저심도철도용 선형유도전동기의 공극 불균일 과도특성 분석 연구 (A Study on Transient Analysis of Linear Induction Motor with Ununiform Airgap for Shallow-depth Underground Train)

  • This paper presents an parallel type Linear Induction Motor with ununiform airgap for a shallow-depth underground train with 100‰ grade and 15 m curvature. This parallel type LIM has enough gradability but has inherently ununiform airgap between center and end parts. Consequently, performance when the train passes curved section should be considered with transient analysis. Moreover, general parallel operation, 1C2M which is usually used for train operation, deteriorates LIM performance because of different line velocity between inner and outer LIMs. Transient analysis has many problems such as huge model, lots of meshes, very long calculation time, truncation error and so on. This paper has presented a novel technique using equivalent linear rotating model in order to solve these problems and has analyzed parallel type LIM by using the proposed technique. Finally, LIM performance according to independent operating control has been investigated.

곡선 강박스 거더의 휨-뒤틀림 응력비에 따른 중간 다이아프램 간격 (Spacing of Intermediate Diaphragms Horizontally Curved Steel Box Girder Bridges considering Bending-distortional Warping Normal Stress Ratio)

  • 곡선 박스 거더의 뒤틀림은 곡률 효과로 인하여 직선 박스 거더에 비하여 더욱 취약하지만, 국내 설계기준에서는 곡선 박스 거더의 중간 다이아프램 간격을 제시하고 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 직선 및 곡선 박스 거더의 선형 유한요소해석을 통하여 뒤틀림 응력을 고려한 중간 다이아프램의 간격에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 해석에 이용한 대상 교량은 단경간곡선 박스 거더로써, 기존에 우리나라에서 건설되고 있는 교량의 데이터를 바탕으로, 매개변수는 중간 다이아프램의 개수 1-6개, 곡률중심각은 0-30도, 지간장은 30m 및 60m, 플랜지의 폭과 높이는 2, 3m로 선정하였다. 휨-뒤틀림 응력비는 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%인 경우에 대해서 직선 및 곡선 박스 거더의 곡률 중심각 및 뒤틀림 응력비에 따른 적정 중간 다이아프램의 간격을 제시하였다. 또한, 해석 결과와 설계기준과의 비교를 통하여, 제안된 중간 다이아프램의 적합성을 평가하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to design a new self-governing body's civil service office ahead the period of provincial autonomy. The present civil service office has a linear and contrary structure and conglomates a single unit. But a new civil service office must have a comfortable structure, dividing a minimum unit per department, equpping a ordinary entrance, a creative image, a warm environment and a curved and orthogonal form.

  • The paper describes the effects of magnetic field on the electrochemical polishing process in the view of ionic in the electrolyte. Theoretical background was suggested how magnetic field increases the material removal efficiency and surface finishing ability Magnetic field changes the jonic movement in the electrolyte from linear motion to curved or complex oscillating one, thus increases the electrolytic current density and, as the results, the finishing efficiency.

지방부 일반국도 4차로의 화물차 주행속도 예측모형 개발 (A Development of the Operating Speed Estimation Model of Truck on Four-lane Rural Highway)

  • PURPOSES : The purpose of the study is to a) explore the operating speed of trucks on rural highways affected by road geometry, and thereby b) develop a predictive model for the operating speed of trucks on rural highways. METHODS : Considering that most of the existing studies have focused on cars, the current study aimed to predict the operating speed of trucks by conducting linear regression analysis on the speed data of trucks operating on the linear-curved-linear portions of the road as a single set. RESULTS : The operating speed in the plane curve portion increased with the length of the curve, and decreased with a lower vertical grade and a smaller curve radius. In the straight plane portion, the operating speed increased with a larger curve radius(upstream), and decreased with an increase in the change of the vertical grade, depending on the length of the vertical curve. CONCLUSIONS : This study developed estimation models of truck for operational speed and evaluated the degree of safety for horizontal and vertical alignments simultaneous. In order to represent whole area of the rural highway, the models should be ew-analyzed with vast data related with road alignment factor in the near future.

래버린스위어에 의한 여수로 배제유량 증대 (Increase of Spillway Discharge by Labyrinth Weir)

  • 본 연구에서는 국내 중소규모 댐의 대부분을 차지하는 자연 월류형 여수로의 홍수배제능력 증대를 위해 여수로의 월류부 형상 개선에 따른 배제유량을 분석하였다. 대표적인 댐으로서 대수호지를 선정하였으며 여수로 배제유량 분석을 위해 3차원 수리해석 프로그램인 FLOW-3D를 적용하였다. 여수로 개축모형으로서 직선형 래버린스위어 및 곡선형 래버린스위어를 적용하여 각 모형별 월류양상 및 방류량을 현 상태인 선형 측수로식 여수로와 비교하였다. 수치해석 결과의 검증을 위해 Froude 상사법칙에 의해 1/40로 축소된 수리모형 실험 자료와 비교해 본 결과 측수로 내 흐름 및 월류양상이 서로 잘 일치하였으며 측벽 옹벽에서의 수위도 근사하였다. 설계홍수위 시 위어형상 별 측수로 내 월류양상을 비교해 보면 선형 측수로 여수로의 경우 위어를 통과한 측수로 내 흐름이 원활하였으나 직선형 및 곡선형 래버린스위어의 경우 방류량이 현 상태에 비해 40 cms 증가하여 위어를 월류한 흐름이 수면 위를 타고 반시계 방향으로 돌게 되며 잠류가 발생되는 것으로 나타났다. 저수지 수위-방류량 모의 결과 직선형 및 곡선형 래버린스위어 모두 현 상태인 선형 측수로식 위어에 비해 유효길이를 더 확보할 수 있어서 저수위에서는 최대 71%의 방류량 증가 효과를 보였지만 수위가 증가함에 따라 측수로 내 잠류가 발생하고 수맥간섭이 심해져 방류곡선의 경사가 점차 완만해졌다.

윤곽선의 선분 근사화를 활용한 양팔 화가 로봇의 개발 (Development of a Dual-Arm Drawing Robot using Line Segment Approximation of Image Edges)

  • This paper introduces a dual-arm robot painter system which is capable of sketching a camera-captured image with short line segments. To express various curved edges in the image by combining line segments, we first apply edge detection algorithm to the entire image, split the edged image into small boxed pieces, and then apply Hough Transformation to each piece so that the edges inside the piece can be approximated with short line segments. To draw the picture within a reasonable time, we designed a simple dual-arm robot system and controlled both arms concurrently according to linear interpolation algorithm. From the experiments, we could verify that simple linear motions can describe various images effectively with a unique brush style.

  • This paper describes an interpolation method for a parametric surface. A parametric surface is approximated to triangular mesh surfaces and then the basic paths are achieved. As the generated path is a series of linear segments, this algorithm can be easily adapted to general NC controllers. The generated paths have minimal transfer length and are gouge-free within the approximation tolerance. The problems, induced when the paths are represented by linear segments, are overcome without making any path deviation by this algorithm. This algorithm saves machining time by eliminating overdetermined tool paths and keeping the desired average feedrate, which improve productivity and lead to lower production costs.

  • In this paper, a geometric nonlinear analysis procedure of beam-column element including multi-noded cable element is presented. For this, first a stiffness matrix about beam-column element which considers the second effect of initial force supposing the curved shape at each time step with Hermitian polynomials as the shape function is derived and second, tangent stiffness matrix about multi-noded cable element being too. To verify geometric nonlinearity of this newly developed multi-noded cable-truss element, IPS(Innovative Prestressed Support) system using this theory is analysed by geometric nonlinear method and the results are compared with those by linear analysis.

직교이방성 적층판의 Hole단부의 3D 비선형 층간응력 해석 (3D Non-linear Analysis of Interlaminar Stress around the Hole Edge of Orthotropic Laminates)

  • Orthotropic laminates, such as [$0^{\circ}6$/$90^{\circ}6$]s and [$90^{\circ}6$/$0^{\circ}6$]s, were performed, using a commercial nonlinear finite element method. Interlaminar stress distributions, around the hole curve free-edge, were calculated. The delamination bearing strengths of pin joints were predicted, using the modified delamination failure criterion. These stress distributions were presented along the radial lines and around the free-edge of the hole. Further, three-dimensional non-linear contact analysis of orthotropic laminates was conducted to investigate the effect of friction. In this paper, laminates with a circular hole were taken to study interlaminar stresses the curved edge. This study may assist in the design of a thick composite laminate with mechanically pin joints.
