This research demonstrates the effects of a culture & arts treatment program for elderly women's regional community consciousness. Study subjects of this research are 18 women whose ages are 65 years old and older. (8 women participated in a culture & arts program and 10 women participated in an elderly center program.) The culture & arts program held 16 sessions where the subjects wrote letters or drew pictures. After this program, we measured the degree of regional community consciousness. The results of the study were, first, that the cultural and arts treatment program improved the regional community consciousness among the elderly woman. Second, the treatment program has improved the sub-region of the regional community consciousness among the woman's elderly. This result shows the culture & arts treatment program can be used as an effective way to enhance the consciousness of the regional community on elderly women

The creative characteristics of Culture and Arts organization workers who connect consumers and producers of culture and arts(artists, creators, and producers) are very important in the culture and arts field. Where the cultural and arts organization workers are very important as their achievements are directly related to the appreciation of culture and art. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of creativity on cultural and artistic organizations workers regarding self-efficacy and work performance. The research was conducted on 208 people in national and public cultural organizations and art organizations in Gwangju Jeollanam-do. As a result of the research, originality and challenge of creative characteristics have a positive effect on self-efficacy. However, openness did not have a statistically significant effect on self-efficacy. In addition, self-efficacy has a positive effect on job performance.

The purpose of this research are to develop patterns for integrated culture and arts education program in libraries. In order to conduct the research, I analyzed the status of the culture and arts education programs in domestic and U.S. libraries. The basic aim of the culture and arts education program in libraries is based on a nature of the library. The popularity of the social media has enabled growth of the social network, which has a big impact on culture and arts sector. The impact is based on the fact that news and evaluation of performances are communicated actively through the use of on-line community, and that the advent of social commerce makes more people see better performance at a lower price. Besides, collaboration programs called Social Sourcing are springing up in the arts sector, and there is Crowd Funding for culture & arts which is a desirable form of social funding. In this way social media and social network service (SNS) have huge social influence not only on the performing arts sector but also on the whole culture and arts sector, and are expected to have growing dominance. With SNS - which opened new marketing, publicity and donation system not only for the whole society but also for the culture and arts sector - in mind, this paper handles the topics on understanding of close relationship between SNS and performing arts, and on its current usage, value and endless possibilities. By presenting the practical value and the possibilities, this paper will help in making smooth the communication between stakeholders and audience of performing arts, in making effective the means of performance delivery, and in making enlarged the mutual understanding between performers and audience. This paper will also be the basis of an alternative means, which presents the performing arts sector with possibilities to get out of the chronic deficit.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how Korean Arts and Culture Education of School Policy Contents from the Kim Dae-jung government to Lee Myung-bak government are changed. The sequence will be examined by analyzing the Arts and Culture Education of School of Kim Dae-jung government to Lee Myung-bak government. Above all, the Arts and Culture Education of School Business and Policy Contents will be mainly studied. First of all, this study will be deal with two forms that present sequence analyze methode of each government Arts and Culture Education of School Policies. The criterion of the analysis of the sequence are repetition, difference, emphasis, development, and expansion. This study is analysed on the each government policy contents of the books published by Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism(MCST), Korea Arts and Culture Education Service, Korea Culture and Tourism Institute, particularly the Culture Policy white paper from 2001 to 2009, 2006 Arts and Culture Education Policy white paper.

The work is devoted to the problem of modernization of the higher education system of Ukraine through the integration of higher education institutions into the European Higher Education Area. Based on the analysis of statistical data, a conclusion was made about the collapse of the higher education system of Ukraine due to a number of problems, which negatively affects the formation of human capital. The importance of international cooperation with the EU in the field of education for the modernization of higher education is substantiated. The institutional principles of formation are investigated, the main priorities of its development at the present stage are determined. The legal bases of European integration of higher education in Ukraine are analyzed. An analysis of the development of international cooperation of Ukrainian universities and their participation in European educational programs. There is a positive tendency to increase the activity of Ukrainian universities in international cooperation, which increases their position in international rankings. Weaknesses of integration processes are revealed and directions of improvement of higher education are offered.

The article describes the concept of a Web-portal of an educational institution; the technical conditions for the creation of the Web-portal of the educational institution were determined; the features of the use of the Web-portal in the educational process and its organization are revealed. The scientific and practical value of the article lies in the fact that the use of portals in education will improve the management of an educational institution, activate and bring the educational process to the level of modern technologies at all its stages, as well as enhance the interaction of parents and students with employees of the educational institution.
