This study aims to examine the effects of on premium convergence products buying behavior. This paper analyzed the positive attitude formation using the basic and extended TAM and also revealed how the positive premium convergence product attitude relate to relationship purchasing intention and word of mouth intention. The samples of 562 consumer indicate that the antecedents are consist of four dimension(perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social value) and attitude is developed into buying intention and word of mouth intention. We have reached the following conclusion about the antecedents and outcomes factors of customer attitude for the launch of premium convergence product. First, perceived usefulness, perceived delight, and social value had a positive effect on customer attitude but perceived ease of use did not. Second, we found that customer attitude had a positive effect on purchase intention and word-of mouth intention. Finally, interaction effect of perceived usefulness/perceived delight and social value had a positive effect on customer attitude. Our findings suggested that adoptian and diffusion of premium convergence product is influenced by several behavior factors. Managerially, our result emphasize that premium convergence products must satisfy not only the perceived usefulness/delight but also social value that consumers are seeking in order to be successful in the market. The theoretical and practical implications of these findings are discussed as well.

This study investigates customers' different behavior in accumulating and redeeming points and focuses on the moderating effect of usage level. We measure the hedonic accumulation and redemption ratio and usage level using loyalty program transaction data and link them to the survey data of loyalty and satisfaction. By doing so, we examine the effects of hedonic accumulation and redemption ratio on a consumer's loyalty intention and his or her satisfaction and the moderating effect of usage level. The result shows that there is a significant positive effect of hedonic accumulation and redemption ratio on customer loyalty and the mediating role of satisfaction on customer loyalty in both stages. And accumulation and redemption most importantly, we find an interaction effect of usage level on outlet type in point redemption stage while no effect in accumulation stage. That is if customers accumulate and redeem points at a hedonic outlets in both stages, it will give him a feeling of satisfaction and finally it will enhance the loyalty toward the focal loyalty program. And light buyers' loyalty increase more than those of heavy buyers when they redeem points in hedonic outlet. Our findings will help marketing managers of loyalty program to apply the effective segmentation strategy to the reward program which affects the customer's satisfaction and loyalty.
The purpose of this study is to analyze how servant service factor of service marketing factors affects to customer's satisfaction, relationship quality, and commitment and consequently to see how these factors affect to revisit intention which is the hotel performance. The empirical results showed that technical factor and customer orientational factor had a significant influence on customer satisfaction and relationship quality, and functional factor affected to only relationship quality. Also customer and relationship quality had a significant influence, and commitment had a significant influence on revisit intention which is a performance factor. Specifically relationship quality built by the interrelationship between the purchasers and the suppliers showed higher influence than customer satisfaction's influence on the commitment. That is, when there is an interaction between trust on the employees and customer satisfaction, there is a greater synergy effect on the commitment. Although the degree of customer satisfaction is low, the commitment can be high with high effort of service providers. This implies that the attitude of service providers is the critical factor on the degree of commitment of service users.
The air travel industry, which had shrunk with COVID-19, is gaining wings again. Accordingly, this study investigated whether non-verbal communication factors experienced through interaction with airline flight attendants for passengers who have traveled abroad within the past year through domestic airlines affect customer engagement and brand intimacy. A total of 285 samples were collected, and SPSS 28 and AMOS 26 programs were used to verify the reliability and validity of the research tool, the suitability of the model, and hypotheses. As a result of the empirical study analysis, it was confirmed that Paralanguage and Proxemics in non-verbal communication of flight attendants had a significant effect on customer engagement. Although it is different from the results of previous studies following changes in perspective after COVID-19, it once again confirmed the importance of airline crew communication in providing face-to-face services at the interface with passengers. In order to induce customer engagement, which is a new customer satisfaction management index. In addition, it was confirmed that customer engagement has a significant effect on brand intimacy. These results support the view that it is necessary to establish new customer management indicators of emotion and relationship marketing in the existing marketing centered on price reduction or securing loyalty. It was confirmed that interactions with flight attendants can contribute to customer engagement, and these results have important implications for those working in the air transportation industry.
Purpose: This study aims to examine such relationships as the experiential value that customers respond to with regard to maintenance service by empirically revealing how the quality of auto maintenance and repair service affects both customer satisfaction and intention to reuse the same service through the Perceived-experiential Value of customers. Research design, data and methodology: The research model was designed with service qualities such as human quality, material quality, interaction quality, and system quality as independent variables, perceived-experiential value as a parameter, and service satisfaction and return visit intention as dependent variables. Through a questionnaire composed of 24 items, a total of 319 survey data from customers with the experience of using car maintenance service centers in Korea were collected and analyzed using a structural equation. Results: The material quality did not affect the customers' perceived-experiential value, whereas the interaction quality had the greatest influence. It is confirmed that human quality, interaction quality, and system quality can generate customer satisfaction and repurchase intention through the perceived-experiential value. Conclusions: The experiential value of customers can play an important medium role in improving satisfaction, with customers considering interaction quality important. Therefore, the auto maintenance and repair service should consider relationship-focused service strategies.
This paper proposes and tests a theoretical model of the relational link between a novel form of customer-perceived fairness for a reward design (distributive peer justice climate) and C2C helping intention via community identification and online C2C interaction (friend-, neighboring customer-, audience-interaction) qualities in a collective consumption context (MMORPG). To test hypotheses, we amassed survey data within a collective consumption context (massively multiplayer online role-playing games, MMORPGs). We used structural equation modeling in analyzing the survey data. The results reveal that user-perceived distributive peer justice climate for a reward design enhances their C2C helping intention via community identification and C2C interactions in MMORPG contexts. Collective consumption-type service managers should focus on promoting the user-perceived distributive peer justice climate for their reward system to enhance users' present C2C co-creation experience (community identification, C2C interaction) and future C2C co-creation behavior (helping intention). By adopting an intra-unit level distributive justice concept (customer-perceived distributive peer justice climate) to a reward design in a collective consumption context (MMORPGs), this study informed collective consumption-type service managers of the importance of its management.

Purposes: The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between empowerment, job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the general hospital administrative staff working for customer interaction department. Methodology: For this purpose, this study sampled 260 administrative staff working for the general hospitals in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. A total of 260 questionnaires were distributed to them, and 229 ones responded to the survey, which had been conducted from Mar. 9, through Mar. 30, 2018. 211 responses were used for the final analysis. The data collected were processed using the SPSS 18.0K for descriptive statistics, T-test, ANOVA and regression analysis. Findings: The results of this study can be summed up as follows. The empowerment of the subjects scored 3.73 on average on the 5-point scale. To be specific, the sub-factor 'meaning' scored the highest or 4.01, while the sub-factor 'impact' was lowest. Subjects' job satisfaction scored 3.37 and their organizational commitment scored 3.54 both on the 5-point scales. Practical Implications: Meaning and self determination of empowerment positively related to subjects' job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and particularly, meaning of empowerment was more strongly related. Hence, it is required of the general hospitals to operate a customized competence build-up program and educational courses on a continual basis. Besides, it would also be important to create a working environment wherein the administrative staff can demonstrate their deliberation, autonomy and independent services.
While the national economy has rapidly grown, both insufficience in indirect capital facilities of society and attempt to avoid having a logistical job as one of the so-called dirty, difficult and dangerous jobs have resulted in the leak of labor in the logistical industry. First of all, it was shown that the functional utilization level of the logistical information system had a partial effect on the logistical performance, that the reduction of logistical costs was influenced by the information system of connecting and supporting functions, and that the improvement of customer service was significantly influenced by only the supporting-function system. Second, the logistical performance was partially influenced by the linkage between logistical activities, only the customer linkage had a significant effect on the reduction of logistical costs, and the improvement of customer service was influenced by the intra-company linkage. Third, in verifying a hypothesis that the logistical information system's functional utilization level and organizational structure would interact with each other and have an effect on the logistical performance, it was shown that based on their mutual interaction at a normalized level this center's functional information system had a significant effect on the reduction of logistical costs. Fourth, in testing a hypothesis that both the linkage between logistical activities and logistical organization structure would interact with each other and would have an effect on the logistical performance, it was shown that their interaction at a normalized level was significant concerning only the reduction of logistical costs, while there was I10 its significance in the customer service. In proving a hypothesis that the linkage between logistical activities and logistical strategy patterns would interact with each other and would have an effect on the logistical performance, it was shown in a differentiated, aggressive investment one among variously patterned logistical strategies that the customer linkage had a significant effect on the reduction of logistical costs, and in the improvement of customer service that the supplier linkage had a remarkable impact. It also was shown that in case of the cost reduction and offensive control strategy, the customer linkage had a remarkable effect, and th at in the improvement of customer service the intra-company and customer linkage had a significant effect. In the marketing and customer service strategy, finally, there was no any significant influence while the customer linkage had a significant impact in the improvement of customer service. Accordingly, whether or not individual companies utilize the logistical information system's functional utilization levels well will have an effect on their logistical performance, and how their supply chain management is well-linked will affect their logistical performance.

This thesis suggested that the 'customized' marketing would be a new strategy in terms of a marketing in the digital media age under the circumstances where a form of marketing was evolving in accordance with the convergence of digital media. Because of the media environment due to an 'individualization', the strategy would meet an individual demand of a consumer in a rapidly changing environment. The best marketing to capture a 'customer's heart' is not a brand that first entered the market, but the one that is first settled in a customer's heart. If a differentiated interactive marketing strategy is equipped, it is possible to capture a completely new market space ad create a profit over several years. In the aspect of an effect of a digital marketing, first, a concept relating to an interaction between a consumer and a producer is important. Secondly, the important one is an empathy marketing which is an emotional marketing through a brand image beyond a product. Thirdly, the author studied an orally transmitted marketing effect through digital media.
This study suggest the development and application of the Interactive Design Toolkit as a participatory design method for general customer who are non-expert on design activity to participate in design process of mass customization. In order to let general customers to express their design needs, we have to make a familiar and direct communication method for them. And, customer's design needs should be transformed into digital media. This study define the Interactive Design Toolkit as a design tool for customer participation by direct manipulation of computer system for simulation of design needs by customer themselves. The Interactive Design Toolkit is based on a PC-based image perception system and its application. User can make virtual models in virtual space by manipulating physical objects in real world. And, The toolkit can be used in the field of participatory design for deliverer side customization, especially in system kitchen which is manufactured and distributed in modular system. More improved design toolkit for manipulating 3 dimensional shape is needed for consumer product design and car styling.
