Background: While the application of procedural methods to solve the infertility problem has increased, the decline in the quality of life of women who experience infertility has been disregarded. Methods: This qualitative study used phenomenological analysis of data collected from 13 women with infertility in South Korea to reveal the subjective meaning of physical experiences perceived by women over the course of treatment. Results: Upon analyses of the treatment experiences of women with infertility in South Korea via a phenomenological analysis method, 10 themes were extracted and integrated into four theme clusters ("Perceiving infertility," "The body that gives birth," "A process in an endless tunnel," "Caring for my marginalized identity"). Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that women with infertility in South Korea perceived their own bodies as givers of birth living in traditional and patriarchal societies. A contextual flow proceeded to the final stage of women caring for their marginalized identity, which had suffered throughout the course of their infertility journey.

본 연구에서는 현대 한국의 다문화, 다가치 사회로의 변화에 대처하고, 최근에 제기된 인문학 위기와 관련하여 이들에 대한 해결책을 마련한다는 의미에서, 한국 문화의 정체성 확립과 그 발전 방향을 모색하며, 이를 바탕으로 한국 문화콘텐츠 개발의 필요성과 방향을 논의한다. 본 연구는 두 가지 방향에서 문제의식을 갖고 연구된다. 그 하나는 오늘날과 같은 다문화, 다가치 사회에서 한국 문화의 정체성과 그 발전 방향을 모색한다는 점이고 다른 하나는 최근 제기되고 있는 인문학의 위기에 대한 논의와 더불어 문화의 기저에 있는 인문학적 지식의 중요성을 인식하고, 한국 전통 사상을 재정립하고 그것을 문화콘텐츠와 연계하여, 문화보편성으로서의 한국 문화의 정체성을 확립함과 동시에 그것의 발전 방향을 모색함이다. 본 연구에서는 한국 문화의 핵심 내용을 한국 전통 사상으로 부터 대략, 인(仁)(사랑), 화(和), 풍류정신 으로 보았다. 또한 이러한 한국 문화의 핵심 개념을 문화콘텐츠와 연계하여 영화, 음악, 만화, 에니메이션, 게임, 케릭터 개발, 한국 문화재의 디지털 복원 그리고 한국 문화 체험 프로그램 개발을 위한 기획 등의 방향을 제시한다.

This essay examines, first, the possibility and limitation of Asian America as a category of identity and its political and cultural implications through various theoretical perspectives. Here, by closely reading David Mura's poem "The Colors of Desire," I will argue that "Asian America" as a category of identity is now on the verge of falling apart and its politics of identity is no longer an effective way of fighting back against racism in the US. It is because Asian America is indeed what might be called a historical block, a product of ad-hoc coalition between different ethnic groups historically situated and constructed. In this sense, it is a kind of phantasmal object that is marked by practical absence. This fabricatedness inherent in Asian America as an identity category signifies that it has no essence that is meant to define the group in a transcendental way. The internal totality and coherence of that identity can thus be achieved only by suppressing differences between various ethnic groups and positing a single 'authentic' Asian American identity and culture. More dangerously, according to Viet Nguyen, such idealization of a single subject position can reinforces ideological rigidity that might threaten the ability of Asian America to represent itself in a unified fashion. Then, he predicts, Asian America will lose its cohesive force and fall apart. Eventually, every group within Asian America will be ethnicized. The only way of escaping from this bleak situation, as Vincent Cheng argues, is to foregroud the fabricatedness and ad-hocness of Asian America and to perform "inauthenticity," because Asian America is nothing but a functional category that is marked by absence of essence or authenticity. If Asian Americans admit that they have no essence and that they are essentially inauthentic, the practice of performing inauthenticity can become what we might call an alternative Asian American culture and identity.

The existence of Korean schools is one of the salient characteristics of Overseas Koreans. How do such schools for Korean immigrants' children try to construct Korean ethnic identity? Also, how is immigrant children's ethnic identity developed and reinforced by the education at those schools? This paper explores these questions based on an ethnographic research at a Korean school in Paris from September 2005 to December 2007. The cultural education for immigrant children at the Korean school has a tendency to emphasize the most exotic traits of Korean culture. And this emphasis on the unfamiliar elements of Korean culture doesn't seem to help to form the ethnic identity of Korean immigrants' children. Instead, the students appear to get the sense of being a member of Koreans more from the education outside of classroom such as scholastic events than in a classroom of a Korean school. That's because scholastic events allow them to play out some of the Korean culture in more inter-ethnic settings. Therefore, it can be concluded that ethnicity of immigrant children is rather developed in inter-ethnic social contexts than born with or taught in class.

2014년 지역문화진흥법의 제정 이 후, 정부는 지역의 삶을 반영하고 지역민의 정서에 부합하는 지역문화의 방향성을 찾기 위해 지속적으로 노력해 왔다. 이러한 노력에 걸맞게, C지역 비엔날레 조직위원회는 이례적으로 비엔날레 예술 감독을 C지역의 역사성과 생태적, 정서적 특성을 담고 있는 지역 예술인들로 구성하였다. 이에, 본 연구자는 C지역의 지역민이자 공예비엔날레 감독으로 임명된 연구 참여자들의 내러티브를 통해 지역민 문화예술 감독의 정체성과 역할에 대한 인식을 탐구하고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 지역민으로 구성된 6명의 지역문화예술 감독을 연구 참여자로 선정하였으며, 그들의 내러티브를 중심으로 지역문화예술 감독으로서의 정체성과 그 역할을 탐구하였다. 이 과정에서 사진 자료, 문서, 심층 면담, 회의 자료 등 다양한 형태의 자료를 수집하여, 결정적 사건을 중심으로 내러티브를 분석하였다. 이에 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 먼저, 연구 참여자들의 지역문화예술 감독의 정체성에 대한 생각은 세 가지 방향으로 귀결되어짐을 알 수 있었다. 첫째, 참여자들은 지역 예술가로 구성된 예술 감독 체계가 그 동안 지역 안에서 활동한 자신들의 정체성을 담보하고 있다고 보았다. 둘째, 지역문화예술 감독들의 정체성은 다양한 지역의 문화예술 담론이 개발되고 토론됨으로서 지역화 될 수 있는 방법을 찾는 역할과 맥을 같이 한다고 인식하였다. 셋째, 참여자들은 일회적이 아닌 지속적인 지역문화예술에 대한 관심과 애정을 지니고 있었고 그것이 그들의 정체성이라고 인식하였다. 면담에 참여한 감독들은 다양한 지역의 문화예술의 담론이 개발되고 토론됨으로서 지역화 될 수 있는 방법을 찾고자 하는 모습을 보였다. 다음으로, 정체성과 연계한 연구 참여자가 인식하는 지역문화예술 감독의 역할은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한 해를 마감하고 다음 해의 예술 행사를 연계해 구성할 수 있는 안목의 체계적이고 장기적인 기획의 주체가 되어야 한다. 둘째, 지역과 연계된 사회적, 문화적 생태 분석에 대한 정체성을 도출할 수 있는 학술·연구의 역할을 수행해야한다. 셋째, 지역 예술인들이 지역을 넘어 세계적인 예술문화와 교류할 수 있는 장을 마련할 수 있는 지역문화전문인력 즉, 문화매개자 역할이 요구되어진다. 지역문화예술의 매개자로서 지역민 감독 형태에 대한 연구는 지역 예술인의 정체성 수립의 근원을 알게 하고, 지역민이 주체가 되는 문화예술의 방향성에 대한 방법론을 구축하는 일이다. 아울러 바람직한 지역문화의 소통과 의미에 대한 성찰을 제공하고, 지역문화예술 매개자의 양성 시스템에 관한 시사점을 갖는다는 점에서 지속적인 관심과 연구가 필요하다.

In Woman Watches over the World, Linda Hogan explores the broken identity of herself and her family, the issue of the poverty and the identity crisis, the alcoholism, prevalent in the Native American community and their silenced history. Previous studies have claimed that her memoir contributes to the restoration of Native American identity and history by accusing the violence of white culture, and seeks to recognize a dialogue between native culture and white mainstream culture as well. However they seem to overlook the complicated relations among story, identity, body and nature, to which Hogan as a multi-binded storyteller resorts as a way to break the silence of herself and her tribe for healing. Her own story, as a way to break the silence, becomes the formative drive to reveal the silenced history of her own tribe to lead the young generation to the future. She also understands the formative function of the story, which becomes the vehicle for embodying and connecting themselves to nature. To her, healing lies in the restoration of sympathetic relationship with nature. History, as a type of story, can be made up or mistold just like a story. There may be a blind spot where one can not assess what is true. In spite of the vision of the parallel worlds of the two cultures she presents, there seems to be no immediate solution to the discrimination against the Native American, poverty, identity crisis, and environmental problems which the Native American community faces. However, it can be said that her memoir serves as a rudder by presenting a direction to not only the Native American but also to readers in other cultures in its quest for practical possibilities for the future.

본 연구는 한국청소년정책연구원에서 수행한 다문화 청소년 패널조사 자료를 활용하여 다문화 청소년의 이중문화 수용 태도가 문화 적응 스트레스와 국가정체성에 어느 정도 유의미한 영향을 받는지를 검증하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 다문화 청소년 패널조사 2기 1차 자료로 2019년 기준 초등학교 4학년에 재학하고 있었던 다문화 청소년 2,246명을 분석자료로 활용하였다. 연구 결과 이중문화 수용 태도는 국가정체성, 문화 적응 스트레스 순으로 유의미한 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이 의미는 국가정체성이 높고, 문화 적응 스트레스를 적게 받을수록 이중문화 수용 태도가 높다는 것이다. 한편 다문화 청소년의 유형에서는 국제결혼 가정이 가장 낮은 이중문화 수용 태도를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 학생들이 거주하는 지역 규모에서는 대도시가 가장 낮은 이중문화 수용 태도를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 다문화 청소년의 이중문화 수용 태도에 문화 적응 스트레스와 국가정체성, 다문화 가정의 유형과 거주하는 지역이 주요한 변인으로 작용한다는 것을 시사하는 것이다.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 자아탄력성, 그릿이 진로정체감 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구 대상자는 G시에 소재하고 있는 4년제 간호대학에 재학중인 간호대학생 193명으로 자료수집기간은 2023년 9월 4일부터 9 월 15일까지였다. 자료는 SPSS 20.0 통계프로그램의 빈도분석, 평균과 표준편차, t-test와 One way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, Stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과에서 대상자의 자아탄력성은 3.42±0.45, 그릿은 3.63±0.60, 진로정체감은 4.06±0.79였다. 일반적 특성에 따른 자아탄력성은 성별에서, 진로정체감은 성별, 학년에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 진로정체감과 자아탄력성은(r=.370, p=.000), 진로정체감과 그릿은(r=.283, p=.000)은 통계적으로 유의한 정의 상관관계를 보였고, 간호대학생의 진로정체감에 영향을 미치는 영향요인은 자아탄력성, 성별, 그릿으로 검증되었으며, 이들 변수의 설명력은 22.6%로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 진로정체감을 확립을 위한 체계적인 교욱프로그램 개발에 활용 할 수 있을 것이다.

In the millenium, which will be characterized by its global culture, a strong sense of identity of one's culture is needed to nature one's culture in a way that more people can participate in creating, enjoying and consuming it. In order to respond to both globalization and localization, natural and cultural backgrounds of such should be considered in the conversation of nature, so that the optical and color environment can have local identity while undergoing sustainable development. Therefore, the objective of this research is to enhance the image of a city, which is endowed with beautiful scenery and unique culture, but has lost its identity since industrialization An through a scientific and systematic color planning The Research was conducted as follows. First, color environment which doesn't reflect local characteristics due to modernism which emphasizes on uniformity was examined. Second, standard and analysis of environment color planning were examined. Natural color specimen was use to make a palette of nature colors, from which colors for architecture were extracted to come up with color combination types. Without traditional architecture philosophy, materials and colors, which were once in harmony with the environment, it is impossible to clean up the environment all together. However by using colors to control new city plans, urban redevelpment, construction and renovation gradually, that process can be effective and less costly.
