDS and utilizing it. According to the filtering request of clients, the message filtering facility modifies information to be pushed, sending the modified information to the clients. The extended BlazeDS server with the message filtering facility provides environments to easily develop push services customized for various clients with their own situations.

In this research, it was developed an instructional analysis program by computer to support the improvement of teachers' inst겨ctional profession and was tested the efficiently of the program. This program include 6 modules such as Flanders' analysis, Tuckman's analysis, Movement pattern analysis, Concentration of instruction analysis, Analysis method for each factor and Users' training contents. It was made for all modules to guarantee the convenience of use, efficiency of analysis, customized support for each person, strengthening the training feature, standardization and continual updating. The results of instruction analysis are continuously stored as DB, which teachers can frequently confirm the improvement of class skill in daily or monthly base. It also is verγ small for the size of the program to sure that it works at a normal notebook computer or a lower performing desktop computer. The developed program was applied to actual classes for 2 months, and it was compared the difference of instruction efficiency before and after use the program to test the efficiency of the developed computer program. The result shows that this instructional analysis program could meaningfully improve the instruction efficiency. Therefore, if the program is used in school's Instructional supervision, it can be improved the instructional efficiency, which means that a teacher can teach students more confidently and systematically.
In order to support the establishment of a farming plan, it is important to preemptively evaluate crop changes and to provide precise information. Therefore, it is necessary to provide customized information suitable for decision-making by farming stage through scientific and continuous monitoring using drones. This study was carried out to support the establishment of the farming plan for ground vegetable. The cultivation management map of each information was obtained from preliminary study. Three cultivation management maps include 'field emergence map', 'stress map' and 'productivity map' reflected spatial variation in the plantation by providing information in units of plants based on 3-dimensions. Application fields of the cultivation management map can be summarized as follows: detect miss-planted, replanting decision, fertilization, weeding, pest control, irrigation schedule, market quality evaluation, harvest schedule, etc.
