National health promotion services are any planned combination of comprehensive and specific services to help people to achieve and maintain health. The purpose of the service activities is to identify health needs, to obtain information and resources and to achieve change of individuals, families, groups, or entire communities. It also includes environmental support of social, political, economic, and organizational policy and regulatory arrangements bearing on behavior or more directly on health. To be most effective, the service must be planned and delivered by health professional. Therefore, the aim of this study has been to develop a health professional training program for national health promotion. The specific aims of this study were: 1) to clarify the roles, responsibilities and competencies of health promotion practitioners; 2) to help health promotion practitioners to get the knowledge, skills, and abilities for any heath promotion project or program that seeks to improve health; 3) to help health promotion practitioners to acquire the skills and abilities to encourage people to participate in the health promotion project, to access the health needs and available community resources, and develop community-wide health promotion program strategies. The health professional training program developed in this study included factors affecting education, the demands of training program and roles and responsibilities of health promotion practitioners. This study also developed the curriculum for health promotion practitioners. The curriculum had six topics: 1) government's health promotion policies and projects or programs; 2) health management and plan; 3) recent health issues and future perspectives; 4) data on various health status indices; 5) strategies to implement health promotion projects or programs; and 6) introduction of some effective and comprehensive health promotion projects or programs.

현대의 복잡한 사회구조와 사회 구성원의 의식변화에 따라 사회 구성원의 직업수행방식과 능력도 바뀌어 가고 있다. 이러한 사회환경변화에 따른 사회구성원의 직업 수행능력과 적응력 제고를 위해 학습자의 자율적 학습체제의 필요성이 대두되었다. 이러한 해결점으로 모듈식 교재 개발의 체제적인 접근방법이 요구되었고, 특히 직업을 수행할 수 있는 능력을 중심으로 한 모듈식 교재체제를 개발하고 적용하는데 본 연구의 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구는 광고디자인 직무분석을 토대로, 각 직무를 수행할 수 있는 학습 능력을 추출하고 각 능력별로 학습영역을 설정하여 각 영역별 지식, 기능, 태도를 추출하였다. 이러한 과정을 집대성한 것이 모듈식 교재체제 개발의 기초가 되는 것이다. 본 연구를 시작으로 광고디자인 분야뿐만 아닌 다른 분야에서도 적극적으로 모듈식 교육체제를 개발${\cdot}$적용하길 바란다.

Big data, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning are keywords that represent the Fourth industrial Revolution. In addition, as the development of science and technology, the Korean government, public institutions and industries want professionals who can collect, analyze, utilize and predict data. This means that data analysis and utilization education become more important. Education on data analysis and utilization is increasing with trends in other academy. However, it is true that not many academy run long-term and systematic education. Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI) is a data ecosystem hub and one of its performance missions has been providing data utilization and analysis education to meet the needs of industries, institutions and governments since 1966. In this study, KISTI's data education was analyzed using the number of curriculum trainees per year from 2001 to 2019. With this data, the change of interest in education in information and data field was analyzed by reflecting social and historical situations. And we identified the characteristics of KISTI and trainees. It means that the identity, characteristics, infrastructure, and resources of the institution have a greater impact on the trainees' interest of data-use education.In particular, KISTI, as a research institute, conducts research in various fields, including bio, weather, traffic, disaster and so on. And it has various research data in science and technology field. The purpose of this study can provide direction forthe establishment of new curriculum using data that can represent KISTI's strengths and identity. One of the conclusions of this paper would be KISTI's greatest advantages if it could be used in education to analyze and visualize many research data. Finally, through this study, it can expect that KISTI will be able to present a new direction for designing data curricula with quality education that can fulfill its role and responsibilities and highlight its strengths.

이 연구는 시대적 배경으로 통합성을 강조하고 과학적 소양 함양을 목적으로 하는 과학교육의 효과적인 목표 달성을 위해 과학수업에서 관찰 가능한 세계관 기반 과학교육과 지속가능발전교육을 접목한 프로그램을 개발하고 이를 실제 고등학교 수업에 적용하여 분석하였다. 실제 고등학생에게 프로그램을 적용한 결과 학생들은 스스로 자신의 가치관을 파악하여 다양한 가치를 고려하고 의사결정하는 과정에서 생태주의의 세계관으로 전환이 일어난 것을 볼 수 있었다. 프로그램 적용과정에서 다양하게 나타나는 각 교과 내용과 교사 세계관의 불일치로 인한 학생들의 가치 충돌로 자신이 가지고 있는 세계관을 파악하고 수업 과정에서 다양한 측면의 가치에 접근하는 과정 중에 학생들의 세계관이 갈등을 일으키고 있는 것이 나타났다. 개인의 가치관 영역에서 세계관은 과학교육에서 확대 적용하여야 하며 교사 및 교과 내용의 세계관에 대한 이해도 필요하다. 이 연구를 통해 과학교육에서 세계관으로 대표되는 개인의 가치관 영역의 접근이 학생의 근본적인 변화에 도움이 되길 기대한다.

본 연구는 COVID-19 상황에서 기본간호학 실습 교과목의 블렌디드 러닝 수업에 대한 경험을 이해하고자 시도된 질적연구이다. 간호대학생 18명이 참여한 본 연구는 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 통해 자료수집을 진행하였으며, 블렌디드 러닝 수업의 운영은 홀수주차는 비대면 온라인 학습, 짝수주차는 대면실습 방식으로 구성하여 14주차 까지 진행 되었고, 수집된 자료는 내용분석 방법을 활용하여 분석되었다. 분석결과 총 250개의 진술이 유의미하게 추출되었고, 8개의 하위범주와 4개의 상위범주, 2개의 주제로 분석되었다. 도출된 4개의 상위범주는 '갑작스러운 수업방식 변경에 대한 부적응', '학습 능률 저하와 수업의 혼돈', '온라인 수업에 대한 양가감정', '새로운 학습법에 대한 긍정적인 경험' 으로 진술되었다. 본 연구는 온택트 시대 간호대학생을 위한 기본간호학 실습 블렌디드 러닝수업에 관련한 유용한 정보를 제공함으로써 블렌디드 러닝 수업 운영 프로그램 개발, 다양한 실습교과목 적용을 위한 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

실감형 콘텐츠는 사용자의 오감을 극대화하여 실제와 유사한 경험을 제공하는 콘텐츠로 가상현실, 증강현실, 혼합현실 등이 이에 속한다. 실감형 콘텐츠에서 사용자에게 실재감을 제공하기 위해서는 실제와 같은 시각적 이미지와 청각, 촉감 등을 제공해야 한다. 그러나 실감형 콘텐츠를 개발하기 위한 급격한 환경 변화로 인해 인력 양성 교육 전문가는 교육 과정 설계에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구에서는 실감형 콘텐츠 인재 양성 전문가에게 도움을 주기 위해 드론을 활용하여 실세계 측정 데이터를 취득·가공하고, 도출된 데이터를 VR/AR/MR에 적용하는 일련의 교육 과정을 제안한다. 설계 과정은 기업과 학생, 지역 사회에 대한 수요조사와 분석을 통해 교과과정을 구성한다. 본 연구는 실감형 콘텐츠 인력 양성을 시도하려는 교육 전문가에게 유익한 자료가 될 수 있다.

The decrease in the farming rates of agricultural produce importing countries has led to concerns over stable food supply and food safety and this situation demands a change in awareness on agricultural problems arising from the depletion of natural resources and environmental destruction. To preserve agriculture, importing countries are emphasizing the various roles of agriculture in order to revive its multi-functional aspects. It is obvious that differentiated strategies are needed to create values from agricultural production, and a liberal arts education can play an important role in making these strategies. However, training programs for future agricultural CEOs of the Korea National Agricultural College(KNAC) attaches too much importance on production skill and management rather than focusing on a liberal arts education. On the other hand, Poolmoo Ecological Agriculture Course carried out by Poolmoo Agriculture Technical High School located in Hongseong-Gun, Chungnam Province (which puts a high value on ecological fanning) gives more weight on a liberal arts education, taking up more than 50% of the curriculum. Also, the National Farmers Academy in Japan which reformed its whole system in 2008, has started various liberal arts educational programs. The Academy fosters creative agricultural management, attractive rural development enhancing a comfortable rural life and educates on the future of Japanese food and international environment. It is expected that the ecological and cultural roles of farming will grow in the future. So, what the KNAC needs is to increase its liberal arts educational programs and various cultural experiences in its educational curriculum to promote agricultural marketing with cultural knowledge and sensitivity.

AI 기술의 발달은 우리 삶의 큰 변화를 가져왔다. 생활 속에서부터 사회, 경제에 이르기 까지 AI의 영향력이 커짐에 따라 AI와 데이터에 대한 교육에 대한 중요성이 함께 커지고 있다. 특히 OECD 교육 연구 보고서 및 다양한 국내 정보과 교육과정 연구에서 데이터와 데이터 리터러시를 다루고 필수 역량으로 제시하고 있다. 국내외 연구를 살펴 보면 데이터 리터러시에 대한 정의는 연구자들 마다 그 구체적인 내용과 범위가 다른 것을 알 수 있다. 이에 데이터 리터러시 관련 주요 연구의 정의를 다각도로 분석하여 도출하고자 하였다. 주요 연구에서 데이터 리터러시를 정의를 하는데 사용된 단어 빈도 분석과 함께 Word2vec 자연어 처리 방법을 활용하여 의미 유사도를 분석하고 교육과정 연구의 내용요소를 바탕으로 최종적으로 유목화하여 '데이터를 읽고 쓸 수 있으며, 실생활의 문제를 해결하기 위해 데이터를 이해하고 사용하여 정보로 처리하는 지식 구성의 기초 능력' 의 정의를 도출하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 데이터 리터러시의 정의를 바탕으로 내용이 수정 보완되고 더 많은 연구가 이루어져 학생들의 미래 역량을 키워주는 교육 연구에 좋은 기초 자료가 될 수 있기를 기대한다.

최근 지능정보화사회가 가져올 급격한 변화에 대비하는 새로운 교육의 필요성에 대한 인식이 고조되고 있다. 세계 각국에서는 이러한 변화에 대비하여 첨단 정보통신 기기의 도입과 활용이 중심이 되는 스마트 학교 등을 시도하고 있고, 국내에서도 혁신 학교 등을 통해 새로운 시대를 준비하는 교실 환경과 교육과정의 변화를 위한 노력들이 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 변화의 맥락 속에서 이루어지고 있는 학교의 기반 시설과 교육과정을 비롯한 제도의 변화에 대하여 과학교사가 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 알아보았다. 또 그러한 교육 환경의 변화에 대한 인식 속에서 과학교사들의 수업 실천에서는 어떠한 도전과 변화가 나타나는지를 알아보았다. 이를 위하여 일반학교와는 차별화된 변화를 시도하고 있는 중학교의 과학교사 2인에 대한 심층 면담을 통해 얻어진 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사들은 그들이 소속된 학교가 학교의 규모와 기반시설, 동료 교사들의 교사 문화, 학생의 역량 면에서 과학 수업을 변화시킬 수 있는 요소들을 갖추고 있다고 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 다양한 수업 방식을 시도하는 교사의 열정과 ICT 기반 시설에 적응한 학생들이 갖춘 역량이 시너지를 일으켜 선순환의 고리를 형성하면서, 교사들이 새로운 수업을 시도할 수 있는 진입장벽이 낮아지고 지속적인 도전을 지원하는 학교 문화가 생성되었다. 셋째, 과학 수업은 활동 중심으로 변화하였고, 교사들은 이러한 변화가 학생들의 자기 주도적 학습을 촉진한다고 인식하고 있었다. 넷째, 교사들은 스스로 교과 교육과정 운영에 있어서 주체적인 역할을 수행하고 있다고 인식하였고, 이 인식은 더 다양한 시도를 촉진하였다. 이러한 학교의 학습 환경과 제도의 변화, 자생적 교사 학습 공동체와 같은 도전과 혁신을 공유하는 문화의 형성을 통해 교사들은 교육과정을 재구성하고 수업을 변화시키는 실천을 지속적으로 시도하고 있었다. 이처럼 학교의 변화는 교사, 학생, 기반 시설의 상호작용 맥락 속에서 이해될 필요가 있다. 이러한 변화의 요소들 사이에서 형성된 상승적 상호작용 속에서 변화의 핵심 주체인 교사의 도전과 실천이 지속될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 요양보호사 교육생들의 호스피스 교육프로그램을 실시하기 전과 후에 웰다잉 인식과 노인에 대한 태도 및 삶의 의미의 변화를 검정하여 교육 효과를 확인하는 유사 실험 설계 중 단일군 사전 사후설계이다. 연구기간은 2011년 9월11일부터 10월21일까지이며, 연구 대상자는 요양보호사 교육원의 교육생 총 80명으로 본 프로그램의 목적을 이해하고 참여를 희망하는 자로 호스피스 교육 16시간을 이수한 자이다. 자료 분석은 SPSS/WIN 17.0 프로그램을 이용하였다. 호스피스 교육프로그램의 효과는 교육을 실시하기 전 보다 실시한 후가 웰다잉 인식과 삶의 의미, 노인에 대한 태도에는 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과로 볼 때 질적으로 우수한 노인요양보호의 전문 인력이 되기 위해서 노인들에게 필요한 교육내용과 호스피스 프로그램 개발의 질적 관리가 체계적이고 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다.
