Purpose: The globalization of the Korean restaurant franchise industry differs from the business performance of enhancing the brand image and customers' intention to revisit depending on the degree of localization marketing. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the extent to which the localization marketing activities of overseas Korean restaurant franchise companies affect the customer's perception. This study aims to investigate the effects of localization marketing (Localized Menu, Localized Price, Localized Service Experience, Localized Promotion, Localized Physical Environment) of Korean restaurant franchise companies on customer revisit intention. Research design, data, and methodology: For this study, 150 questionnaires using local Korean restaurants in Beijing, China, were analyzed using SPSS Ver.21 and AMOS Ver.22. Result: It was confirmed that the localized menu, localized service experience, and localized physical environment all affect the intention to revisit customers. Based on these verification results, if overseas franchises fully recognize localization marketing, which is an important factor for local business success, and establish localization strategies, they can gain an edge in competition with local Korean restaurants or restaurant franchises founded by locals. There may be a higher probability that However, it was found that localization price and localization promotion had no mediating effect of brand image between revisit intention and revisit intention. It was found that it had no effect on the degree of inquiry and had a negative effect. Conclusions: Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, there have been many changes in the domestic and overseas food service industry over the past two years. Therefore, in future research, it is necessary to study the localization of overseas Korean restaurant franchise companies that are more multidimensionally subdivided. Various measures of customized localization marketing for optimal regional characteristics should be developed and applied to enhance customer revisiting and brand image of Korean restaurant franchise companies entering overseas. In the future, this study will be meaningful data for the establishment of localization marketing (Localized Menu, Localized Price, Localized Service Experience, Localized Promotion, Localized Physical Environment) strategies for Korean restaurant franchise companies that consider overseas expansion or have already entered.

The users perceive the quality of the service and their inner response affects their satisfaction or behavior such as repurchase. Servicescape has been addressed mainly in marketing as a strategic element of service marketing research. The aim of this research is to find out which dimensions of servicescape is required in hotel facilities and to identify servicescape of tourist hotel in Seoul. Purpose - The IT convergence industry, which is the subject of this study, is the main strategy field during the 4th industrial revolution era. Against this background, it is urgent to establish policy measures to survive and spread export products in the global industries. Research, design, data and methodology - In order to achieve this goal, we conducted the Importance - Performance Analysis (IPA) and found that it is necessary to develop tailor - made marketing support for small and medium sized IT exporters and to develop export strategy products with competitive technologies. Results - Above all, customized marketing support for IT export-related SMEs was needed. Next, in the first quadrant, strategic products, qualitative level, global, value added, and information systems were included, and it was found that 'development of export strategic products with competitive technologies' was necessary. In the third quadrant, related variables calculated at present time are not urgent variables. Conclusions - In this study, it would be necessary to calculate the additional implications of the variables that are not considered in this study, including future studies, because the methods considered here as analysis variables are carried out in comparison with the previous studies.
To attract visitors, it is essential to make destinations understandable by developing appropriate destination image. However, managing destination image properly is very complicated in order to induce visitors. In this study, the perceived destination image of backpackers who stay in guesthouse located in Seoul is explored. The purpose of the study was to examine the image of Seoul as a tourism destination. To this end, Q methodology, a technique designed for the systematic study of subjectivity in terms of beliefs, opinions, and attitudes is employed. More specifically, the statements representing different destination images perceived by sampled backpacking visitors were Q-sorted. Results showed that four different clusters of sampled backpacking visitors present four different perceived images accordingly: Seoulizer, Patternaizer, Utilizer, and Socializer. The results of this study imply that backpackers provide idiosyncratic perceptions of destination image, which are different from those offered by general travelers who are less sensitive to travel budgets. In addition, for tourism management, based on this study's results, destination marketing planners are encouraged to perform knowledge management, develop more appropriate plans and customized marketing strategies according to different perceived destination images of backpackers.
