A Study on FIFA Partner Adidas of 2022 Qatar World Cup Using Big Data Analysis

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the big data of Adidas brand participating in the Qatar World Cup in 2022 as a FIFA partner to understand useful information, semantic connection and context from unstructured data. Therefore, this study collected big data generated during the World Cup from Adidas participating in sponsorship as a FIFA partner for the 2022 Qatar World Cup and collected data from major portal sites to understand its meaning. According to text mining analysis, 'Adidas' was used the most 3,340 times based on the frequency of keyword appearance, followed by 'World Cup', 'Qatar World Cup', 'Soccer', 'Lionel Messi', 'Qatar', 'FIFA', 'Korea', and 'Uniform'. In addition, the TF-IDF rankings were 'Qatar World Cup', 'Soccer', 'Lionel Messi', 'World Cup', 'Uniform', 'Qatar', 'FIFA', 'Ronaldo', 'Korea', and 'Nike'. As a result of semantic network analysis and CONCOR analysis, four groups were formed. First, Cluster A named it 'Qatar World Cup Sponsor' as words such as 'Adidas', 'Nike', 'Qatar World Cup', 'Sponsor', 'Sponsor Company', 'Marketing', 'Nation', 'Launch', 'Official', 'Commemoration' and 'National Team' were formed into groups. Second, B Cluster named it 'Group stage' as words such as 'Qatar', 'Uruguay', 'FIFA' and 'group stage' were formed into groups. Third, C Cluster named it 'Winning' as words such as 'World Cup Winning', 'Champion', 'France', 'Argentina', 'Lionel Messi', 'Advertising' and 'Photograph' formed a group. Fourth, D Cluster named it 'Official Ball' as words such as 'Official Ball', 'World Cup Official Ball', 'Soccer Ball', 'All Times', 'Al Rihla', 'Public', 'Technology' was formed into groups.

Deformation of STS Cup for EFI Detonator in High Velocity Impact (탄두 충돌 시 기폭관 컵의 변형 해석)

  • In this paper, we have investigated deformation of cup for EFI detonator in high velocity impact test. The experimental result shows that STS cup deformed 0.170 mm with the bulged shape. The numerical simulation result with static/dynamic material properties of SUS304 shows 0.166 mm of deformation. The main parameters to decrease the deformation of cup are stength, thickness and density of cup. The initial condition of SUS304 cup was strength of 215 MPa and thickness of 0.12 mm. As strength increases to 500 MPa, deformation of cup converges to 0 mm, and as thickness increases to 0.18 mm, deformation of cup converges to 0 mm. If the density of cup decreases from 8 to 2.7 g/cc, the deformation of cup decreases to 0.141 mm.

  • This study attempted to provide basic data on efficient competition operation plans by identifying how the identity of the Korean FK CUP competition affects value and participation intention. Therefore, among those who are aware of the FK CUP competition organized by the Korea Futsal League, those who have participated in the futsal competition were selected as samples. The survey was conducted face-to-face and non-face-to-face from April 1 to June 17, 2022, and a total of 299 data were used for the final analysis. Data processing used the SPSS (ver.21.0) program to conduct frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, internal consistency, correlation analysis, simple and multiple regression analysis. The main results of this study are as follows. First, the identity of the Korean FK CUP competition has been shown to influence the value in the order of organization, human and symbol. Second, the value has been shown to influence the participation intention. Third, the identity of the Korean FK CUP competition has been shown to influence the participation intention in the order of organization, human.

  • After reported that Styrene dimer and Styrene trimer was Endocrine Disrupter, if it was a fact or not, the sales of PSP noodle cup was rapidly decreased and social responsibilities of the substitution materials development was raised. Therefore we had studied many materials like paper, pulp mold, PP injection molding, PP lamination, etc as substitution materials and selected paper cup which was safe in many sides and easy to recycle. Mainly we had checked the shape, safety, stability and recycling possibility of paper cup and secured many data which could prove them.

Investigation of Reliability of Flash Points and Autoignition Temperatures of Acids (산류(Acids)의 인화점과 최소자연발화온도의 신뢰성 고찰)

  • The flash point and the AIT(auto-ignition temperature) are the most important combustible properties used to determine the potential for the fire and explosion hazards of flammable material. In order to know the accuracy of data in MSDS(Material Safety Data Sheet), the flash point of n-acids were measured by using Pensky-Martens closed cup tester(ASTM D93), Setaflash closed cup tester(ASTM D3278), Tag open cup tester(ASTM D1310) and Cleveland open cup tester(ASTM D92). Also, the AIT of n-acids were measured by using ASTM E659-78 tester. The measured the flash points and the AIT were compared with literatures and MSDS in KOSHA. The measured the flash points and the AIT were different from those in literatures and MSDS. Therefore, This paper shows that it is needed to investigate the MSDS compatibility of n-acids for the fire safety objectives.

A study of the round Variation Design Brassiere Pattern

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the applied brassiere pattern of women which are fitting for 75A. The constructing of this experimental brassiere were lower cup, upper cup, front panel and U-wing as well as a full cup embcing the entire breasts. Basing on the bra model from domestic experiment results, development of an applied design, round side type pattern, has been suggested. Thus, suggesting the round variation design bra, which is an applied design based on the basic model based on the breast volume. Based on the sizes that are in reference to Size Korea (2004) and related previous researches, the basic model that has been experimented with 11.4% polyurethane and 88.6% Nylon as the materials, has been selected as the model of research. This takes 75A, the size of which is set according to the underbust circumference and the breasts circumference, as the basic model. It is an application in terms of design, and there is no change to the cup volume or size because it has been moved only from the cutting line. The applied design changes the right side of the lower cup into an easily-movable form and attaches it to the upper cup, and the lower cup takes the right part of the upper cup to form a cup shape of round variation design. It also changes basic straight form of the wings, and alters them into U-shape.

PBMS (Particle Beam Mass Spectrometer)를 이용한 크기 분류시 발생하는 입자 확산현상 분석에 관한 연구

  • 반도체 공정에서 일반적으로 오염입자를 측정하는 방법은 테스트 웨이퍼를 ex-situ 방식인 surface scanner를 이용하여 분석하는 particle per wafer pass (PWP) 방식이 주를 이루고 있다. 이러한 오염입자는 반도체 수율에 결정적인 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있으며 반도체 선폭이 작아지면서 제어해야하는 오염입자의 크기도 작아지고 있다. 하지만, 현재 사용하는 PWP 방식은 실시간 분석이 불가능하기 때문에 즉각적인 대처가 불가능 하고 이는 수율향상에 도움이 되지 못하는 후처리 방식이다. 따라서 저압에서 오염입자를 실시간으로 측정할 수 있는 장비에 대한 요구가 늘어나고 있는 실정이다. 저압에서 나노입자를 측정할 수 있는 장비로 PBMS가 있다. PBMS는 electron gun을 이용하여 입자를 하전시킨 후 편향판을 이용하여 크기를 분류하고 Faraday cup으로 측정된 전류를 환산하여 입자의 농도를 측정하는 장비이다. 편향판에 의하여 Faraday cup으로 이동되는 입자들은 농도 차에 의한 확산현상이 발생한다. 본 연구에서는 Faraday cup 이동 시 발생하는 확산현상을 여러 크기의 Faraday cup과 polystyrene latex (PSL) 표준입자를 이용하여 분석하였다. Faraday cup을 고정 식이 아닌 이동 식으로 설계를 하여 축의 원점을 기준으로 이동시켜 가면서 입자 전류량을 측정하였으며, 이를 기준 (reference) Faraday cup의 측정량과 비교하여 효율을 계산하였다. PSL 표준 입자 100, 200 nm 크기에 대하여 cup의 크기를 바꿔 가면서 각각 평가 하였다. 그 결과 입자의 크기가 작을 수록 더 넓은 구간으로 확산되었고 크기가 작은 Faraday cup의 경우에 정밀한 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통하여 편향판을 지나면서 발생하는 입자의 확산현상에 대한 정량적 평가를 수행할 수 있었으며, 추후 PBMS 설계 시 Faraday cup 크기를 결정하고 Faraday cup array 기술을 적용하는데 유용하게 활용 될 수 있을 것으로 기대 된다.

Finite Element Analysis of Primary Cup-Seal in a Clutch Master Cylinder (클러치 마스터실린더 주 컵-시일의 유한요소해석)

  • The characteristics of rubber cup seal is highly nonlinear due to the nature of the material's non-linearity and large deformation with frictional contact. And the performance of sealing in master cylinders of automobile is one of the most important factors which affects the safety of drivers. The effects of various shape of the primary cup seal in clutch master cylinder was investigated to reduce oil leakage and to obtain a long reliable life. Deformation and distribution of stresses on the primary cup seal against hydraulic oil pressure were analyzed with changing design parameters such as depth and radius in cup-seal. The obtained results indicate that the depth of cup seal plays a major role on deformation resulting in the sealing force to the wall of clutch master cylinder.

Influence of Process Design Scheme on Product Qualities in Cylindrical Cup Drawing (원형컵 드로잉의 공정설계 변화가 제품품질에 미치는 영향)

  • A systematic investigation for the process design in deep drawing is necessary to improve the quality of drawn cups. This study concentrates mainly on the influence of process desing scheme on the product qualities in cylindrical cup drawing. Three types of process design scheme were chosen in this study. Case 1 is to draw a finished cup of 50mm in diameter in one stage, Case 2 and Case 3 are redrawing the first drawn cups of 55, 65mm in diameter to the final size respectively. Through experiments the maximum drawing force in two-stage cup drawing can be reduced up to 24% as compared with that of one-stage cup drawing. In addition, Case 3 process results in better product qualities than the other two processes in terms of the distributions of thickness and hardness.
