Contemporary organizations strive for customer agility through the deployment of digital technologies on customer-focused operations to build enduring customer relationships, with mobile apps being one of its prominent examples. Drawing on prior agility and ECT literature, this study proposes a model to examine customers' view of a firm's customer agility. Our empirical test of conceptual model from data collected in a field study from 128 customers demonstrated that the conceptual model offers good explanation for customers' view of a firm's customer agility through relationships among customer expectations-customer perceived firm's responsiveness-satisfaction. Data were analyzed using PLS, polynomial modeling, and response surface methodology to examine the relationships between customers' digital interactions with the firm, influence of digitized interactions on customer expectations, customers' evaluation of firm's responsiveness, and subsequent customer satisfaction.
This study looks for the service factors influencing to conversion among the domestic telecommunication companies and finds out the effect which the switching benefit affect the customer satisfaction and the switching intention. Auxiliary service, rates and brand image give positive (+) effects to the customer's satisfaction, but the application gives negative (-) effects to the customer's satisfaction. Switching benefit affects significantly to the switching intention, but not to the customer satisfaction. The customer satisfaction gives a positive effect to the switching intention. Previous studies have focused on service quality by examining customer satisfaction and retention. Little, if any work has been conducted exploring the emotional state of customers and that state in con-nection to perceived service quality. The objective of this study was to explore and determine how a customer's emotions perceive and respond to service quality within family restaurants. It was found that within a positive emotional field, product and personal service quality showed a high correlation to the positive image while customers experiencing negative emotions had the perception of poorer product and personal service quality as well as a worse impression of cleanliness. Cleanliness was not connected to the issue of customer satisfaction but each of these three factors, whether positive or negative, led to the creation and mediation of an image which in itself directly resulted in customer satisfaction. Customer emotional fields are not merely the by-product of quality issues, or satisfaction but in fact the foundation by which all other factors must be considered and analyzed. Family restaurateurs need to focus on the customer's emotional well-being to create customer satisfaction.
Loyalty programs are used by many fashion firms as marketing tools for reducing customer switching and increasing customer loyalty in keen market competition conditions. The purpose of this study is to explore and propose an effective implementation of a loyalty program for a targeted fashion firm's customers by grasping their perceived value of and satisfaction with the loyalty program. Questionnaires were administered to 329 college students in Gwangju. For data analysis, factor analysis, Chronbach's ${\alpha}$, correlation analysis, and a Structural Equation Model using the LISREL 8.30 program were applied. The results were as follows. First, the degree of perceived value of the loyalty program was classified according to cash value, convenience of use, aspirational value, and suitability of use. The aspirational value and cash value significantly affected the students' satisfaction with the loyalty program, but the convenience of use and suitability of use were not significant. Second, higher satisfaction with the loyalty program was related to higher overall customer satisfaction but did not affect customer trust and loyalty. Finally, higher overall satisfaction was related to customer trust but did not affect customer loyalty, and higher trust affected customer loyalty.
