전문의약품 마케팅활동의 효과 측정에 관한 실증 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Effectiveness of Marketing Activities for Ethical Drugs (ETC))

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate the types and forms of various marketing activities actually used in pharmaceutical companies and to empirically analyze the impact of these marketing activities on sales. Design/methodology/approach - This study categorize five years' worth of marketing activity data from a foreign pharmaceutical company 'A' which operates in South Korea into five categories. Multiple regression analysis and interaction effects are employed for data analysis. Findings - First, CRM calls, Detail calls, GP, and Web events have a positive impact on sales, but SoV does not show significant differences. Second, in the comparison between HQ1 and HQ2 based on patent ownership, Detail calls and Web events had a stronger impact on sales in HQ2, where the patent period is still in effect, compared to HQ1. However, SoV showed no difference between HQ1 and HQ2. Research implications or Originality - First, Detail Calls are more effective for drugs with active patents, while CRM Calls work better for drugs with expired patents. This emphasizes the need to customize call strategies based on patent status. Second, the significant impact of Web Events on sales in HQ2 compared to HQ1 suggests that online information access is crucial, indicating that customer receptivity varies based on product nature. Third, these insights, derived from data analysis, call for a shift in pharmaceutical marketing analysis methods away from traditional approaches. Finally, this study holds significance as one of the first empirical analyses using actual marketing data from pharmaceutical companies in South Korea.

저소음 청소기 개발 (Low Noise Vacuum Cleaner Design)

  • Vacuum cleaner is a close life product that can remove various dusts from our surroundings. However well vacuum cleaner clean our environments, many people are looking away from it, due to its loud noise. Its noise causes a big trouble in the usual life, for example, catch calls, TV watching and discussing etc. To reduce these inconveniences, noise reduction methods and systematic design of low noise vacuum cleaner are studied in this paper. At first, sound quality investigation is performed to get the noise level and quality that make people TV watching and catch calls available. Based on the European and domestic customer SQ survey result, sound power, peak noise level and target sound spectrum guideline are studied and introduced. As a second, precise product sound spectrums are designed into each part based on the sound quality result. Fan-motor, brush, mainbody, cyclone spectrums are decided to get the final target sound based on the contribution level. Fan-motor is the major noise source of vacuum cleaner. Specially, its peak sound, RPM peak and BPF Peak, cause the people nervous. To reduce these peak sounds, high rotating impeller and diffuser are focused due to its interaction. A lot of experimental and numerical tests, operation points are investigated and optimization of flow path area between diffusers is performed. As a bagless device, cyclones are one of the major noise sources of vacuum cleaner. To reduce its noise, previous research is used and adopted well. Brush is the most difficult part to reduce noise. Its noise sources are all comes from aero-acoustic phenomena. Numerical analysis helps the understanding of flow structure and pattern, and a lot of experimental test are performed to reduce the noise. Gaps between the carpet and brush are optimized and flow paths are re-designed to lower the noise. Reduction is performed with keeping the cleaning efficiency and handling power together and much reduction of noise is acquired. With all above parts, main-body design is studied. To do a systematic design, configuration design developments technique is introduced from airplane design and evolved with each component design. As a first configuration, fan-motor installation position is investigated and 10 configuration ideas are developed and tested. As a second step, reduced size and compressed configuration candidates are tested and evaluated by a lot of major factor. Noise, power, mass production availability, size, flow path are evaluated together. If noise reduction configuration results in other performance degrade, the noise reduction configuration is ineffective. As a third configuration, cyclones are introduced and the size is reduced one more time and fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh configuration are evolved with size and design image with noise and other performance indexes. Finally we can get a overall much noise level reduction configuration. All above investigations are adopted into vacuum cleaner design and final customer satisfaction tests in Europe are performed. 1st grade sound quality and lowest noise level of bagless vacuum cleaner are achieved.

Agile 방법론을 이용한 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트관리 (Software development project management using Agile methodology)

  • 최근에는 소프트웨어개발 프로세스나 도구보다는 개인과의 상호작용을 희망하고, 고객은 포괄적인 문서보다는 우선 작동하는 소프트웨어를 희망하며, 개발자는 계약에 대한 협상보다는 고객과의 협력을, 서로가 계획을 고수하기 보다는 변화에 대응하는 것을 더욱 가치 있게 생각한다. 이러한 관점에서, 소프트웨어 개발은 프로세스 중심보다는 프로젝트팀에게 자율성과 동기를 부여하고, 열정과 비전 등 인간관계 중심의 관리방식이 요구되고 있다. 최근에 와서 애자일 개발프로세스가 생산성 증대효과, 품질향상, 고객만족 등의 효용성이 입증되면서 프로젝트를 추진 할 때 방법론 선택에 있어, 전문가들에게 주목을 받게 되었다. 시대적 요구와 사용자 요구에 부응하기 위한 방법론 선정과 관련, 본 논문에서는 조직 구성에 있어, 제품 기반의 Cross functional team의 문제점을 해결하고자 제안된 방법론이 Feature Team 모델이며, 이 모델이 Cross functional team을 조직하고, 이 팀이 결과물(프로덕트) 단위가 아니라, 기능단위로 여러 프로덕트에 걸쳐서 개발을 진행하는 모델이라는 점에 대해 조사하였으며, 가치-주도형 애자일 기법을 통해 계획-기반형 모델과 차이점을 제시하였다. 그리고 객체지향모델링을 위해서는 기존의 JAD(joint application development)회의가 목표로 하는 도메인 분석, 요구추출, 모델링과 정리, 검토과정에 있어, UML 구조도와 행동도를 사전에 숙지하고 프로젝트를 진행하도록 제안한다.

전남 동부권 패밀리레스토랑 음식서비스질과 만족의 관계에 미치는 가치의 조절효과 (Moderating Effect of Value on Relationship between Foodservice Quality and Satisfaction at Family Restaurant in the Eastern Part of Chonnam)

  • The purpose of this study was to test the moderating effect of value on relationship between foodservice quality and satisfaction in family restaurant. Accordingly, this study surveyed by questionnaire concerning 18 items of foodservice quality, 1 item of overall satisfaction, 1 item of value as well as respondents' characteristics. The result of this study were as follows. KMO and Bartlett's test statistics showed that the data fitted factor analysis well. Results of factor analysis, average variance extracted estimates and shared variance showed that the convergent and discriminant validitys of 4 factors were supported, and cronbach's alpha showed that the internal consistency of 4 factors was supported. It was found that satisfaction was influenced by the interaction between 4 factors of service quality and value rather than by either service quality or value directly. Finally, The results indicated that high level of service quality might not lead customer satisfaction because of moderating effect of value.

구매자와 공급자 간 협력활동이 신뢰 및 성과에 미치는 영향: 거버넌스의 조절효과를 중심으로 (Impacts of Buyer-Supplier Cooperation on Trust and Performance: Moderating Role of Governance Mechanism)

  • Purpose - This paper aims to examine the impact of buyer-supplier cooperation on suppliers' trust on buyers and the moderating role of buyers' governance mechanism between the sharing activities and trust. Research design, data, and methodology - An integrated research model is designed to materialize the research hypotheses. First, the impact of buyer-supplier cooperation is empirically analyzed by looking into how the sharing activities, in the field of information, resource, and knowledge, of buyer with supplier will affect the trust of supplier on buyer. Second, the moderating effect of contract-based governance mechanism of buyer is empirically analyzed. Third, the influence of trust on innovation performance of suppler is empirically analyzed. Results - Our findings provide supporting evidence for some of our hypotheses. First, all of the sharing activities are significantly influential, but in different degree, to trust of supplier. Second, contract-based governance mechanism of buyer have a moderating effect on the relationship between sharing activities and trust, positively in resource-sharing activities, negatively in information-sharing activities, not significant in knowledge-sharing activities. Third, supplier's trust on buyer positively affects supplier's own innovation performance. Conclusions - The strategies applied in supply chain management have become important as the competition among firms has shifted from competition between individual firms to competition between supply chains. A customer's sharing activities with its supplier may contribute to an increase in innovation performance. The supplier's information-sharing activity with its customer could affect its information-sharing activities with its main supplier. Cooperative activity with a partner in the supply chain is cultivated and amassed into relationship knowledge, and this study shows that the cooperative relational knowledge related to information-sharing activities enables firms to participate in sharing activities with their main suppliers. Increasing evidence shows that sharing various activities between buyer and supplier improves trust and performance outcomes, and enables firms to maintain competitive advantage. From the perspective of knowledge theory, external knowledge is becoming more important in firms' innovation activities, because innovative knowledge is acquired primarily through interaction with another organization. In addition, relationship learning could be an important tool in absorbing the supplier's core technology, information, expertise, and core competencies, increasing relational value.

뷰티 소셜커머스 구매이용에 대한 소비자 인식과 구매행동 연구 (A Study on Consumer Perception and Purchasing Conditions of Using Beauty Social Commerce)

  • The purpose of this study was to find the consumer perception and purchasing behaviors of beauty service products based on recent consumer purchasing patterns utilizing social commerce. The research method looked at general characteristics, exploratory factor analysis, reliability T-test, correlation analysis, one way ANOVA, regression analysis of the consumer awareness and purchasing status in the use of beauty social commerce of 228 research subjects in their 20s and 30s residing in Seoul and Gyeonggido. SPSS v. 21.0 was used. The results found the following. First, service quality, interaction, user convenience, and price were set as factors for the validity verification of consumer perception in beauty social commerce. Second, as a result of studying consumer perception regarding beauty social commerce, interaction had the largest correlation while price, service quality, and user convenience followed. As a result of studying the differences according to the general characteristic of gender, user convenience had a larger correlation for female consumers than male consumers. Third, the following was the result of studying purchasing behaviors in beauty social commerce. Among diverse social commerce businesses, Pokemon was the most popular, while among the various coupons available, hair salons were most commonly purchased. The modal value for the number of times consumers used beauty service products was two times a month, and the most popular price ranges were 100,000 KRW or less and 100,000~200,000 KRW. Accordingly, it was observed that social commerce is receiving attention and being considered as the next generation for shopping in the beauty industry. This channel should be well utilized by related industries through the improvement of customer satisfaction, which will lead to repurchases, and consequently result in becoming an actual means for sales in the beauty industry.

  • 인공지능 에이전트는 4차 산업혁명의 핵심 기술이고, 현재 많은 기업들이 AI 음성 인식 비서를 탑재 출시함으로써 산업 내 치열한 경쟁을 벌이고 있다. 애플, 마이크로소프트, 구글, 아마존, 삼성 등 고객 충성도를 확보하고 있으며 자사 하드웨어 제품을 내놓고 있는 기업의 경우, AI 비서 서비스를 자사 제품에 적용함으로써 고객 충성도를 높이고, 시장 점유율 역시 극대화뿐 아니라 향후 음성 인터페이스 플랫폼 시장 장악력을 확대하고 있다. 본 연구는 인공지능분야의 해외 및 국내 주요 기업들의 현황을 분석하고 보이스 UI 개발과 혁신 수용 관점에서 사용자 만족을 위한 기술 발전 방향에 초점을 맞추어 미래 전략 방향을 제언했다. B2B 기술적인 측면에서는 음성 인식률을 높이고 하드웨어향상, 자연언어 처리기술 및 빅데이터 및 인공지능 접목한 혁신 기술의 데이터가 쌓인 클라우드 컴퓨팅 활용뿐 아니라 및 Open A.I.언어 인공지능인 GPT-3의 활용 및 사용성, 유용성, 감성 측면에서 사용자 만족을 높일 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 산업계와 학계에 실무적, 이론적 함의를 준다.

패션기업의 지속가능경영을 위한 CSR 활동의 평가 - 지각된 적합성과 동기의 조절효과를 중심으로 - (Evaluation of corporate social responsibility activities for fashion company's sustainable management - On the moderating effects of consumers' perceived fit and motivation -)

  • The social responsibility of fashion companies has become a crucial factor considering company image and awareness. Businesses have thus increased their CSR activities. However, few studies have shown clear and consistent results regarding the effectiveness of CSR activities. Therefore, this study focuses on the evaluation of the direct effect of CSR on trust and corporate reputation including its moderation by consumer's perceived fit and motivation. A total of 284 completed questionnaires were obtained from adult consumers in the fashion market with promotional leaflets for CSR activities as stimuli. The results were as follows. First, the dimensions for CSR activities were categorized as follows: Social welfare responsibility, environment protection, economic responsibility, social regulation compliance, customer protection, and culture and arts support. Further social regulation compliance, and economic and social welfare responsibilities positively affected corporate trust and reputation. Second, the main effect of perceived CSR activities and fit on corporate trust and reputation was significant, and the interaction effects of the social welfare, environment protection, and culture and arts support of CSR activities and fit were significant. Finally, the interaction effect of perceived CSR activities and motivation on corporate trust and reputation was not significant, but the main effect was significant. Implications of how to manage and enhance the effectiveness of CSR activities are offered.

추천시스템의 효과적 도입을 위한 소셜네트워크 분석 (Social Network Analysis for the Effective Adoption of Recommender Systems)

  • 협업필터링은 다양한 분야에서 널리 활용되고 있지만 협업필터링의 추천 성능은 적용하는 기업의 비즈니스 형태나 발생하는 거래 데이터의 특성에 따라 다르게 나타나고 있다. 기업에서 협업필터링 추천시스템을 구축하려면 상당한 시간과 비용이 소요되기 때문에 구축된 추천시스템의 성과가 높지 않다면 기업 자원의 낭비를 초래할 뿐만 아니라 부정확한 추천서비스를 받는 고객들의 불만을 살 수 있다. 따라서 추천시스템 도입을 검토할 때 기업이 갖고 있는 데이터의 특성을 파악하고 이를 통해 추천시스템을 도입하는 것이 타당한지 사전에 예측할 수 있다면 불필요한 도입으로 인한 경제적 손실과 고객 만족도 저하를 막을 수 있을 것이다. 기존 연구에서는 협업필터링 추천 성과에 희박성, 우연성, 커버리지 등이 영향을 미칠 수 있다고 설명하고 있지만 이러한 요인들이 어떻게 얼마나 추천 성과에 영향을 미치는지, 요인들 간에 어떠한 상관관계가 있는지는 현재까지 구체적으로 밝혀진 바가 없다. 본 연구에서는 구매 트랜잭션으로부터 생성된 소셜네트워크로부터 밀도, 군집화계수, 집중도 등의 구조적 지표를 측정한 후 이들이 추천성과에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 통계적 분석을 통해 실증적으로 규명한다. 이를 통해 협업필터링 추천시스템에 대한 도입 여부를 결정하고자 할 때 유용하게 사용될 수 있는 지침을 제공하고자 한다.

압화 조형물의 서비스스케이프로서의 상호작용연구 (Research on the Interaction of Pressed Flowers as a Servicescape)

  • 이 논문은 화예 조형물의 새로운 형식의 모색으로 20세기 과학의 발전과 첨단 매체의 영향으로 대두된, 인간의 의식 확대로 사회적 패러다임이 빠르게 변하면서 인간과 자연소재 공간이 서로 상호 소통하는 공간의 필요성이 대두하고 있다. 이에 따라 공간에 환경친화적 압화 조형물의 표현 요소를 고객 서비스가 이루어지는 공간에 인테리어 소재로서의 상호작용 관계를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. (연구 방법) 환경친화적 압화조형물의 조형적 표현특성을 도출하고 압화 조형물의 서비스스케이프 공간과 인간 간에 이루어지는 상호작용적 분석요소를 참고문헌을 통해 도출한 후 압화 조형물의 설치사례 8곳을 대상으로 서비스스케이프 소재 공간에 나타나는 상호관계성의 표현 양상을 분석하였다. (결과) 환경친화적 압화 조형물 공간에서 역동적 조형성, 연속성의 특징이 강조되어 나타났으며, 자연적 모티브 요소에 공감각적 반응이 공간에서의 새로운 경험으로 느끼는 상호작용이 나타났다. 앞으로 상업적 공간은 자연적 요소를 통해서 능동적으로 경험하고 활발한 상호작용을 사용자에게 일으켜 공간과 인간이 서로 공존하는 공간으로서의 차별화된 공간 창출을 기대할 수 있을 것이다.
