After the pandemic, universities are shifting to distance learning, and the information use environment of libraries is rapidly changing. Therefore, there is a need for academic libraries to provide learning and research support services to users in response to these changes. This study analyzed the following contents, focusing on the contents of online services of academic libraries in order to understand the services provided by academic libraries after the pandemic, 1) the current status of online information services provided by 60 academic libraries at domestic and foreign and 2) the experience and requirements for using the online information services of academic library were investigated. As a result of the study, academic libraries at domestic and foreign responded to the untact environment by providing various online information services and users showed high experience and requirements for the electronic resource service and online user education service of academic libraries after the outbreak of the pandemic. Based on the analysis of the current status of online information services provided by domestic and foreign academic libraries after the outbreak of the pandemic, as well as the experiences and requirements of university students, several strategies were proposed to improve the quality of university education and library online information services and to plan services that respond to user needs.

As the traffic environment gradually changes to autonomous driving and intelligent transport systems, vehicles are becoming increasingly complicated and intelligent, and their connectivity is greatly expandinged. As a result, attack vectors of such vehicles increasing, and security threats further expanding. Currently, various solutions for vehicle security are being developed and applied, but the damage caused by cyber attacks is still increasing. In recent years, vehicles such as the Tesla Model S and Mitsubishi Outlander have been hacked and remotely controlled by an attacker. Therefore, there is a need for advanced security technologies to cope with increasingly intelligent and sophisticated automotive cyber attacks. In this article, we introduce the latest trends of autonomous vehicles and their security threats, as well as the current status and issues of security technologies to cope with them.

The Korean government amended the Environmental Technology and Industry Support Act to foster the environment industry and support the advancement of domestic environmental companies into overseas markets. The amended act reflects changes in the government's policies on environment related issues. This paper uses outcomes of research conducted on environmental policies in foreign countries and the current status of the domestic environment industry to present long-term strategic plans and measures to support the expansion of environmental companies into the global markets and to vitalize the environment industry at home. The suggestions for assisting domestic companies in making inroads into overseas markets are as follows: building up and expanding cooperative network; fostering promising companies and exports by making the right choices and focuses; diversification of export markets and strengthening supports for development of new customers; promoting supports for winning overseas projects; and developing cooperative projects to respond to climate change in developing countries using the Global Climate Fund (GCF).

As long as there is education, there will be teacher education. This statement implies that science education is the first step for the improvement of science education of the secondary schools. And science education must reflect an everchanging reality of scientific, technological, and social changes. However there have been problems in the curiculum and its operation for science teacher education. Therefore this research has its objectives to: 1) investigate the current goals of science education in the Korean secondary schools. 2) analyze the quality' and Knowledge required for science teacher to achieve the goals. 3) investigate the status and problems of science teacher education in korea and foreign countries. 4) develop a model for curriculum and its operation for desirable science teacher education. As a result of the study, a model for curriculum is described and the summary of the results of the study and suggestions for operation of the model are followed.

Especially, MTO(Make-To-Order) companies take collaborative approaches with their partner companies to make low-price products and/or technologically low intensive products. The collaborative approach to manufacturing requires collaboration with partner companies for inventory review, production plan, and manufacturing to fulfill customer's orders. However, frequent changes of partnerships binder partner companies from sharing production information in effective ways since their information systems have different data architectures and platforms. Therefore, it is required flexible and standardized system integration approach fir effective information sharing. This research studies current status and problems of collaborative production system, proposes an architecture for collaborative production systems based on Web Services which is a standard information technology, and discusses expected effects and the vision of Web Services.

The urbanity of high-rise buildings does not simply reference their physical characteristics but also encompasses their impact on the overall urban environment and the daily lives of citizens. This involves the economic benefits, social development, urban culture and public activities that high-rise buildings bring to a city. High-rise buildings are an important aspect of urban development and play a crucial role in providing public services in high-density urban habitats. However, to ensure that their contribution to the city is positive, it is essential to take into account their impact on surrounding buildings and the built environment. This paper analyzes their urban attributes and value system and summarizes their current development status. In short, as the demand for public services continues to evolve, it is necessary for high-rise buildings to keep up with these changes by continuously enhancing their urbanity.

The media environment is rapidly evolving to be tailored to viewers using personal mobile devices in accordance with technological evolution and changes in social structures. Broadcast media technology is also advancing to enable new services, including data casting, in various reception environments beyond the existing fixed environment and one-way audio/video content services. In addition, technologies to increase the transmission capacity to accommodate next-generation large-capacity media content as well as communication network utilization and convergence technologies are being developed to facilitate interactive services and expand the broadcasting coverage. We discuss the current status and future prospects in broadcasting technology for terrestrial and mobile communication systems and analyze broadcasting technology elements for upcoming media environments relying on generative artificial intelligence.

Virtualization technology supports the execution of software unrelated to the hardware environment through the decoupling of software and hardware. Additionally, it enables network slicing, allowing one physical device to be divided and used by a function or service by supporting sharing with isolation. Virtualization enables flexible platform use, allowing a variety of services to be launched without changes or additions to the hardware platform. We describe virtualization technology trends in satellite/mobile communication systems. Basic concepts and technical definitions are included, and the current status of research and development by domestic and foreign organizations, including the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute, is analyzed. Finally, future prospects and implications are discussed.

Recently laws have been enacted to build and promote the use of smart grid. There are also increasing demands for the compliance with international trade agreements and the related international standards. Due to these rapid changes in electric power industry and the market expansion, importances of new technologies and processes have been being increased. To reflect these international trends, the government have carried out the designation of new technology for electric power industry to promote domestic industries and national competitiveness by inspiring technology developments in individual or private industry sectors. In this paper analysis of the current status of the designation of the new technology of electric power has been presented including its problem and effect on the related industries. The analysis is expected to be utilized to enhance sound development and to vitalize the electrical new technology regulation.

Information and communication technology has brought neck-breaking speed of changes to the global society in 20th century. The more the speed of change accelerated, the more widened the digital divide between the developed countries and the developing countries. In spite of the importance of solving digital divide, the current situation and status of projects for bridging the international digital divide around the world is not fully researched. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to study the foreign and domestic projects for bridging the international digital divide and to suggest the efficient ways of domestic projects for solving the international digital divide.
