The inductance difference between conducting layers of high-Tc superconducting (HTSC) power transmission cable causes the current sharing of each conducting layer to be unequal, which decreases the current transmission capacity of HTSC power cable. Therefore, the design for even current sharing in HTSC power transmission cable is required. In this paper, we investigated the current distribution of HTSC power cable with a shield layer dependent on the pitch length and the winding direction of each layer. To analyze the effect of the shield layer on the current sharing of the conducting layers of HTSC power cable, the current distribution of HTSC power cable without a shield layer was compared with the case of HTSC power cable with a shield layer. It could be found through the analysis from the computer simulations that the shield layer of HTSC power cable could be contributed to the improvement of current distribution of conducting layers at the specific pitch length and the winding direction of conducting layer. The result and discussion for the current distribution calculated for HTSC power transmission cable with a shield layer were presented and compared with the cable without a shield layer.
The development of IT has contributed a lot to enhancing administrative efficiency. In particular, it enabled administrative agencies to be able to upgrade the effects and efficiency of public services by saving unnecessary time, labor, and equipment that might surely occur in delivering routine services in repetition. As the concept of governance and knowledge-based administration assumes a pivotal value in the 21 century administrative innovation, sharing information among agencies is a key to building effective governance system. However, current extent of sharing information in public agencies is below the level of expectation and thus the need exists for the steps to making information shared more widely and effectively among public agencies. This paper gives a snap shot on the extant status of information sharing among public agencies and seeks ways to facilitate it from the perspective of electrical government.
The current study investigates the relationship of antecedents of flow, organizational commitment, knowledge sharing, information technology usage for knowledge sharing, and job satisfaction of organizational employees. This study analyze the effects of psychological states of employees both on affective states of them and on knowledge sharing by applying the internet-based flow theory to knowledge sharing. The antecedents of flow are found to have positive effects on organizational commitment. In addition, it is found that organizational commitment has a positive effect on knowledge sharing, information technology usage for knowledge sharing, and job satisfaction. While it is found that knowledge sharing has a positive effect on job satisfaction, it is found that information technology usage for knowledge sharing does not have an effect on job satisfaction, but have a positive effect on knowledge sharing. The result of this study would not only provide significant insights to knowledge management researchers and practitioners but also contribute to applying the flow theory to knowledge sharing.
A current balance problem exists in multi-phase LLC converters due to the resonant parameter tolerance. This paper presents a current balancing method for interleaved three-phase half bridge LLC converters. This method regulates the phase shift angle of the driving signals between the three phases based on a converter with a floating Y-connection. The floating midpoint voltage has different influences on each phase current and makes the three-phase current balance performance better than midpoint non-floating systems. Phase shift control between modules can further regulate the midpoint voltage. Then three phase current sharing is realized without adding extra components. The current distributions in a midpoint non-floating system and a midpoint floating system are compared. Then the principle and implementation of the proposed control strategy are analyzed in detail. A 3kW prototype is built to verify the validity and feasibility of the proposed method.
Current sharing between modules in a converter parallel operation is very important for the reliability of the system. This paper proposes an improved droop method that can effectively improve current sharing accuracy. The proposed method adaptively adjusts the output voltage set-point of each module according to the current set-points. Unlike conventional droop control, modules share a signal line to communicate with each other. Nevertheless, since signals are simple and in digital form, the complexity of the circuitry is much less and noise immunity is much better than those of conventional methods utilizing communication. The operation principle and design procedure of the proposed method are described in detail. Results of the experiment on two boost converters operating in parallel under the specification of a TFT LCD TV panel power supply verify the validity of the proposed scheme.

The parallel operation system of multiple uninterruptible power supplies(UPSs) is used to increase power capacity of the system or to secure higher reliability at critical loads. In the parallel operation of the two UPSs, the load-sharing control to maintain the current balance between them is a key technique. Because a UPS has low output impedance and quick response characteristics, in case of an unbalanced load inverter output current changes very rapidly and thereby can instantaneously reach an overload condition. In this study, high precise load-sharing controller is proposed and implemented for the parallel operation system of two UPSs with low impedance characteristics and this controller controls the frequency and the voltage to minimize the active power component and the reactive power component which are gotten from the current difference between two UPSs. And then a good performance of the proposed method is verified by experiments in the parallel operation system with two 40KVA UPSs.

The switched reluctance motor(SRM) has a considerable potential for industrial applications because of its high reliability as a result of the absence of rotor windings. In some applications with SRM, a parallel switching strategy is often used for cost saving, increasing of current capacity and system reliability. This paper proposes a new parallel switching strategy of SRM using parallel winding. While conventional parallel switching devices are connected in a phase winding, power devices are connected in the parallel windings wound in each pole of stator in the proposed method. Paralleling strategy for current sharing in the proposed method can be easily determined without considerations of any nonlinear characteristics of power devices such as conduction resistance, threshold voltage and gain factor. The proposed paralleling strategy is verified by the mathematical analysis and experimental results.

Quickly picking up some valuable information from massive manufacturing event stream usually faces with the problem of long detection time, high memory consumption and low detection efficiency due to its stream characteristics of large volume, high velocity, many variety and small value. Aiming to solve the problem above for the current complex event processing methods because of not sharing detection during the detecting process for massive manufacturing event streams, an efficient complex event processing method based on multipattern sharing is presented in this paper. The achievement of this paper lies that a multipattern sharing technology is successfully used to realize the quick detection of complex event for massive manufacturing event streams. Specially, in our scheme, we firstly use pattern sharing technology to merge all the same prefix, suffix, or subpattern that existed in single pattern complex event detection models into a multiple pattern complex event detection model, then we use the new detection model to realize the quick detection for complex events from massive manufacturing event streams, as a result, our scheme can effectively solve the problems above by reducing lots of redundant building, storing, searching and calculating operations with pattern sharing technology. At the end of this paper, we use some simulation experiments to prove that our proposed multiple pattern processing scheme outperforms some general processing methods in current as a whole.
