This paper proposes empirical research areas and a curriculum model that outlines the core concepts of major research topic and educational programs of family business. The purpose of this study was two fold: First, to develop the conceptual and empirical research model of family business. For this purpose, this study examined five conceptual issues - ethical, theoretical, management, historical, environmental - in the development of family business research areas. Based on these five conceptual issues, this study developed an empirical research model of family business. Second was to develop the curriculum model of family business at the university level. This curriculum was developed in terms on the family system. business system, and ownership system of family business. This study will be useful in developing more professional curriculum and educational programs to help educator and professional advisors assist family businesses.

The various and serious types of disaster occur everyday and everywhere on the earth. There is no doubt that it is very timely to discuss about the effectiveness and preparedness of disaster. The purpose of this study is to develop a curriculum on the disaster management through reviewing disaster concepts and the disaster management system. For the empirical relevance of the study, researchers participated in a couple or more disaster training program, reviewed references, and consulted to the experts working on action parts in the area. As a result, the 'Integrated Disaster Management System Model (IDMSM)' was designed, in which four dimensions were explained. Then the 'Disaster Curriculum Model (DCM)' was explored with its theoretical framework based on the system model. The developed curriculum is composed of four levels ; the introductory course, the fundamental course, the advanced course, and the expert course. From this DCM, basically the course-outlines of two subjects in the introductory course, 18 subjects in the fundamental course (5 of direct services. 13 of indirect services) were developed. Also each course-outline was explored by its course objective, learning objectives, contents, and its length. Finally to make the most of the results, suggestions are proposed. The governmental considerations on the policy should support the systematic and integrated educational program to practice, appointing 「Disaster School」 or 「Disaster Training Center」 of relevance and accountabilities. The further study should explore the higher levels of the DCM through interdisciplinary efforts, and develop the text aterials. ilities. 본 연구는 변화하는 복지환경 가운데 안전에 대한 사회적 관심과 중요성에 기초하여 사회복지전공 대학생들을 대상으로 하는 안전교육의 필요성을 제기하고 안전교육을 실시하기 위한 교과목 개발 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 사회복지 현장 및 학계 전문가 12인을 대상으로 델파이 기법을 활용한 조사를 실시하고 기술 통계분석과 응답의 안전성, 내용타당도를 검증하였다. 연구 결과 교과목의 명칭은 '사회복지와 안전'으로, 교과목의 학점 및 시간은 정규교과목(3학점 3시간 2학점 2시간), 교과목의 목적 및 목표는 '안전관리의 필요성 및 안전의식 정립', '시설 유형에 따른 안전관리방법 학습'을 포함 9개의 의견이 수렴되었다. 교과목의 내용에 관한 의견으로는 '사회복지 종사자의 위험관리', '시설 내 안전사고 발생 시 대응방안'을 포함 20개의 의견이 수렴되었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 제한점과 새로운 교과목이 성공적으로 운영되기 위한 세부적인 방안 마련을 위한 후속 연구를 제언하였다.

This study is aimed to improve future-oriented curriculum by investigating the satisfaction of students from beauty art-related departments on their curriculum and major courses and proposing their basic direction and improvement plan. For this, a survey was conducted against students from beauty art-related departments in Busan (5 junior colleges and 1 four-year university). The following results were obtained: First, according to a correlation analysis on major questionnaire items on the curriculum in beauty art-related departments, statistical significance was observed in 'curriculum development', 'facility and administrative & financial supports', 'instructor/teacher activities', 'educational evaluation activities', 'academia-industry cooperation activities' and 'output evaluation'. In terms of educational satisfaction, statistical significance was observed in all positive relations. Second, according to regression analysis on the evaluation of curriculum output factors in beauty art-related departments, output factor levels were high as 'academia-industry cooperation activities', 'age', 'teacher/instructor activities', curriculum requirement analysis' and 'curriculum development' were high. In overall, relatively good results (69.0%) were observed. A further study needs to be performed for improvement of satisfaction of students majoring in beauty art on their curriculum in educating students from beauty art-related departments by applying their educational evaluation to optimum standards.

이 연구에서는 학습결손이 심한 학생들에게 학교수업 정규시간에 이해하지 못한 내용을 별도로 보충할 수 있는 기회를 마련해 주고자 제7차 교육과정에서 도입한 중학교 수학교과 특별보충과정을 동료친구에 의한 멘토링 수업방법으로 운영하여 성과를 얻고 있는 사례를 질적으로 분석하여 멘토링 수업을 특별보충과정 운영에 적용할 수 있는 가능성을 탐색하고 이 방법의 효율적인 운영방안에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

This study aims both to find the desirable orientation of the home management which have been often discussed in the academy of the home management since 1970's and to present a curriculum as a practical way of solving the problem of orientation. We conclude that the problems of the orientation have due partly to unprofessionalized mixture of sub-areas in the home management and partly to narrowed specialization in each sub-area. We suggest that the problems can be solved when 'family lives' is the main object of the home management and when the home management is approached on the viewpoint of 'integration' rather than 'specialization' The curriculum based on the analysis is consisted of 4 spheres; 1) basic subjects of family lives ) basic concepts and theories 3) subjects for Korean family lives 4) subjects for family counseling and policy.

This plan is referred about linking the department of data processing at Pusan commercial high school with the faculty of management information at Kyungnam Junior College of Information & Technology. After mutual comparise and analyze the 1999's curriculm of the department of data prove ssing at pusan commercial high school and the faculty of management information at Kyungnam Junior College of Information & Technology, and receive the holding processor's opinion that based on the aim of management information and direction of employment guidance. In order to develop a new fashion business curriculum, this study attempts to evaluate fashion business curriculum in both domestic and foreign schools and to analyze their existing training programs. The results of this study shows that the analysis of domestic fashion business curriculum shows that 'in the field' knowledge is in need for the new fashion education program where students can be more exposed to the industry environments especially in the area of markets, sales, distribution and management. Also, the analysis of fashion marketing curriculum of F.I.T and PARSONS school of design demonstrates their emphasis on practical as well as academic programs in marketing, distribution and merchandising. In addition, the research on sales person training program reflects that future sales persons will need stronger knowledge in customer analysis, product display and shop management. Based on these findings, this investigation proposes a revised second year fashion business undergraduate program. The academic program in this updated module will place heavier emphasis on such fields as marketing, distribution, product planning and sales management. Also recommended is that the second year students will be exposed to real-world experience by participating in various internships and workshops offered by major companies in the fashion field.

최근 대학에서는 다양하게 변화하고 있는 실무현장과 학술연구분야를 반영하여 교과과정을 개편하자는 요구가 다양하게 나타나고 있다. 이에 이 연구에서는 교육과정 개편에 필요한 해외 문헌정보학 교육과정의 동향을 파악하고자 세 가지 측면에서 미국 문헌정보학 교과과정에 개설되어 있는 교과목을 분석하였다. 교과목 분석에 적용된 기준은 국가직무능력표준(NCS)의 문헌정보관리 직무단위, 한국연구재단의 국가과학기술표준분류와 학술연구분야 분류표에 나타난 문헌정보학 주제 분류이다. 세 가지 측면으로 분석한 결과 공통되게 나타난 현상은 시스템 구축설계 및 정보기술분야의 교과목 수가 많은 것이며 도서관 및 정보센터 경영과 이용자서비스도 교과목이 많은 주제 분야인 것으로 조사되었다.
