Purpose: Classify quality assurance work for munitions as service quality attributes. And to derive service elements that need improvement to improve customer satisfaction through calculation of customer satisfaction coefficient. Methods: The quality assurance service for munitions is classified as service quality based on the Kano model through a questionnaire survey of workers in military service companies located in Busan and Kyung-nam areas. Investigate current customer satisfaction with service quality of defense quality assurance activites, and calculate customer satisfaction coefficient and potential customer satisfaction improvement index. Results: Identify current satisfaction levels for service quality of defense quality assurance activites and suggest service quality factors that should be improved to improve customer satisfaction. Conclusion: The service quality factor for the defense quality assurance service was classified into 13, and the customer satisfaction coefficient was lower than the satisfaction coefficient. When looking at the current level of customer satisfaction through the Potential Customer Satisfaction Index, attractive quality factors with PCSI indices were found to be necessary for service improvement.

Because the structure of the economy is being changed from product-oriented and company-centered economy to service-oriented and customer-centered economy, and the market competition is varying with the competition of non-price factors, the importance for customer service of logistics system is being increased. Thus, the level of customer service should be represented as an element of the logistics decision and the facility location decision. The level of customer service provided by logistics system has an effect on customers\` purchase decisions, hence on the market demand. That is, the market demand is elastic for customer service as it is influenced by product price. Considering the effect of customer service on demand, this study develops the market area which each facility will serve. That area is circular, and distance norm is considered Euclidean and Rectilinear (or Manhattan) distance norm. The market demand for product at a particular area is affected by the level of customer service that facility provides, and the relationship between the market demand and the level of customer service is represented with a mathematical function.

Results: It was confirmed that O2O food delivery companies need to increase service quality (information quality, product quality, and social quality, system quality) in order to obtain customer satisfaction. Additionally, the perceived customer orientation was found to completely mediate the relationship between perceived service quality (information quality, product quality) and perceived service satisfaction. Conclusions: The service level of the O2O delivery company to the customer's request when a problem occurs in the customer's order must be raised to increase the customer's satisfaction. For example, timely response to customer inquiries and timely feedback of delivery information to customers during the delivery process should improve the quality of after-sales service.
