A pretensioner is a safety device that protects occupants by pulling the seat belt in the event of a vehicle collision. However, since the pretensioner is driven by a explosive method, it is necessary to replace not only the gas generator but also all connecting parts including the manifold after an accident. Therefore, in this paper, we propose an elastic force-based pretensioner that can be used safely and semi-permanently. After analyzing the operating mechanism of the existing pretensioner from a thermodynamic/dynamic point of view, the spring stiffness that can be deployed within an appropriate operating time was determined by converting the gas explosion energy into elastic energy. In addition, the coil spring shape that satisfies the elastic stiffness was designed in consideration of the vehicle interior installation standard. Finally, the operating performance of the pretensioner driven by elastic force was verified through fabrication.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the formative characteristics appeared in modem Kitsch fashion which has been shown through the empirical data photogrphes from the 2000's to 2003 and the formative characteristics of Kitsch were divided into the material, ornament, color, pattern to understand the modem Kitsch fashion. The findings of this study could be summarized as follows: First, the modem Kitsch fashion in the material was used cheap, counterfeit materials like vinyl, artificial leather, immitation fur, beads and non-artistic materials like metal, plastic, paper and voluptuous material like seethrough to express eroticism and superficiality as the characteristic of Kitsch. Second, Kitsch fashion in the ornament was shown over-decoration by using the various accessories like bracelet, metal belt, gloves, etc to express as childish and coarse mixtures as the characteristic of Kitsch. Third, the modem Kitsch fashion was using splendid and bright, primary colors to express the image of complicated accumulation. Fourth, the modern Kitsch fashion mainly in the pattern was using ethnic, folklore and pop art pattern or print used hippies and pop art fashion to express the primitive purity as bounding of civilized society.

The purpose of this study is to analyze styles of costume and understand meanings related to costume embodied in the images of Buddha in Baekche period. Visual and textual analysis of the paintings include the images of Buddha in Baekche period was used for the research. The results of this study were summarized as fellows; Budah's hair style is identified as simple, Gae. Buddha wears Sanghati(outer wear) made of Tongeun and Peundanwoogeun, and many cases Sanghati made of Tongeun are usually seen. Three kinds of upper garment were identified; Samkaksika, right and left crossed upper garment, and Peunsam. Samkaksika was frequently seen in the paintings. Lower garment was a Nirasana reach to the ankle, was worn with a belt. Two skirts were also seen occasionally. The symbolic meaning of costume of Buddha was related to its religious meaning and identified as majesty and saintliest, which is harmonized with her simple costume styles. The wrapped style of costume, which did not show the contour of the buddha's body adds mystery. Also, the styles of costume created by different wrapping methods signify originality.

The founding of ching costume system starts from the rule issued in second year of Te-chong reign that the clothing of Manchu people is prohibited to be chinesized. It has undergone many revisions and is officially established in the 37th year of Chien-lung reign. This study is Emperor's costumes during the year in Chien-lung reign. The results are as follows: Emperor's costumes go to the travel are Chi-fu hat and Hsing-fu. Sea-dragon hat changes on otter skin or beaver hat and Ching-rong and ching-ni hat changes velvet hat. Light green informal wear is to be worn once a year. Name of sacrificial robes does not exist in Ching-hui-dien-tu but it take the place of Chao-fu I and Chao-dai II in Chuan-dai-dang-an. Sacrificial robes wear with indigo boots and the other cases wear blue boots and shoes and socks. The shape on ornaments in belt of sacrificial robes is tetragon style.

Purpose - This research mainly studied with the promotion of "one belt and one road "initiative's strategy and the construction of China, Japan and South Korea Free Trade Zone, China exports urgently needed industrial products to Japan and South Korea, which will not only help digest excess industrial capacity, optimize China's industrial structure, but also promote the economic development of Japan and South Korea. Research design, data, and Methodology - The study conducted a survey on 2018 year new revision of China-Korea Japan's data. Results -This study shows that In this process, multinational enterprises, as pioneers of economic development, play an irreplaceable role. However, due to the differences between laws of different countries and their own corporate culture concepts, enterprises in different countries will inevitably encounter various conflicts in the process of development. Conclusions -This requires our enterprises to have awareness of legal risk prevention in the process of development, and to study the corporate culture of relevant enterprises to truly achieve win-win cooperation.

Since China opened its door to the world in 1978, its economic development had been concentrated in the Eastern and Western area compared with the middle area. From 2000s, the Chinese government started to develop the middle area in terms of balanced development. With this goal, "Plan on Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone", and "One Belt and One Road" has implemented in Zhengzhou, where is the an important traffic center in middle area. Meanwhile, the foreign trade of Zhengzhou has been increased about 10 times between 2009 and 2018. In particular, its growth is the fastest among six central cities in 2018 from the lowest in 2009. This study investigates whether the Chinese government policy has an effect on the foreign trade of Zhengzhou. We find that based on the regression analysis of the Principal Component Analysis (PCA), the government policies has a positive impact on the development of Zhengzhou's foreign trade. It is meaningful that the government policy focused on the advantage of Zhengzhou contributes its development of foreign trade.

There are many natural hot springs and mineral springs as well as the cultural heritage of the three kingdoms period in the Geum River basin including Chungcheong region. No specific regeneration and publicity plans for deteriorated facilities in this area has been presented. This study aims to suggest promising hot spots and complex water culture belt in the Chungcheong region and Geum River basin through the spatial interpretation of resources. The northern part of the Geum River basin is expected to become a therapeutic spring belt with many hot springs and CO₂-rich springs. In the central and southern parts of the Geum River basin, it is considered that it will be possible to promote convergence publicity by using groundwater resources and cultural assets.

The result of this study is on textile expressed in the costume of the Kazakh tribe, Kirgiz tribe, Tajik tribe. Basically the material of costume is fur, cotton flannel, felt, silk, cotton outwear, velvet cloth and beads, silver, earing, bracelet is used frequently. The tribes did embroider on the shoes, made of sheepskin or calfskin and collar, belt, button, pocket with the sketch of national trait. Eventually their cultures of costume seem to be very similar because of the resemblances in circumstance of nature, religion, custom of life but definitely they show conservatism in itself and independent culture. In the basic structure of traditional costume by races, there is no big difference. Then, in men, the trousers and the shirts of tunic type become the basic with the style which is convenient to act. And, to wear vest, or jacket, or chaban, over it makes a little difference. In women also, same structure shows with the form to wear vest or outwear, on the basis of one piece. But, in a small hat, head wear, color contrast, and decoration element etc., strict difference is showing. After all, they show very similar clothing life culture basically in natural environment, religion, and life habit etc., But, the discrimination is made in the detailed side. So, it can be said that they show the conservative nature of nationalities, and have preserved the unique identity of their own culture.

The Altai Humanities Belt connecting Siberia to Central Asia is very important to the history of civilization. It had a huge influence on the formation of an ancient civilization in the Korean Peninsula. Therefore, a variety of studies have been carried out in the field of folklore and anthropology as well as archeology. One of these studies is about the oral epic. The oral epic remains in the form of a unique transmission in Korea, but it wasn't that long ago when it was noted as the component of the Altai Humanities Belt. In that context, some epics from Central Asia, Mongolia, and Siberia were introduced to Korea. This preliminary investigation is conducted to introduce the oral epic Olonkho from Yakutia in Siberia to Korean academia. Although it was revealed recently, Olonkho is highly valued. The epic study has been buried from the Western point of view, but Olonkho is expected to provide a global perspective to the field of epic study. Above all, it contains a very significant clue to a new study because the content and the style of performance are considerably different from those of the West. Additionally, the original form is relatively well preserved. In particular, it explains how human thinking and behaviors have changed in the transition from the mythical age to the heroic age. This change appears in the ethnic history of Yakutia, as well as in the formation process for all Altai countries around the 10th century. Therefore, this preliminary investigation will be a foundation to facilitate the translation of the voluminous Olonkho into Korean, and to conduct full-fledged research on it. In particular, it can motivate a study on the differences and similarities in comparison to the tradition of oral epics between Central Asia and the Korean Peninsula. Furthermore, it will serve as a foundation for the formation of the Altai Humanities Belt.

21th is the century of culture. So each country create new culture from tradition, and at the hub, there is Rapid development of network which makes these things to be able. Also, Korea selected Han-Bok as a symbol of Korea culture, and also Han-Bok internationally. Han-Bok expresses our nation's emotion very well, and also, Han-Bok has universality that can stimulate on world's sensitivity. Consequently, this study will arrange and analyze the records of foreigners' feeling who visited in the period of the opening of a port as a target of our study. This study will offer materials for study in the period of the opening of a port. Also, this study will discover the significance and organization of our clothes. Way to wear it and the beauty of our clothes that we didn't even realize or not mentioned on the record because we were too accustomed to our beauty from the ancient time. So, we would like to be basic study that can make our clothes globally and appeal to world's sensitivity by finding the universality. The result of this study is as follows. First, the items of hat made us be called as a 'world of hat' so, Gat, Galmo(갈모), a women's winter hat(조바위), a fur-lined hood(남바위) and Ayam(아얌) will be obtained the world's focus. Secondly, we checked Belt, breast-tie, rainbow striped sleeves and Pocket which append vitality and movement arrested the foreigners' attention. Thirdly, foreigner's were interested with straw shoes and paper shoes.
