Electric power utilities throughout the world therefore strive to meet customer demands economically with high quality and reliability. As the power industry moves towards open competition, therefore, there has been a call for a methodology by which to evaluate power system reliability through the use of customer interruption characteristics. This paper presents the results of an investigation and analysis of interruption characteristics of an industrial customer in Korea. This study used a direct visit survey to determine the investigation and analysis of electric service quality and the characteristics of industrial customers in Korea. A customer survey conducted throughout Korea via personal interviews of 660 sample customers is presented here. Variation according to characteristics of interruption such as duration, time of day, frequency and day of interruption was also investigated

The research subjects were college students in Busan who visited a coffee house. Overall, four major empirical results were obtained. First, five factors of brand personality were identified: "energy", "competence", "familiarity", "reliability", and "sophistication". Second, all brand personality factors had significant effects on customer satisfaction, but "familiarity" (${\beta}$=0.429) and "reliability" (${\beta}$=0.381) appeared to have the greatest effects. Third, brand personality factors had significant effects on brand loyalty, with"reliability" (${\beta}$=0.447) appearing to have the greatest effect on brand loyalty. Fourth, customer satisfaction had a significant effect on consumer brand loyalty. These results show that brand personality can be an important means of marketing differentiation in an intense competitive coffee market atmosphereto increase customer satisfaction and build brand equity.

Accordingly, research model had been set up and also hypotheses was made up according to pre-studies and pre-investigation results. Factor analysis and reliability analysis were concluded as valid results by the Cronbach's Alph for GIAP, customer satisfaction and revisit intention each other. Firstly, the effect of GIAP on the customer satisfaction was showed positive significance about four factors - perceived quality, reliability, authenticity and security on the customer satisfaction by the multiple regression analysis. Secondly, The effect of GIAP on the customer's revisit intention was showed positive significance about four factors - perceived quality, reliability, authenticity and security on the customer's revisit intention by the multiple regression analysis. Thirdly, the effect of the customer satisfaction on the customer's revisit intention was showed positive significance by the simple regression analysis. This study focused on medium level-cost Korean-pop restaurant so as to investigate general popular's recognition about the GIAP and intended to figure out their revisit intention. Therefore, the results are useful for increasing the food-service strategy system. Informations about the GIAP in restaurants can be credible to the restaurant customers.

  • Purpose - Current study aimed at investigating customer experience types (gain vs. loss avoidance performance experience and hedonic vs. reliability imagery experience) and their influences on satisfaction and positive emotion as antecedents of customer engagement. It also explored moderation role of regulatory focus in the influence of each experience type on satisfaction and positive emotion. Research design, data, and methodology - 416 Vietnamese local tourists were selected to test hypotheses by structural equation model in AMOS 21.0. Results - First, customers actually achieving gain or avoiding loss are more satisfied. Second, customers with hedonic and reliability imagery experience feel more positive emotion. Third, both positive emotion and satisfaction have positive influences on customer engagement. Last, regulatory focus moderates the positive effects of either gain or loss avoidance performance experience on satisfaction and also moderates the positive effects of either hedonic or reliability imagery experience on positive emotion. Conclusions - Focusing on both cognitive satisfaction and affective emotion resulted from experience, this study could advance customer engagement theory. Managerially, brand managers should induce gain performance and hedonic imagery experience (loss avoidance performance and reliability imagery experience) from promotion (prevention)-focused customers to enhance their engagement.

In this paper, product reliability and product innovation are especially used as analytical factors, and this paper used a survey of 293 internal employees working in the electronics industry for analyze, and structural equation model(SEM) was used to analyze the data. The results of the research analysis are summarized as follows. First, it was found that the characteristic of economic cooperation in the research model has a significant effect on the product reliability. Second, it was found that the characteristics of economic cooperation have a significant effect on the products innovation. Third, the products reliability has a significant impact on customer value, while the products innovation has not affected customer value. Finally, it was found that the customer value of the korean electronics industry also has a significant impact on the Enterprise performance. As a good development alternative to this research, there is the ultimate goal of hoping that corporate managers will help to create new good values. To this end, we hope it will be helpful as we have made necessary suggestions to establish the desired direction of the Korean electronics industry operator.

  • SAIDI(System Average Interruption Duration Index) is the index that signifies the power quality of customers. SAIDI is also used to know how well utilities operate their systems. The annual interruption time in the areas that consists of widely distributed customers, is generally longer than that in the areas that consists of heavily concentrated customers. The Reliability index of huge system is not necessarily better or worse than that of small system, because SAIDI is irrelevant to the total amount of power sold or the total number of customers. This paper proposes a customer density very relevant to SAIDI. The proposed customer density is used to modify the existing SAIDI to more clearly express the service level of power supply. A modified WSAIDI(weighted SAIDI) can be a useful indicator helping utilities improve the reliability of their systems and customers evaluate the service level of receiving power.

Research design, data, and methodology - Data collection took place for 30 days from October 1, 2015 to October 31, 2015. 315 copies had been analyzed. Covariance structure analysis with credibility and factor analysis was conducted to verify this research hypotheses. Results - First, the lower dimension concepts of e-service quality, reliability, and tangibility had a significant influence on customer commitment, and responsiveness had a significant negative influence. However, aesthetics did not have a significant influence on that. Secondly, aesthetics had a significant influence on long-term orientation, but reliability, tangibility, and responsiveness did not have a significant influence. Thirdly, reliability, tangibility, and aesthetics had a positive influence on customer satisfaction. However, responsiveness had a negative influence. The study conducted a questionnaire survey on 464 male and female students and used SPSS 12.0 for statistical data analyses such as mean, standard deviation, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, salespersons attributes such as appearance, expertise, customer orientation, and customer management fumed out as the factors that influence the satisfaction under relationship commitment at statistically significant levels. Likeability, customer orientation, and customer management were found to have statistically significant influence on perceived reliability of salespersons. Second, with respect to the influence of relationship commitment on customer performance, statistically significant factors included satisfaction and reliability. Customer orientation is considered most important by both male and female students among the salespersons attributes, followed in order by expertise, customer management, appearance, ethic and similarity. Likeability was found to be the least important attribute.

  • The service industry has become the driving force of economic development in recent years. With the current fierce competitive situation, competing businesses have continually provided a superior quality of service, and an excellent perceived brand image to gain customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. This study's current purpose is to empirical research the linking between service quality, brand image, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. We collect research data from 299 consumers who bought goods at supermarkets in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, using a convenient sampling technique. We proposed the conceptual model from prior studies and considered it in Vietnam's context. PLS-SEM was conducted to test the relationships in the conceptual model. We have estimated the scale's reliability by Cronbach's alpha values and composite reliability values. Moreover, we have evaluated discriminant validity by the Fornell-Larcker standard. The findings showed that service quality positively affects the brand image, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. Likewise, the results also confirmed brand image had a positive impact on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Moreover, the outcomes also disclosed that customer satisfaction had a positive relationship with customer loyalty. The research suggested implications for managers, limitations, and directions for future research from the above findings.
