섬유제품의 경쟁력 제고를 위한 기업의 전략방안 (Corporate strategy for competitiveness of textile products)

  • Recently Korean textile industry has been in the phase that requires its strategy change from the less-develped country style of the labor-intensive products to the developed country style of the technology-intensive products. It needs to make more efforts to develop the value-added products to meet the customer's various needs. In addition, development of technology, equipment, and design is required to implement its corporate strategy successfully. Although Korean textile companies have currently kept skillful labor and advanced equipments, they are losing their share in the international textile markets. This is mainly because corporate management has not been involved with efficient strategy. Strategy is an adoption of a company to environment by its corporate members, thus leading to the requirement of coordination of the main functions such as manufacturing and marketing. In fact, the coordination of the two departments toward reaching the corporate goal is not easy since the two are interested in different areas, respectively. Manufacturing people show their interests in production capacity, equipment layout, process technology, quality, purchasing, and labor while marketing people, target customer, product mix, advertisement, product specification, and customer service. For this reason, conflicts sometimes happen between the two departments. There are, however, many area that need a horizontal cooperation, for instance, in layout, process technology, product mix, and potential demand. Therefore, reciprocal coordination is necessary for achieving the firm's common objectives. This study was concerned with determining the factors that enhance the competitiveness of textile firms so that they could reach the common goal of the two departments with a horizontal collaboration.

  • 콜센터는 고객과의 상호작용이 가장 많이 일어나는 고객접점으로 인식되고 있으며, 고객만족도를 향상시키고 고객 유지율을 증가시키는 활동을 하는 기업의 제 1 관문으로서의 그 역할이 증대되고 있다. 콜센터의 서비스 품질은 기업경쟁력의 척도로서 운영기법과 경영관리에 있어서 고객과 의사소통하는 최 일선의 접점으로서 그 중요성이 점차 확대되어가고 있다. 또한 고객의 요구수준에 맞추기 위해서 서비스 품질을 향상시키는 것이야말로 경영진과 텔레마케터 모두의 당면 과제이기도 하다. 텔레마케터 교육을 위한 교육과정은 아직 확립되거나 표준화되지 않은 상태에 있다. 비록 짧은 역사를 가지고 아직 학문적 체계가 미비한 상태이지만 가능한 빨리 이에 대한 연구가 이루어져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 교육프로그램들을 분석하고, 콜센터의 의견들을 반영한 콜센터의 정형화된 텔레마케터 교육 프로그램을 개발에 관해 기술한다.

신재생에너지설비 KS인증 요구사항이 기업 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of New and Renewable Energy Equipment KS Certification Requirements on the Performance of Firms)

  • New and Renewable Energy Equipment Certification program has been integrated into the KS(Korean Industrial Standards) certification system as of July 29, 2015. This study is to determine whether the KS certification requirement has had a positive effect on corporate performance (e.g. quality improvement, financial result, customer satisfaction) within those that had already acquired the New and Renewable Energy Equipment KS certification. As a result, among the requirements for the KS certification, quality management, product management, and product testing have a positive impact on product quality improvement, and product testing has shown a positive influence on customer satisfaction. Although requisite for the KS certification did not have a significant effect on financial outcome such as increase in revenue, it has shown to have positive consequence to some extent on those firms that newly obtained the certification.

패션제품 판매 훈련교육 프로그램을 위한 직무역량 연구 (Job competencies required for a sales training program in fashion shop)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine job competencies for sales training program development to maximize profits in fashion retailing. An empirical online survey was conducted from September to December 2019, and data was collected from 200 salespeople and store managers working in fashion stores. Results were analyzed using frequency analysis, factor analysis, variance analysis, and regression analysis with SPSS 25.0. The major findings of this study were as follows. First, the most important job competencies identified by fashion store managers were: sales sense know-how, customer service skills, and sales person's fashion style sense, product knowledge, fashion marketing and customer management. The job competency factors for sales training programs included empathy with the customer, product knowledge, communications and networking, basic job requirement, and sales skills. These five factors positively influenced the employment intentions and expectations of work performance of graduates. These factors also had a positive influence on the need of sales training program and intention to participate in retraining. Store managers in fashion retail thought the most appropriate period for on-the-job training was either 2-4 days or more than 1 week. The results of this study can be used as a base to develop training programs for job efficiency for salespeople in fashion retailing.

  • In railway system, the transportation plan corresponds to master plan for transport services. This service plan must be constructed to minimize operational cost or maximize revenue considering transportation demands and resource capacities in the operation company, and includes several sub-planning activities such as train operation frequency plan, train (schedule) plan, train capacity assignment plan, and rolling stock requirement plan. In this paper, we present profitability evaluation system for current transportation plan. The proposed system can be used for evaluating profitability by estimating train service revenue considering customer demands.

  • Antenna Tracking System has been required core technology with special tracking algorithm, and it can be achieved by program tracking, step tracking, optracking, and monopulse tracking as well. Depend on tracking requirement we might be able to apply eligible tracking method in accordance with Geostationary and Inclined Orbit Satellite. Further, we should deeply consider two important factors in order to act up to customer expectation in quality and system performance including competitive price therefore we need maximized endeavor to upgrade not only tracking system performance, but reduction of product through engineering skill and R&D investment.

  • In this paper, we propose a system to adjust specific color of image. The HSV of R/Y/G/C/B/M regions can be modified individually. The color reproduction can be preferred color, true color, or stander color for customer requirement.

  • In a recent as the compact and the precision motor is needed, the use of rare earth permanent magnet with high energy product is frequent. Accordingly it is important to reduce the cogging torque for improving the control precision of motor. In order to develop the motor with low cogging torque which is contented with the requirement of customer, the prototype is designed and complete based on analysis method to reduce the cogging torque. The experimental results verify the validity.
